    Food court? What is there?

Fish face, gelato, Insight coffee, Broderick, a Mexican place, a cupcake spot, and another resto I can't remember lol...hope that helps!

Maybe the Korean food is good, but not the beef pho, roast duck over rice, and California roll. My…read more7 year old wanted beef pho, with no veggie, no onions, no cilantro, just broth, noodles, and beef. This is exactly what I put on the order note. Got a text that my pho is ready, got to the counter, pho is full of onions and cilantro, finally got a lady to come out and I showed her the recipe with no veggie, no onions, no cilantro, she got angry at ME, and told me "just eat it", I told her it's for my kids, she went to get another employee, they got animated, she kept saying "just eat it", the other lady apologized and said she'll remake it. I had to checked my receipt to make sure that my food isn't free, that I am paying for this and I should get what I paid for. The roast duck over rice, well, it's duck alright, but not Chinese roast duck as advertised. There's no sauce over the rice, the duck was plain and dry. The pho broth was ok, the California roll took forever, and it's decent. First time eating here and last time eating here

Firm and moldable but not fondant. I asked the cashier if it was supposed to be like that so she poked the other icings and said yes, so I just gave the cake the benefit of the doubt. I've questioned their food quality once in the past and just let it go but this second time, welp. Explanation as to why they don't have water cups anymore: preventing spills from happening again, I assume customers didn't notify staff about the water so someone slipped. Pretty reasonable. Water bottles are cheap.

Out of all the spots we tried, this one easily stood out for having the best overall quality. I ordered the shrimp chow fun, which was full of flavor and had a great balance of noodles and shrimp, nothing felt skimpy. I also tried the green onion pancake, which came with a dipping sauce on the side. It was light, crispy, and really satisfying. The pork bun was another highlight. Super fresh and a good size. For drinks, I ordered their oat milk matcha latte, which they hand whisk. It tasted smooth and well made; they only offer maple syrup as a sweetener, and I asked for half the amount, which worked out nicely. The gentleman at the register was also incredibly friendly because after I placed my order, he handed me a handmade dish scrubber that he said his mom made, which was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. Overall, I'd definitely recommend stopping by if you're visiting the food court. While the portions are a bit smaller than what you'd get at a typical restaurant, the quality makes up for it, and the pricing feels fair for what you're getting. It's a solid option if you're looking for tasty, well prepared food with genuinely kind service.

It…read morelooked very similar to a restaurant I went to that offered a strawberry shortcake sundae for $4.99 and I thought that was a deal, but this food court version is just $2.49! So I stopped into this Rancho Cordova location of Costco to check it out. Parking is a pain, but hey, this is Costco. If I was to get here right at opening it wouldn't be as bad. Scanned my card going in. Yeah, you have to scan a membership card even just to go to the food court. I go up to the order kiosk thingy and find the strawberry sundae. Hit the button, scan my card and out prints the receipt to give to the food court guy. He makes my sundae scooping on a good amount of the strawberry sauce. Here it is! Yep, looks pretty good. My spoon goes in and I do notice the ice-cream is pretty firm not all squishy like most soft serve. I don't think this is yogurt. This sundae is pretty damn good, especially for the price. Warning, it's super sweet so if you have a thing with you blood sugar, this might not be a good idea. I don't but I sure got a sugar rush from this!

The little cake bits were kinda dry and I was hoping it was softer and easier to go down my throat. The strawberry sundae was delightful but in all, I'd prefer to just grab the regular berry sundae.

So, in my constant…read moresearch for the next great smashburger, finding one in an Asian food court, of all places, was definitely a surprise. And while the wings are also excellent (I didn't try any of the other offerings), it is the smashburger that I highly recommend, and for which I am adding my 5-star rating. Finding TTB was a bit of an adventure. There is no visible signage from the parking lot. You enter from the parking lot under a sign that reads "SF Super Market". Then you walk toward the supermarket ahead, but turn left to go under the sign that says Saigon Street Food Court. And then you need to locate the TTB counter inside. And for this smashburger fan, the journey was definitely worth it. The smashburger patties are large, with the requisite crispy edges, yet juicy and beefy in the middle. And even with all that goodness inside the bun, the bun itself remains perfectly intact. It is a giant, yet easily navigable sandwich, and it is delicious. Just the right amount of melted cheese and condiments, everything fresh-tasting. We also tried the onion rings (perfectly crispy) and the wings (with a crunchy coating over juicy, tasty chicken). The fries were a bit thicker than I like, as I am a shoestring-fries fan. But they had a bit of crunch on the outside and were soft on the inside. The chef/owner, Young, took our order, went back inside the kitchen, and then brought everything out to our table. He is a terrific guy, and so pleasant to interact with. With eight or so restaurants in the food court, there are plenty of tables and chairs for eating inside. The whole burger experience was comfortable, and I definitely look forward to returning. All of Young's offerings are fairly priced, and as should be obvious, I highly recommend TTB for an outstanding smashburger experience.
