Miguel's carpet cleaning came to our home today and did an excellent job! They completed our dining room, living room, recreation room, hallway, master bedroom and two extra bedrooms within an hour (45 minutes to be precise). Our carpet's are now spotless! Prior to the cleaning, there were coffee spots, wine stains and pee stains from our small dog living in the home. Of course we tried to clean the spots on our own, but they still appeared on the carpet. Thanks to Miguel's carpet cleaning, all of it came clean and the carpets look and feel wonderful! I initially didn't believe all the good reviews and the kind of competitive rates Miguel's Carpet Cleaning offered. But it all turned out to be true. I believe Marvin was the technician and he arrived on time and the cleaning went like a breeze. The cleaning included the 4 bedrooms with closets, stairs and the family room downstairs. On my request he also worked hard on getting a stain removed which was caused by permanent marker ink (kids you know :)). The stain did not get removed completely but was many shade lighter. We were looking to clean our carpets and were encouraged by all great reviews to try Miguel's services. The guy arrived on time, started cleaning and was done in about an hour or so. The end result was not as impressive as what all the reviews are stating. Stains are 30% lighter but we can still see them, and also the carpet edges( filtration soil) were still as stained as before cleaning, when my husband called the business owner, he instantly responded and explained how these are hard to clean. I don't know but for me paying for the carpets to be professionally cleaned means that carpets should feel clean and you should see the difference. To be fair, some areas were cleaner than before but the stains and edges aren't! I'm giving them 3 stars for being punctual, professional and responsive.
