The smash burger was so crispy and flavorful. The potato bun I will dream about. We ordered 2 sliders at their St Elmo location and after we took our first bit we ordered 4 more.

First off, i'm so over places offering only Maine Root options. These always taste horrible. Id pay double for a canned coke or pepsi anyday. Before we get to the disappointment of a burger, lets talk about the onion rings and the fries, as they shared the same problem. Either your oil needed to be changed 2 days ago, or your timer stopped working. Both came out brown and tasted of bitter overused oil. Now to the burger. I do appreciate the amount of pickle slices on this burger, but this heavy hand was also responsible for the mustard levels! I think i'll be tasting mustard for a couple days. The bun was too soft and barely held up to the task. If I do give this place another shot, it will be minus mustard for sure.

I got there prepared and the owner was there and I found out that website hasn't been updated in about 2 years. Many things have changed, but not their website. Our go-to Meati Sandwich is no longer on the menu. But I must say I love the new place. Bold, clean, awesome. Other than that, not too much has changed; they still have a lot of mouthwatering items on the menu... and my family can only eat one burger on the menu. We're allium-free vegetarians and there's alliums in sauces and certain proteins used. Thankfully, we were speaking to one of the co-owners and he was super helpful and patient with us, even looking up ingredients and letting us double check. He is aware of the Jain diet. They also have a kids menu and we actually ordered off of one for the first time for the kids (just a simplified version of the regular burgers), We ended up ordering: MISSION BURGER ($16.95): a classic burger with 2 Impossible patties. Having said that, the patties were super thin and smooshed flat. The guys got this burger. Took out onions and subbed out the house sauce with ketchup and mustard. JR MISSION BURGER ($12.95): same as the regular with only 1 of the smooshed impossible patties. My sister and I got this. A very good burger and it's such a nostalgic feeling eating a burger (that I didn't make myself for once). The burger was perfectly filling but I could definitely also eat a regular Mission with no issues since the patties are smooshed down. KIDS' CHEESEBURGER W/ FRIES (1 with a gluten-free bun), both $11.99 so no additional cost for GF: both my kids got this with nothing added in other than cheese and the smooshed impossible patty. The saddest looking burgers BUT they ate it! The gluten-free bun is a bit... flattened, but my kid ate half of it there and finished it on the car ride out of Austin. Then asked for another one. In fact, he's still asking for another one and it's been almost 2 weeks. My other kid (picky, no allergies) likes it as well, but didn't finish and not as much as her brother. But she definitely loved the fries. SMALL FRIES ($3.50): almost every order of burgers came with a side of fries. These are perfect, stayed delicious, and were perfectly seasoned. If you are gluten-sensitive or have a wheat allergy, do know they use a shared fryer for ALL their fried items. My kid with the food allergies couldn't eat them, just to be safe. COOKIES AND CREAM MILKSHAKE ($11.95): This is made with their soft serve and regular Oreo cookies. SO GOOD. My daughter and my vegan sister got one each. Not too sweet, hit the spot perfectly. I would like to suggest they offer a gluten-free version made with GF Oreos if they can figure out how to significantly eliminate cross contamination... or just use only GF Oreos. VANILLA SOFT SERVE ($3.99): fun fact - these are lentil protein based! Got this for my kid with the food allergies (he's allergic to wheat, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, avocado, pineapple, kiwi) who prefers real dairy and he ate almost the entire cup! It's a pretty hefty serving. I had a taste and it's pretty good. Very close to the dairy version. We were thrilled with our visit. Everything tasted great! I loved how there isn't an additional cost for a gluten free bun (it's a little wonky shaped... irregularly flattened on top). My food allergy kid asked me to make him a burger because he misses the one he got here and he specifically requested for buns with a round top so it's apparently a sore spot with him. My favorite fast food place for burgers in Austin. Even more so than p. Terry's. Everything is always super fresh and the employees are always helpful and friendly. There's never along wait to eat and the food comes out relatively fast. I started getting the burger bowl about a year ago when I started keto and its just as good as the burger with bread. I usually get the jalapeño mayo with the bowl, add avocado, and add bacon. So flipping good! I haven't tried the shakes but the fries and the onion rings are delicious. read more

We used to love Mighty Fine, but now wonder if it has degraded in quality after undergoing new ownership. Could be just a bad visit, but when we went today they gave us the wrong food even though the correct items were clearly written on the bags they came in. The inside seemed less up-kept (tables not wiped down), and someone had vomited outside the entrance and been lazily washed away with a bucket of water (but still obvious). The food wasn't as good either - burned fries, and burgers that were assembled very sloppily. read more

Whenever I get the craving for a burger, I always choose Mighty Fine. They use all natural, high quality beef - packed with flavor and always cooked to perfection. The service is always very friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant is very clean! The fries are DELICIOUS - crispy and not too greasy. I usually get the fresh squeezed lemonade so im not too stuffed when I leave, but the shakes are awesome as well. I recommend Mighty Fine to anyone that hasnt tried it yet - definitely above-average burger and fries! read more

I went there on a Sunday and they were incredibly busy. There was a long line and about 50 employees working. I ordered a cheeseburger, fries and a drink. The total was $10, not very reasonable for a cheeseburger. Everything seems to be fresh, but my cheeseburger was wet and soggy, and my fries were cold. I got held up at an event and didn't make it in the door until 10 minutes before closing, which I know is not ideal but I was ready to order as soon as I walked in. Except the order station was abandoned, so I waited. One of the kitchen staff saw me waiting but didn't alert anyone to take my order. When someone did finally emerge from the back, they saw me waiting at the order station and proceeded to completely ignore me and instead waited one of the groups dining in. Then that same person went back to the back until 2 minutes after closing when they came to tell me that they were closed. I said that I'd been waiting there quite a while to order but again treated me like a ghost and didn't reply. I didn't argue because he obviously wasn't going to let me order no matter what I said but the whole experience was so disrespectful. If anyone would have just told me "sorry we've already shut down the kitchen" it would have been sad but fine, but to have multiple staff see me waiting there for 12 minutes and I guess just hope I would go away... wtf? Texadelphia is dead.

We also ordered a tray of French fries to share. The burgers and quantity of the French fries were very generous. Definitely bang for your buck! The food itself was average. I was really hoping to be "wowed" and sucked into the savory of the food, but that "punch" never quite hit. They seem to be a genuine food truck and has a variety of things to order from. I'd like to try their tacos someday and see if I would have a different impression. Parking is a bit unorthodox (I parked on the side of the road) but there are plenty of tables to sit at with overheard cover from the awning. Give them a try!

I felt that pricing was slightly expensive. Burgers are individually priced, and all drinks/sides were an extra five dollars. At the price that the burgers were marked at, I feel that it would've been reasonable to include the sites for free. Bourbon Burger ($14 + $5 for the sides, 7/10) - Huge Burger! Patty is large as well and quite substantial - great flavor, grilled onions are delicious, and the bourbon smoky flavor really shines through - didn't need any extra sauce, such as mayo or ketchup, but the lettuce and tomatoes were nice to cut through all the strong sauce Overall, a very classic old-school American diner that I'm glad to have visited. Great vibes, nice seats, and decor, but little pricey. Burgers are pretty standard, and fries are pretty standard as well. Not much too praise, but not much to nitpick at either, other than extra $5 for drinks and fries.

When I went to pickup my order they forgot my onion rings, so I had to wait for them to cook them. My cheeseburger was cooked perfectly, but the bun was stale and the vegetables/toppings were wilted. It looked like they had been setting out all day. I ended up just eating the hamburger patty by itself. Positive note, the onion rings were good, since I had to wait for them to cook them, they were nice and hot and crispy. The employees that work here came across as they were bored to tears and didn't really like their job. They weren't rude, they just had a bah humbug vibe. The restaurant was clean. There weren't too many other people in there so it was really quiet in there. The only way I'll go back is if my wife wants to go. I won't go on my own. I don't recommend this restaurant for good hamburgers.
