Had our carpets cleaned today, and the service was AMAZING! The cleaners were very punctual, no waiting around for someone to show up! They were also friendly and professional. They got all of our carpets cleaned in about 40 minutes. Sometimes being fast means doing a half -a**ed job, but not with Miguel's, the cleaners were very efficient, and the carpets were thoroughly cleaned and look brand new again! The carpets were really bad, stains from who knows what? I did not think they would come out. Miguel came out and poof! They were gone! He was very flexible as we had construction in the house that took longer than expected (of course). He was there on time. Very personable and professional. Carpet only takes a few hours to dry and always looks great. My best advice...After he cleans your carpet, do your best to keep it clean as a lot of the old stains seem to slowly creep back. Unbelievable how fast they are and now how clean our carpets are from Miguel. We have to young children and a dog. Miguel was able to get out all the stains. He even went out of his way to help me move my son's beds back into their rooms after he cleaned under them. Our carpets look brand new again. This is by far the best company i have ever dealt with. Miguel took my call and quickly answered all my questions without hesitation, and we scheduled my cleaning a day or two away with no issue. Miguel and his helper were prompt and smiling ready to help were they could with the pet stained carpet. they gave me several choices of treatment for the issue without adding Any extra add on costs, the one large room was simply what they quoted 100.00 with tax. They spent extra time going over heavy stains to insure satisfaction without even asking. they went the extra mile to offer to move the pile of furniture back but i declined due to their complete focus on the carpets.
