This place ROCKS! We are in town for an event and went looking for some dinner. We started out at a different place that was horrible (no service and they weren't even serving food!) So, we turned to Yelp, saw the great reviews for Mike's and decided to give it a try...and we were NOT disappointed. Awesome service! Our waitress was super friendly, very helpful and had great recommendations. Our beers were cold and food was delivered hot, fresh and in a quick turnaround time. Our burgers tasted amazing and were made specifically how we ordered. The fries are yummy, too. Oh, and their homemade raspberry vinaigrette on my side salad was so good...beyond words good! I am so glad we tried out Mike's at the Crossroads. My only complaint is that I live 2 hours away! Otherwise, I would come back all the time! read more

Stopped by for a burger yesterday (Sunday) and had the 987 Hot Burger with fries. Excellent burger, though next time I will ask for extra jalapenos, the fries were excellent. This is a great place to go when you are hungry. Great service, big flat screens in view where ever you are sitting. My buddy had the chili burger, he enjoyed the flavor but don't plan on being able to pick it up, more of a fork and knife burger. I will definitely be back. read more

I have been hearing about this place for years and decided that today was finally the day. I looked up their menu online and first thing I noticed was there were no prices listed. Made me a little nervous but how much could it be? So I went ahead and called in the order for pick up as I am not that into sports bars. The chick on the phone sounded a little rushed but was nice. No problems ordering and 15 minutes later we were at the counter picking up our grub. I had ordered the Mikes Double Burger with bacon for myself and my son opted for the "Go Jets" burger with guacamole. Total bill for two burgers & Fries? GULP. $31.00 dollars. Are you friggin kiddin me? $15.50 for a burger and fries??? These didn't even come with a drink. Holy crap. Phyllis's giant burgers in San Rafael aren't this much. The first thing I have to say is the burger was HUGE. Seriously I'm a big girl and a big eater and I could only eat half the burger and 1/4 of the fries. This easily could have been split between my son and I and fed us both well. The menu said the burger I selected came with relish. It did not. The patties were not seasoned with salt and pepper and had a funky after taste like the blood they had been sitting in before being cooked was turning a little ripe. The patties were perfectly cooked and the cook was really cute so maybe a few points for that. But as I leaned back after eating and wished I had on a belt I could undue a notch to make some room I asked myself if this was really a $15.00 burger and fries. Now I'm not a cheap person. I am an avid sushi eater and used to dropping a chunk o change for a good meal. The thing is I expect the goodness to be proportionate to the cost and in this case I have to say it was not. And, because it was so expensive I'm not even willing to go back and give them another try. My son landed in a very different place and said it was epic and he loved it. But he can write his own review and if he likes it that much he will have to cough up the $15.50 because I will not be coming back. read more

By far the best burgers in Sonoma County! The Great Western Hickory Burger may be the best burger I have ever devoured. The chili fries are amazing and the regular fries are exceptional as well. The service is punctual and the atmosphere is relaxed. The presence of multiple high definition televisions make this place really worth going to for watching a game. I go here on average about once every other week. The only thing that keeps me from going more ofte( besides the potential artery blockage) is the steepness in price. read more

Jen likes The " Nauvoo blue cheese" and I u Usually get the Mushroom or the bacon cheeseburger. It is always good. No "off" nights. It may take a while during peak times, but its worth the wait. Wow! The burgers were AMAZING! I had the western burger and my friend had the Mike's burger and they were both delicious. Some of the best burgers I have had. The regular and sweet potato fries were also both excellent especially with their home made ranch for dipping. Great customer service and even brought wet wipes at the end to help clean after an amazing meal. We are from out of the area but if we ever come near here I will for sure stop in again! read more

Went there tonight with 3 grandsons and son-in-law. SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE at 5:15 and there were only 2 other tables with customers and 3 servers behind the counter. Probably waited 15 minutes to place order. I had to get up 4 times to get water, refills on soda. The female server never once came over to ask if we needed anything, and actually had an attitude. Food was mediocre at best and definitely won't be back with so many other burger joints so close. read more

The burger had great flavor,however, it was too expensive for what we received. And the fact that fries were 2$ extra is ridiculous! I ordered the side salad and was extremely disappointed. It was over sized pieces of lettuce which were mostly the spine. Sorry but "lettuce only" does not constitute a "salad". I havent been to Mikes in 12 years. I lived a few miles away and loved the burgers , but..I needed the option of fries. So, today I found myself in the neighborhood with an old friend who LOVES burgers. Trepidation disappeared as soon as I walked in. SURPRISE!! Burgers were great. Fries were crisp. Services was just as crisp...it was lunch time and the young lady who served us was really friendly. since it was raining and the crowd was thin (Thanksfiving week) she let us sit and catch up for a few hours and kept our ice teas full. This place is awesome! I walked in and sat at the bar for a to-go order. The waitress was very friendly and welcoming. I asked her a few questions about the menu and finally decided on the "Louisiana Pride" burger and a basket of fries. It took about 10 minutes for my food to be ready. Couldn't get home faster. The smell alone was making me salivate. When i picked up the burger to eat it, the bun was pretty soggy on the bottom which was kind of a let down, but after the first bite that didn't seem to matter. It tasted awesome! The flavor was amazing and the salsa that they put on that particular burger complimented the blackened cajun spice very well. The fries were very good too, but nothing special about them. they were just good. Good thing Cin City burger was closed because I would have never bothered to look for this place. I have ate frequently at Mikes at the Crossroads since he opened in Cotati, because of the Quality and Service, as well as it is a local business owned by a good friend, and I support As many Local business' as possible Today I ordered a Nauvoo Burger and Garlic fries (cold, not even warm) to go, I live 5 min away. I asked for NO Mayo, because I'am allergic to eggs, very allergic. The Burger was cold, the bun wasnt toasted! And the little server told me it had, "Just come off the grill". Normally I wouldn't care. Just nuke it and never go back. But the smile on the cooks face, using what was obviously a left over patty and fries, then scraping off the mayo.. If Mike still owned the place.. Now you guys suck, just like the fast food joints. Guess I'll have to try your competition down the street, they were great in Penngrove! Peace out read more

Then Mike's at the Crossroads is the place for you. I have eaten perhaps 100 burgers from this establishment and I can say not once was it made incorrectly, made from poor ingredients or failed on the taste indicator. They make the best, most versatile burger in town for under $10. Now... before you go nuts... THEY ONLY HAVE FRENCH FRIES ON FRIDAYS. Yes, the rest of the week there are no fries. Trust me, they aren't that good to start with and are a recent addition. They do have great potato and macaroni salad as well as a green salad and chips to be your side. But put the bias aside... come here for the burger and leave full, happy and eager to return for another. read more

If you like burgers, this is a great place. They used to not sell fries -- it was like their signature thing that "Mike's doesn't do fries," but then they went under new ownership in 2008 or 2009 and they started selling fries. What I like best about this place is that they have Great White beer on tap, and their macaroni salad is awesome. I usually always get a Taos Burger (loaded with roasted red bell pepper) or a Cajun Chicken Sandwich, and always with the macaroni salad. You can get fries, a bag of Lays potato chips, and.....maybe?....onion rings instead. I don't remember. I just stick with the salad -- it's yummy. My boyfriend's favorite burgers are the Belle Burger (loaded with sauteed onions), and the Go Jets Burger (loaded with guacomole). He always gets the macaroni salad, too -- he's the one who got me hooked on it. This place has TVs that are on with a sporting game usually, but it's not uncomfortably loud, which I like, because I hate sports on TV and I don't like super loud restaurants. I don't like super quiet restaurants either, though, and this place is just right for noise level. Mmmmm....Great White! read more
