    Badmaash restaurant

This is a spot for a quick and solid Indian food. The food was substantial for lunch and quite satisfying, if you're hungry. The restaurant is tiny and functional but I think there's a little space upstairs. The Butter Chicken was tasty as the gravy gave that rich flavor. The Punjabi Style Chickpea was tasty and not too heavy. Both dishes came with basmati rice and pickles. Service was efficiently pleasant.

My wife and I decided to visit Badmaash for lunch while we were in downtown LA. I ordered the Murgh Makhani (butter chicken) bowl, which is tandoor chicken tikka served in creamy tomato curry. My wife ordered the Daal Makhani bowl (24-hour slow-cooked lentils and kidney beans, ginger, garlic and plum tomato). Both bowls had substantial amounts of food and were flavorful, filling, and freshly made with fresh ingredients. As I had lived in Asia for 20+ years, I would have loved it if my Murgh Makhani dish were spicier. The ambiance of the restaurant was casual with a dark, stylish decor. Our waiter was efficient in taking our order and serving our dishes. It's a solid place for a reasonably priced and filling lunch.

Dishes I've tried: Spicy Mango Pork Belly, Chicken Tikka Poutine, Butter Chicken Samosa, The Traditional Samosa, Badass Chicken Tikka, Good Ol' Saag Paneer, Ghost Chili Lamb Vindaloo Out of those, I enjoyed the spicy mango pork belly and chicken tikka poutine the most. The decor inside was modern and the environment was clean. Service was standard too. I'd say most of the other dishes I've tried here doesn't really compare to other Indian restaurants that have well spiced/flavored food at a more affordable price point. I'd say based off the high prices alone, it's hard for me to recommend trying this spot.

Omg I looooove Badmaash!!! Their lunch specials are legit and such great portions I got the butter chicken and BOMB. Super quick service always and such a cute place. I'll be going here whenever I can hehehe.

An absolutely delightful experience! I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews, but we left with both our hearts and stomachs completely satisfied. Even my 17-year-old, who usually only prefers homemade Indian food loved it. Here's what we ordered and my thoughts: Papri chaat - The papris was out of this world, with the perfect crunch and a rich, buttery flavor. The chutneys, potatoes, and chickpeas complemented it beautifully. The only small downside was that there could've been a little less yogurt. The sweetness level of the yogurt was just right, but it slightly overpowered the dish. Maybe a thicker drizzle of yogurt would balance it even better. Tandoori wings - Yum, yum, yum! They were perfectly seasoned, spiced and not dry at all. A couple of pieces were slightly overdone, but we didn't have time to think about it because they were so enjoyable overall. Everyone at the table loved them. And a special mention for the cilantro whipped cream, oh my what an unexpected concept! The flavor was a solid 10/10. The texture took a moment to get used to, but once I did, I couldn't stop eating it. Onion bhajjis - We ended up ordering these twice, which says it all! My son couldn't stop eating them. He's never even had pakoras before so these were an absolute hit!!! Chicken tikka masala - The best I've had in a long time. great balance of tangy and spicy flavors without being creamy. Generous portions of chicken and it was tender. I could've happily kept dipping my naan in the sauce all night long. Naan were alright! Slightly flat and overdone, but great with the sauce. Chai - we loved it so much we ended up having 3 cups each! Perfectly spiced and just the right amount of sweetness. Poutine - A bit underwhelming overall, but the masala potatoes were delicious. Honestly, I might have enjoyed it more without the gravy and chicken. Seekh kebabs - kebabs were tasty, but the sauce didn't quite work for me, it was salty, thick and didn't complement the already rich kebabs. I would've preferred them with sweet and green chutneys and maybe a pinch of chaat masala on top. Parle-G & malai kulfi - More than a perfect ending to a big meal. My son loved the Parle-G sandwiches--thank you for introducing him to a classic from my childhood! The malai and cardamom kulfi was delicious. Our waiter was super awesome!

For two, we didn't need a reservation. There were hardly other customers on a Tuesday night. The service was very attentive. Parking: I found free street parking after 6 PM. It would normally be paid/metered. Food: -papri chaat $10 - An Indian friend told me to try "chat papri", so I was happy to see this offered here! When it came out, I was surprised that it was cold! It tasted so good though. It reminded me of yogurt + spices. -tadka $19 - Good curry-ish. I don't usually eat vegan/vegetarian, so this reminded me of minestrone. -fish moilee $27 - The fish was fried and tasted flavorful. It was over some sauce. I enjoyed this one. -chai $3 - I didn't expect to order this, but I saw it on the dessert menu. It tasted great! -rosemary naan $6 - This was recommended by the server. It went well with the tadka. Credit card/Apple Pay accepted.

SLOW COOKED BEEF SHORT RIB - ordered it to go. Delicious!

I'll be honest -- Indian food and I were never in a relationship. It was more of a "we've met" situation. It just never hit for me. But after this meal? I fear I may now be emotionally attached. We had reservations for Saturday lunch, fully prepared for chaos. Instead? Surprisingly empty. Calm. Peaceful. Like the universe said, "You're about to have a moment." The relaxed vibe made it feel like we could take our time and commit to the experience. Street metered parking was easy too -- no valet politics, no parking garage scavenger hunt. Badmaash doesn't just serve food -- it stages an intervention. The Samosa Crispy, golden, and audibly crunchy. The shell shattered like it had something to prove. The filling was perfectly spiced, and the chutneys hit that sweet-heat balance that tricks you into saying, "I'll just have half"... and then suddenly it's gone and you're looking around for witnesses. Chicken Tikka Masala Creamy, rich, and dramatic in the best way. The chicken was tender and fully committed to the sauce. That velvety tomato gravy? I would've sipped it like soup if society allowed. Saag Paneer Earthy, smooth, and surprisingly elegant. The spinach had depth. The paneer stayed soft but structured -- like it goes to therapy. It balanced everything out so you feel sophisticated while absolutely demolishing your plate. Slow Cooked Beef Short Rib This one humbled me. Fall-apart tender, deeply spiced, and packed with flavor in every bite. I took one bite, paused, and had to reassess my entire stance on Indian cuisine. Yes, I ordered another one to go. No shame. It felt irresponsible not to. Dad's Famous Coconut Curry Mussels These came out and immediately demanded attention. Plump mussels swimming in a fragrant coconut curry broth that was rich but not overwhelming. Slight sweetness, gentle heat, aromatic enough to make you lean in. We absolutely needed extra bread. That broth was not getting left behind. Not on my watch. Badmaash Fried Chicken Still good. Crispy, solid flavor, great crunch. But in a lineup this strong? It was the overachiever surrounded by prodigies. My least favorite -- but only because everything else was so bold it practically had theme music. Crispy Yogurt Puffs (Dahi Puri) These are chaos in the best way. Sweet, tangy, creamy, crunchy -- all in one bite. They explode with flavor and dignity is optional. We ordered an extra round because self-control clearly left the building. What I loved most is that nothing played it safe. Every dish had confidence. Flavor. Swagger. No muted notes. No bland apologies. I walked in skeptical. I walked out converted... with short ribs packed to go and an extra order of yogurt puffs like I was preparing for emotional support later. If you think Indian cuisine isn't your thing -- this might be the place that changes your mind. It changed mine. Dramatically.

Probably some of the best Indian food I've had in recent memory. Had met the owners Arjun and Nakul awhile back, extremely nice guys, and glad I finally stopped by their restaurant! Food was exceptional, tried both the traditional Potatoes & Peas and Butter Chicken Samosas, followed by a South Indian Seared Barramundi with Coconut Curry and side of Tandoori Naan. Dessert was a whipped Mango Lassi and a hot Chai Tea to accompany it. What a good meal. Server Chris provided great service, as well as the recommendations for the dishes enjoyed. Was a cool spot, and I will definitely be back!

To sum it up: Do not come here if you are craving legit Indian food. I would probably only come if I lived close by or if I happened to be in the area. Would not come out of my way. Everything was SALTY like confusingly salty. I'm still extremely bloated 24 hrs later. That being said, the food is good just definitely American fusion. And salty lol. Prices are high. Would get again: Black lentils - my favorite of everything I tried. delicious flavor but again extremely salty Chicken tikka poutine - really good appetizer and/or drinking snack. Chicken is salty. Potato and pea samosa - really good flavor and a bit spicy. The green sauce they served with it was tasty. Mango lassi martini- a twist on a creamy margarita almost with a delicious spice blend rim Chai tea - tasty and not too sweet Ok but wouldn't get again Chicken samosa - dry, salty, not much flavor Chocolate pot de creme- good texture and not too sweet but extremely cardamom-y. Goan pork curry - tasted like Mexican carnitas. Not bad but just idk not very flavorful aside from salt. Do not get: Their hot sauce. Not spicy at all. Tasted like black pepper. A small ramekin for $4. I love Indian food and spicy so for me it was disappointing that their hot sauce was not spicy so then I had to order their onions and serranos for another $4 to have some type of heat. Ambiance is different. Very small and has old warehouse vibes. Servers were all great.

This place was just ok. Most of the stuff I wanted to try on the menu was not available and our food was a little cold :/ I'm also convinced the chicken wasn't fully cooked... I'm glad I went to try it but I likely won't be back. This was more for the gram vs. actually tasty howeverrrr, the yogurt puffs were FIRE.

I had really high expectations going here but was super let down. The place itself was very cramped and dark and really didn't have much decor to open and lighten it up. The waiter was nice but didn't seem to know what he was talking about. A couple of things he told us about the food were just incorrect in terms of Indian food. Also I asked if the cheese naan would be good for our toddlers and he said yes it's not spicy at all, but there were literally Serrano peppers in it. Okay so to the food. Butter chicken samosa was okay but way overpriced. The butter chicken burger is what I went for but they said it was only served for lunch so that sucked. The cheese naan was basic but very tasty. The chicken tikka masala was just not good. Flavors were okay but the texture was not creamy enough and too much tomato sauce. It was not impressive. The badmaash bad ass chicken sucked. Literally could've made it at home. Crap quality dry chicken and just spices thrown together with lots of onion. Okay now the slow cooked beef short rib was INCREDIBLE. I wish I had just ordered a few of these. Incredible flavors, so tender, truly one of the best things I've ever tasted. If I was rating this alone it'd be 5 stars. Lastly. The drinks. The chai martini was good very enjoyable. The mango lassi martini was also great. If I go back it'll be for lunch to get the burger, maybe. But maybe not bc the vibe sucks. I know this isn't their fault but there was a homeless man peeing outside when we walked out. With our kids right there. So with how shit LA has become I would only go for a top notch experience and this wasn't it.

    Anything not spicy?

No. The food was terrible! And very spicy. I would NOT go back.

Do you do delivery/pickup? Your website says unavailable even though it's during your business hours?

This place has pickup but I would be careful what you are charged. They increased their tip when I was last there.

    Is it halal?

    No it is not

    Does it have parking?

All I saw was your typical downtown pay lots and street parking.

Can I order "to go" here if I drop in?

They recommend sitting at the counter to order, then they plate the dish, then you ask them to box it and they'll box it for you. It's just like a to-go order except it's an extra 10 minutes process and a needless dirty dish.

Whats the parking situation like? Street parking available AND easy to find? Non-gouging parking lots…

Some meters just depends on the day but there are $8 lots near by if you plan on hanging downtown all day.

    Is this place Halal?

They never mentioned that but they did ask if we have specific meal restrictions? May be worth a try to call ...

Is anything on the menu halal?

    Yea it's all halal

    Any gluten free options?

Not sure if they're designated, but yes absolutely. Lots of meats and rice and veggies so those should all be gluten free. Just ask your server.

I don't see the chicken sammich on the menu. We've been and have never had this is it on the brunch menu?

Hi there! It is on the brunch menu, BUT if you ask for it at dinner, they're usually willing to oblige. Happy eating! ?

What is the most popular dish here?

I'd say the chicken Tikka Poutine. Definitely a must have on my list.

What time is Badmaash open for brunch on the weekend?

    11AM to 3PM

    Is the meat halal there?

    No

    Is it halal?

    Not halal

Even though my partner and I had a reservation that we showed up on time for, we waited 30 minutes to be seated. That wait time is pretty outrageous considering we reserved a table for 30 minutes earlier. Once seated, we noticed that the staff were extremely slow and inattentive. It took a while for us to get some water and even longer to get our food. The pacing between dishes was ludicrous. The food here is the saving grace for the disappointing service. We started off with the naan & dips. The dips were tahini tofu and carrot hummus. I liked the tahini tofu dip much more than the carrot hummus. It was creamy, nutty, and savory. The naan was fresh and nicely charred. Next we had the goat liver mousse. This included crumpets, biscuit crackers, craisin relish, seasonal jam, and of course, goat liver mousse. The crackers were too dry for me, but I really enjoyed the warm crumpets. All of the spreads were equally good. The goat live mousse itself was smooth and light. For the main courses, we shared the grilled kalbi-style short ribs and pork belly noodles. The short ribs were covered in a sweet-savory sauce and had a deep caramelization, while the meat was tender and juicy. As for the pork belly noodles, the overall flavor was too salty, but the glass noodles had a nice texture. Throughout our entire meal, there was a fly that kept trying to fly onto our food. It was very annoying to deal with. I was surprised that it was even an issue, considering we had indoor seating. I would have understood if only we were seated outside. Ultimately, I did not leave with a great impression of this restaurant. On top of that, there isn't any designated parking lot, so you'll be lucky if you can even find street parking. If not, you'll need to use one of the paid lots nearby. Also, beware that this restaurant adds a surcharge to all checks regardless of party size.

My friend just flew in for a day because his relative had forgot her passport and needed to travel to Korea, so we stopped here. He missed a few meetings, a vet appointment and other things, but also saved the day, otherwise his relative wouldn't have been able to make it to Korea. While here, they ordered a salad with cherries and pecans that was pretty amazing. I think that may have been one of the better salads I've eaten. In addition to that, a cucumber burrata salad was ordered, and that was made well too. When my venison burger arrived, I took a few bites and it had the exact flavor I was hoping for and I thought the burger was done extremely well. My friend also ordered a pork chop, and it was an amazing cut, cooked perfectly, tender, juicy and everything you could ever want in a bone in pork chop. They also cut the entire piece for you and scraped every last bit off of the bone too. The service is really attentive. They come by your table a lot to ensure you have everything you need. The ambiance is a bit dim in lighting which sets a nice mood. And the place just happens to be dog friendly too. Sorry for the lack of photos, but I didn't wanna intrude on everyone else's meals. However, if you come here, definitely try the salad with cherries and the venison burger or the pork chop!

Note: I think it is more difficult to do walk ins now, so be prepared to fight for a reservation online instead WHAT WE'VE ORDERED IN THE PAST (* denotes personal favorite/would order again) APPETIZERS - Baby Albacore: nice bright dish to start the night! I really enjoyed the fried shallots on top. - *Cornbread: a must get! The chile helps cut the richness of the dish so it's not so one dimensional. Butter and honey -- what more can you ask for? - *Cherokee Tomato Caesar: I was surprised by this dish. Four tomatoes used are so delicious and meaty and the dressing coats it perfectly. The little anchovy in the center of the tomato adds to the savoriness of the dish. It's so simple, yet delicious. - *Carolina Gold Rice: a table favorite!! The seafood was abundant and everyone enjoyed each bite. The rice was al dente and not mushy at all, but helped meld all the flavors together. Everyone agreed we would reorder. MAIN - *Beef Ribeye: delicious. It's good to share because of the richness of the ribeye plus the bone marrow. I personally could not eat the whole ribeye by myself. Medium rare is the way to go. - *Mushroom Crusted Pork Chop: cooked well and was delicious! Not dry whatsoever. The crust on the pork chop was great. SIDES - *Dressed Lettuce: their salad which is a necessity to have vegetables at the table. The dressing is citrusy and bright, which helps cut the richness of the food. DESSERT - *Sticky Date Pudding: this does take some time to make since it's in a skillet. But when it comes out, it's so decadent with the ice cream. I tell myself that I'm healthy eating it since it's made with dates. - Chocolate Cake: dense, rich, dark chocolate, not too sweet. I love dark chocolate so I was a fan of this cake. We even got it to go and it still tasted good a few days after the meal. It's pretty dense for a cake and I really only need a few bites -- so its a nice way to end the meal. If 2-3 people: recommend 2-3 app/sides + 1 main protein If 4-5 people: 3-5 app/sides + 1 main protein I think it's a great celebratory meal. Everyone that I've come with has stated they would go come back -- especially since the menu does change seasonally. PARKING: street parking; there is usually some around the corner and down the block; no more than 5 minutes walking

Something happened and when we arrived there was a mix up with the reservation so we ended up sitting in the bar for about 45 minutes. This place is extremely casual, think shorts, t shirts, and flip flops and you won't be out of place. Servers and bartenders all have the eagle rock/highland park grunge vibe. I went there with my wife and 2 teenage daughters. We started with the cornbread. I thought it was good (4/5) but with the amount of butter and honey anything would have been good. Wife didn't care for it, thought the buttermilk made it too sour. Just know that it's tiny. For the four of us, each had one bite. The menu for mains is pretty limited. Steak, swordfish, or porkchop. We ended up going with the steak, 2 swordfish, and then added the brown eyed peas, mashed potatoes, and then wanted to start off with the pork chile (which is really chile verde). The chile verde was the star of the night. If I ever went back, this is what I would order. Maybe it's because all the chef's are hispanic, but it was really good. They serve it with homemade tortillas and it was excellent. The steak is a large 2 pound bone in rib eye. I ordered it medium rare. It was more on the rare side, which i don't have a problem with, but the steak was a little tough. Not super tough but for $150 I definitely expected a little more "melt in your mouth" rather that fighting some pieces. Bone marrow was a nice touch. probably a 3/5. The fish was well cooked, not dry but the flavor was not amazing either. Hard to explain but the sauce was a little too sour. I like lemon on my fish but the sour almost made me think the fish was past it's prime. It wasn't, but the sauce didn't really highlight the fish. I shouldn't have ordered two and would skip this one next time. My least favorite and a 2/5 The sides were good. Mashed potatoes with garlic and butter, nothing special but good. Brown eyed peas were really just white beans. They were good, but not steal the show good. About a 3/5 For dessert we split the chocolate cake which was more like a muffin with a hazelnut whipped cream. Don't think of chocolate cake, think of it rather as a small piece of chocolate flavored loaf with no frosting or chocolate pieces. I liked it because I like things that are not very sweet but I was the only one that cared for it. Overall portions are fairly small. Between me, my wife, and two teenagers we ate everything. Total bill with tip was about $510. Pretty crazy when you think about it. Would I go back? Probably not but the ambiance was nice with the grill and real candles.

An Absolute Masterpiece of a Lunch!…read more My friend was visiting from New York, and I wanted to take her somewhere truly special for lunch. Since it was our first time at République, we didn't quite know what to expect, but we were completely blown away! From the atmosphere to the service and, of course, the food--everything was flawless. The Main Event Blueberry Pancake: My friend ordered this, and it was huge and incredibly delicious. A total crowd-pleaser. Filipino Pork Belly Adobo: I ordered this and was so impressed by how rich and deeply flavorful it was. Absolutely delicious. World-Class Service & Hospitality The service here is incredibly efficient, but what really made our day was the staff. Rambo took care of us and he was fantastic--so pleasant, attentive, and proactive with everything we needed. We also had the absolute pleasure of meeting the owner! It was so impressive to see her on the floor working just as hard as the rest of the team. She was incredibly nice and you can tell she truly cares; we watched her personally ensure the quality of the dishes was on point before they ever left the kitchen. That level of dedication explains why this place is so successful. Do Not Skip Dessert! Before you leave, you must hit the pastry counter. We grabbed a few things to try, and they were sinfully good: Kouign-Amann: Flaky, caramelized perfection. Basque Cheesecake: Rich, creamy, and beautifully baked. Chewy Chocolate Cookie: Perfectly textured and decadent. We had such a beautiful experience here. République lived up to the hype and then some. We will definitely be back, and we're bringing our friends and family next time!

I had my rehearsal dinner here last week and all in all it was a WONDERFUL experience…read more We reserved the kitchen area for 32 guests with a set menu served family style. The food was INCREDIBLE and I was SO pleasantly surprised by how much food there was! We ended up with soooooo many leftovers! Family style meals always make me a little nervous, but the portions were plentiful and all of our guests left completely stuffed. The bread and butter was a standout, as well as the corn puff pastry appetizer (I can't remember exactly what it was called!). The steak and chicken main courses were to die for and the strawberry tiramasu was incredible. I could go on and on about the food. It really exceeded our expectations. Jared, our server was WONDERFUL. He was so attentive and on top of things. He communicated with my husband and I whenever he needed to and made our entire dinner so seamless and fun. The only downside to the experience was in planning the evening. I struggled a bit when it came to communicating with Sandra in the days/weeks leading up to our dinner. I didn't feel like we were a priority and often had to call or email multiple times to get a response. I found that to be very frustrating, especially because it was such an important part of our wedding and in the days leading up to getting married, the last thing I wanted to be doing was waiting on an email from the restaurant or hunting down a response about our beverage menu. I was also really bummed to see that when we got to the restaurant, our dinner menu had the wrong date printed on it. I wanted to bring one of the menus home as a keepsake, but it felt pointless when I saw the typo. There were also drinks on the beverage menu that we had never discussed, which was another disappointment. It ultimately didn't ruin our overall experience, but I think it's worth noting for other people planning larger dinner parties at Republique because I do wish a little more care had been taken on the restaurant's end while planning our dinner.

I had dinner with a friend here and we loved everything we had. Service was the perfect level - kind but not over~the~top, checking in just the right amount, making sure we were well taken care of. Clean bathrooms, too, haha! Now the drinks and eats! I absolutely loved my Pecan Cold Brew (6.50) and was surprised to see such an option at dinner! It was perfect. My friend had the beautiful Ginger Thyme Lemonade ($6.50) which was also just delicious. I highly recommend everyone try their 'Selection of freshly baked breads with all 4 spreads' for $29 if it's your first visit in. It's a filling starter of a few of their breads (the pre-buttered & chives topped charred levain was exquisite as is - no notes!) and a few of their toppings. My personal favorite of the toppings was the fresh cheese with honey & salsa macha - our server said it was their favorite, too - but there wasn't a bad topping in the lot. Butter + Salt was simple but lovely. The Charred Eggplant spread was sweet in a good way with walnuts and pomegranate molasses. The smoked trout was nice to have a meaty option with smoked onions mixed in, topped with roe. We had the Bluefin Tuna Carpaccio ($27) starter which was light but beautiful with meyer lemon, chives, sea salt, and sourdough crisps. Everyone recommended me the Fried Brussels Sprouts ($15) before I went and y'all were right! They come lightly fried with red flame grapes, walnuts, and pecorino cheese all mixed on the plate Fell in love with Superba Food + Bread and can't wait to go back. I hear their brunch is fabulous, too!

The chopped chicken salad was actually so good and filling, I loved the vinaigrette, it was bright and refreshing. And the rainbow trout was cooked well. The cinnamon sticky bun was pretty good, but it was a little overdone so the bottom was quite hard. The black sesame matcha was okay as well, I didn't really taste the matcha or the black sesame.

Our server Ahman was attentive had great personality, funny. "Strong and cute " LOL. The food was amazing we ordered a bunch of things. That knuckle sandwich was hitting hard. That steak and mashed potatoes was delicious. OMG and the ox tail grilled cheese hands down was Completing hard with that knuckle sandwich. The food was to die for , I can't say enough about the food. This restaurant EVERYTHING WAS SO DELECTABLE!!! There's not many restaurants that you can say everything was delicious but you can say it about Linden. The chef came out , the GM came Over. The customer service made you feel like you were a VIP customer. I definitely have to go back, like ASAP. I'm dreaming about this food. The experience was unforgettable and the type of experience that whoever trained those individuals at LINDEN in creating a customer experience need to train other restaurants. I will Definitely be back. Oh and not to mention after You eat they can take you next door through the back to go to DOT. It's a bar next door with drinks and music. It gets pretty packed in there at around 11. I can't say enough wonderful amazing things about this place. Will definitely be back for sure !!!! Will be making reservations again soon.

Linden is on Sunset, so parking can be hard to come by. If you're lucky, you might find street parking, but most likely you'll need to valet unless you don't mind walking some distance. Moving on. We had a reservation so we were seated immediately. Started with drinks, and I don't remember the names (apologies). One was a passion fruit cocktail, very flavorful. The other has pineapple and was also very nice. Both drinks has a great blend of spirit and flavor. Food, we started with the Yellowtail Crudo and the Lobster & Crab Knuckle Sandwich. The crudo was excellent with a scotch bonnet ponzu sauce to dab in and scallion salad. Would definitely recommend. The Lobster & Crab Knuckle Sandwich was also one of the best lobster rolls I've had. So much lobster and crab, perfectly buttered, a great roll... so good! For entrees we did the NY strip and the Sweet Corn & Pea Agnolotti. The NY strip was cooked perfectly with the pomme puree and wilted spinach. Great bite with everything together. The Sweet Corn & Pea Agnolotti was also good with sweet corn-filled agnolotti and charred corn on top. The one thing that I felt was a little it of place was the truffle on the peas. It wasn't an overbearing amount but the truffle flavor really came through and, for me, just didn't bring it all together. It was still a good dish, but I felt the truffle did not need to be there. Might have been better with something else or just leaving it off all together. Overall, fabulous restaurant on Sunset serving a great menu with inspiration from around the world. Cocktails were amazing as was the food. Highly recommend!
