Simply the best! I've gone to Might-O more times than I should admit for a weekend treat but I'm always happy when I do. My all time favorite has to be the Raspberry Riot. I love switching it up and getting their seasonal like the Cookies and Cream pictured. I asked the person working there for her fav and she said she doesn't like donuts lol so maybe training to staff to recommend something even if it's a white lie, but they were friendly. The icing stays liquidy and tacky instead of that set glaze so it's unpleasant to eat. It also doesn't have enough icing so it's virtually like eating a faintly flavored roll of bread. They have seasonal flavors for donuts too, so I got the seasonal blueberry fritter, it's like a apple fritter but blueberry and slightly darker in color. Hmmmmmmmmmm!!! My first time trying vegan doughnuts I got the Raspberry Chocolate & Lemon Poppy Seed ones! It was a warmer day out so we wanted something sweet and I would have gotten a blended/iced coffee drink but they only offer hot beverages unless you want tea or premade drinks in their fridge. Opted for 1 raspberry chocolate donut and 1 chocolate glazed donut. They were both moist and cake like. The raspberry one was on the sweeter side, but still tasty. The chocolate glazed one was the right amount of sweetness for the donut itself. A little pricey for a donut ($2.50 for one), but they're vegan and organic so that's more than likely why. Everyone who works there is masked, there are clear markers on the ground to keep your distance, and they keep the door and garage doors wide open to let in a good breeze! Protip: They do directly promote using apps like DoorDash, UberEats and Caviar to get pre-order and delivery, and depending on what you want, and the distance, it can be easy and efficient, or annoying. I've found the best selection and fastest route to donuts using the DoorDash app, but you have to make sure you confirm your order has gone through before leaving the app. Mighty-O doesn't control the apps, but I would note that as a consumer, I use a pre-order option so I can grab and go, and have as little time in the restaurant as possible. When I did a pickup order with Caviar, it said in the app my order was ready, but when I got to the restaurant, my order was not ready, and they don't have a separate pickup queue, so it doesn't actually save any time. Just wait in line and order what you want, if you want to just pickup some donuts. All that being said, Mighty-O is pretty much the only vegan/dairy-free donut option in Ballard, and while they're not my favorite donuts, they're a sweet treat when you have food restrictions. My favorites are any of the berry flavored specialties with the chocolate cake base, or lemon poppyseed. Many of the donuts have an alkaline flavor, which I am guessing comes from the leavening they use. read more

I've tried a half dozen of their flavors at this point - well-meaning colleagues sometimes bring in Mighty O instead of Top Pot - and from the plain, to the chocolate, to the fruity, they all manage to be both dry and greasy at the same time. When I used a credit card, they automatically took me to the tipping section where they have mandatory tip. You are offered 10%, 15%, 20% and customize. I suppose you can customize the tip to 0% but then you feel like a jerk. Setting this tip feature this way kind of guilts or manipulates customers into being obligated to tip. I'm not against tipping but I think you shouldn't be coaxed into it. Lastly, when the cashier put a bap with a donut in the front, I automatically reached to take it.
