Most disgusting pizza place I have ever ordered food from. There was hair in a large cheese pizza that I ordered. I also ordered a side of chicken wings that also came with what had looked like a couple of bites in it ?! What.. I've never in my life have ever seen something like that. We enjoyed this pizza very much. The pizza is flavorful with ample sauce and cheese and a most amazing light and flaky crust. This was the best pizza we have had in Hyannis in many years of visiting. Staff are friendly and the place is clean with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. We prefer bar pizza however we highly recommend Mikes Pizza. read more

They must be under new ownership. My husband and I used to get pizza there all the time, but hadn't in a few months because a place we liked better opened up closer to us. But we wanted delivery tonight so we went with Mike's. Usually a solid choice. Awful. Horrible. Can't say enough about how horrible it was. I had three bites and said forget it. I don't know what was worse, the f you attitude when the waitress throws my food on the table for me to eat or the waitresses standing in the back talking about how disgraceful it is that Donald Trump is so popular while I wait to order. I figured it was an off day so I go back for a second time then next day...big mistake. I was lucky enough to be spared the political commentary the clearly educated waitresses are qualified to give me but I was still lucky enough to get the "here's your f*****g food now shove it" attitude when they toss my pizza on the table. But I guess it was my lucky day because the mozzarella sticks I ordered would probably taste better if they weren't still frozen and cooked in the same oil as fish. Sorry but have been going here for 6 years and recently the quality and price is going in wrong direction. Recently got small pizzas...they are a lot smaller then last year and price is higher..quality..extra cheese..yea did not happen if did wow did not seem like it...also chicken bacon ranch sub..son said poor quality of chicken..used to taste fresh..now he said tasted like frozen or re frozen with no taste... My son is local summer cook...will give another try in June...see if improves or take summer biz to other local stores... read more

Unsafe business do not eat here. I placed an order tonight and went to pick it up. There was a person in line in front of me and once handed their order they checked it and it was wrong. So after removing it from the bag and opening the box and breathing all over it they gave it back and stepped aside to wait for theirs. Then I stepped up to get my order, which of course part of it was this item. Due to COVID 19 I said I would not like that item that someone else just had their hands all over. The pleasant girl behind the counter very nicely suggested they will remake it . I stepped aside to wait. A very short time later I was handed what was a "new" grilled cheese the box was hot so I took it. Not ten seconds later in the car I opened the box to find a cold soggy grilled cheese placed on some French fries in the same box with condensation from sitting previously. This was not a remade order nor a new box. This is unacceptable and unsafe. The girl in the kitchen must think people are stupid. I gave it back and said no thank you. I have ordered from this place many times but they lost a customer over a grilled cheese because the kitchen is not SAFE. Makes you question what else they do when a .50 cent grilled cheese is too much. Too bad because I liked the food here and used to order a lot but no longer trust them. I did not ask for a refund or a new sandwich I feel bad for the girl at the counter as I heard her ask the kitchen to make a new one and they just assume people are stupid. read more

I ordered a steak and cheese calzone, when I got home there was no steak in the calzone. Only onions and cheese. When I called to complain, they told me that if I wanted a new calzone that I had to pay for a new one. I was a frequent customer the Mikes, I am very disappointed. I would just assume that the right thing to do was just make a new one. I almost sure any other restaurant would do that. I am a very unhappy customer. read more

Went to Mike's pizza after driving back from Provincetown and then shopping in Hyannis. We all felt like pizza and found Mike's across from the Holiday Inn where we were staying. First of all, the young man who took our order was wonderful. I must've asked for a hundred different things (vinegar and various condiments, extra plates etc.) and he was always pleasant and got me what I asked for lol. Secondly, the pizza was delicious. It is thin crust which we liked and the flavor of the sauce was great. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza for the 4 of us and it was enough. Although we did order a side of onion rings and fries which were also tasty. And the prices were very reasonable. Nice find in Hyannis for pizza! read more

We came here on our way back from the cape. It has a relaxed atmosphere. You find a booth, and go up an d order. We got the stephanie specialty pizza, it was very tasty. However, i'm not sure if it said so in the description, but there was no sauce on the pizza. Either way it was very good. The BBQ wings were not bad either. We lived in Barnstable Village, not far from Mike's, about 3 miles, so we would order from there often for the convenience. Was never impressed with their service, but this experience was the nail in the coffin for us. My daughter, whom is 17), called and ordered pizza, subs and a salad for us for dinner, to be delivered. After waiting approx 40 minutes without receiving our order, my daughter called back to check on the status. The female that answered the phone was very rude and nasty to her, I could hear the entire conversation, telling my daughter that it hadn't been 40 min. only 35 and that it would be there soon and hung up on her. I called back and told her that do to her rudeness she can cancel our order and they would never get our business again, she couldn't have cared less. I have stuck to that and never returned, there are way to many options to accept terrible service and be treated as my patronage doesn't matter. So, if in that area I recommend Barnstable Market on 6A, they have better food, better prices and we are ALWAYS welcomed with a smile! read more

Haven't sampled too much of the menu but the pasta is fine, the Parmigiana is very nice and the Greek Pizza is always...so...good. Crispy, flaky (almost sweet?) crust with a luscious array of sliced tomato, olive, feta, and more. I'll be getting it again and again. read more

My 25 minute delivery took 1 hour 15min. When I called to check on it I was told they left "a long time ago" which is not very reassuring when you order hot food. The food was cold by the time it got to my work which is under two miles away and on the same road as mikes. I've been a customer at Mike's for many, many years. The last few times I ordered my regular turkey sub, there was very little turkey in the sandwich. I had to look for it. Then today I ordered a garden salad with grilled chicken. I've been getting it for YEARS! The chicken was lacking that great flavoring it used to have and there was less of it. They obviously are scrimping because there was probably a total of one tomato wedge, cut up in to little pieces and no pepperocini (they always used to put one on). Had the wife pick up a couple large steak and cheeses for the kid and myself what a disaster. They were the worst subs Ive ever had. First they toasted them by default which is usually an indication of stale bread. Second WHERES THE MEAT? there was so little steak in the sub it would have not been enough if it was a small. Also there was almost no cheese or mayo coupled with the fact that the bread was toasted and what little steak there was, it was overly dry. I just ate the saddest chicken parmesan wrap I could have ever imagined. It looked like it needed a Of team therapists. I paid $8 for this and I am severely disappointed. It was very plain and I wouldn't suggest it for anyone. We ordered 2 large pizzas, a cheese and a pepperoni. The large pizza we ordered was also very dissapointing. It was the size of most peoples small pizza. The cost was $23.50. I don't know how someone could charge so much for so little. It was not worth it. Of the gazillions of pizzas I've had, I put Mike's at the two or three spot -- from the bottom. The cheese has an okay flavor but the sauce has no taste and the crust, well, let's just say that it's not a crust but something that defied description. Seriously, awful. Had mikes pizza deliver to my hotel. We ordered 2 large steak tip subs. When they arrived there was a total of 6 pieces of meat in each sub. There was more bread than meat and we called and complained. Talked to the owner and he said he would send over more steak for both sandwiches. Clean place great Food, poor service. Called to order as their website says they deliver. Lady on the phone was too busy talking to her girlfriends to pay attention. Asked how long delivery would take. She told me they don't deliver. I questioned this as it says on every page of their website that they deliver. She told me I had the wrong website. I informed her I was calling her from the number on the website. After she failed to pay attention and missed my order 4 times, I drove there and ordered a to-go pizza. After 10 mins my number was called and they had my pizza on a tray. When I told the lady that it was a to go order she decided to argue with me that her ticket said for here. Good food- prices ok. Poor review because of what occurred tonight while dining in with my 3 year old. Ordered pizza for me and my son. Sat down at a booth- there are only about 4 of them- it's kinda small there. Customer in next booth started to yell on his cell phone swearing dozens of times using the f bomb and as&&ole. The order taker/ manager saw this from a distance and I pointed to the foul mouthed man. The manager just walked off and never said anything to him. This continued again and I even asked the patron to stop swearing. I eventually left because and it continued. In fact the manager fed this jerk another beer and never said boo to this guy. After loading my son in the car I approached the manager and told her what was going on. She said you could have moved to another area. I said where I would have still heard him he was loud. I said I don't think ANY FAMILY SHOULD BE SUBJECTED TO THIS LANGUAGE. I added you never even approached him. I asked if this was A FAMILY RESTAURANT. The manager reluctantly apologized. I GO TO THIS RESTAURANT ABOUT 20-30 times a year- NEVER AGAIN. What does it mean that you can't count on the people running a restaurant or a pizza house to deal with unruly customers. Pretty sad when you can't even take your three-year-old to a pizza place. Even worse when the management of the pizza place does nothing tells you you should've moved. Never before have I been so dissatisfied with a service that I would take the effort to write a review. The hospitality of this place is horrendous. I called and placed a delivery order in which I was told would be ready in half an hour. As I patiently wait an hour passes. I politely call to see if the driver was lost. I was told that my food was sitting there and the driver would be back in five minutes and my food should arrive in ten. After this conversation another half an hour passes. I call to cancel my order seeing as my food is probably cold by now. I am then told that I gave them the wrong address and the delivery was lost. Hmmm... Interesting I must not know where my own apartment is. The women I was talking to was not apologetic. I asked her why my number wasn't taken when the order was placed so the driver could call me if he got lost. She replied by saying she didn't take the order. She offered a free pizza. This does not change the way she handled the situation. The driver should have her position because he was much more pleasant and apologetic. I won't be ordering from here again. read more
