I asked for a simple statement of the condition of the carpet when they came to clean it on the invoice, both before and during cleaning. After they agreed multiple times, I still have not received what I requested. Their work and responses are all very quick, with no attention to customer demands or requests. As a client, I am very disappointed with them as I asked them if they could do something so simple, which other companies have done for me before, to be completely ignored once they got payment. I spoke to Miguel over the phone and he gave me a phone quote based on number of rooms. The price was good but I was not ready to commit as I waited for other bids. The other bids were double, I decide to Miguel a call and them a try. Miguel put me in contact with Marvin for my appointment. The day before I tried to confirm with Marvin over text, but no response. I later confirmed via phone call. He did a good job the day of, calling to let me know he was running an hour behind our scheduled time. This was no issue and I appreciated the notice. Excellent service and results, and very responsive owner (Miguel) and staff (Marvin)... In brief, the [white] carpet in our recreational room had a large and deep stain, and it seemed unlikely we'd be able to remove it, as it had set into the pad (which, if you've ever had a stain and didn't install water-proof carpet pads, you know after the first steaming which cleans the carpet, the stain rises up again from what's left in the pad)... But, after two treatments (the second of which they did not charge for, but included in the original price, which is comparable to other services) the stain did in fact come out, almost entirely, and the carpet looks almost as bright and white as it did when first installed... Good service and people, and will definitely use them again. read more

This company felt that 7:30 am on a Saturday morning (11/6/2021) was a great time to do an industrial vacuuming of the vacant apartment next to mine. I wish I could give this company 100 stars! They are so amazing. I paid over $550 to get just my small basement and 6 steps cleaned by one of their competitors, which I will never use again. (I am still sick over the amount of money it cost our family). Just one area! Miguel's Carpet Cleaning blew their price out of the water and cleaned my whole house 3 bedrooms, 6 stairs, and the basement for $400 less! Extremely professional, and helpful as well. Excellent work from Marvin at Miguel's Carpet Cleaning. Our dog got sick and committed some terrible atrocities on our basement carpet that we were unable to remove the odor from with our own carpet cleaner. I got several quotes and initially went with Miguel's because it was lower than the others, but the service quality is not reflected by the lower price. Marvin was able to come out the very next day. He was on time, very professional, quick and thorough. Before he came over, I thought we would have to replace the carpet, but now there is no trace of odor or stain. Plus, they use natural cleaning products so I didn't have to worry about it harming my pets and even right after the job was done, my house didn't smell like chemicals.
