I ordered a double cheese, double mushroom King Kong Pizza on Jan 28th and I was very disappointed. The pizza hardly had any flavor and you can hardly see any cheese. I was very embarrassed because I had company over, and the pizza was blend. I called the next day spoke to Sam and told him very kindly about my first time experience with their pizza, and he apologize Sam informed me they had new employees, and next time I order he will give me a free xlarge pizza on the house. Well tonight I order my free pizza, and paid for my Afghani pizza along with garlic cheesy bread. To my amaze the pizza was a 5 star, and I had to double check the number I called last week to make sure it was the same pizza place and it IS!! Cheesy bread is a must! Pizza was AMAZING! great service and delivery was extremely fast! The sauce was yummy an the crust was perfectly crispy! Flavors were amazing. We asked for extra Parmesan an they gave us everything pepper's, napkins, plates and marinara sauce. Everything was great! Prices are really good $26 bucks for a large half an half pizza (Afghan style and the other half pepperoni mushrooms and olives) with the cheesy bread and delivery. Deff. Recommend trying this place. We decided to order because they left a menu on the door, normally I throw those away but I noticed they had Gyros and Kabobs as well as pizza. The pizza sauce is slightly spicy (just the way I like it) and quite nice, the toppings were very fresh and didn't taste "fake", and the Beef Teka Kabob I had! Wow I loved it! I dont always feel like going out and getting food but until now it pretty much was only pizza that I could have delivered to the house. I ordered online and the website took me to a Postmates order system. I used the Postmates to order the pizza. It was late delivered and cold. I reported this to Postmates and when I called Milano's, I was told that I needed to take it up with Postmates. Duh, I know this, but Milano's guy did not understand that their website does not give you a choice when you order online! It goes directly to a Postmates order page. So it is Milano's responsibility to make amends to their customers because they choose to have Postmates as a delivery service for their food. I'm glad I have finally ordered pizza from here! So far I've been disappointed with all Tracy pizza places, until today! Let me preface this by saying, I'm not a deep dish pizza kind of gal, and I LOVE garlic! Ok, the crust was good enough with crispy garlicky parmesan sprinkled along the edges. The sauce was ample and flavorful, and the cheese was yummy, chewy and real! I believe this is the best pizza in Tracy, based on that criteria. Delivery was quick and friendly. And the cheese sticks were garlicky parmesan goodness dipped in flavorful marinara sauce. We'll order again for sure! Next time I will request less pizza sauce and extra cheese. read more

Only reason I went here is because we were starving & with friends on a road trip to the gold country. They insisted on stopping here because its open late and told me the salads were good along with the pizza. umm..Wrong. As we drove up, from the look of the outside I put my expectations out the window. I ordered a gourmet pizza slice. The veggies were flavorless (makes me question where they came from, especially b/c we were in farm country) and the crust was like cardboard. My friend had a kabob that looked good w/ rice & a salad that she didn't finish. It was nice that it came with some nan, however it was the same cardboard-like bread the pizza was made out of. Disaster. I'm not sure what other options their are in this area, but as far as taste, this place doesn't have it. The ingredients are cheap & lacking flavor. I was just going to toss the door hanger I received a while back, until I noticed their menu offered gyros and kebabs! The gyros are excellent... soft bread, flavorful slices of the roasted meat, red onion, tomato, lettuce, and yogurt sauce. Yum! The ground beef kebabs are really good (you get two), comes with rice, bread, a roasted tomato and slice of squash, salad, and a delicious dressing. Best part- they deliver! Definitely a unique change of pace from your other average pizza places. I enjoyed a pizza with chicken, mushroms, onions, capers, and garlic... YUMMY! There are so many other menu items you don't quite find anywhere else (especially in Tracy). The menu is a long door-hanger that's not very impressive, but once you begin eyeing their menu items, you're bound to place an order sometime soon. They deliver and the price is decent. I pay less for a wonderfully tasty pizza delivered through Milano's than I do for a larger pizza at those "other chains." Worth the money... try it! read more

I've ordered from this location several times but apparently patronage doesn't mean anything to this restaurant. We ordered a King Kong Afghani pizza and a pepperoni slice for my friends son. The pizza that arrived was not an afghani pizza. It was missing about 3 ingredients. They also did not bring the slice for my friends son. I called to let them know that they forgot my slice and gave us the wrong pizza. The guy who answered the phone (Bilal) was very rude and adamant about giving us the right pizza and that we did not order the slice. He argued back and forth with me for about 2 minutes so I finally gave up. So we ended up eating the pizza and right towards the end my friend found a hair in her slice. I eat here several times a week for lunches. and every so often I go for a dinner. The owner, Fred, is kind and will take criticism. I now consider him a friend. I started here trying the Gyros which are fantastic. make sure you get the green chatney with them. The L.A. SuperCombo is an excellent pizza. It was the first time I ever had eggplant on a pie. The Mexican style pizza is an other artistic creation from Milano. Something special about fresh cilantro atop. My new favorite, maybe I should say addiction, is the Afghan Style pizza. This isn't on the menu but should be. The taste is unique and just out of this world. I am an avid swimmer and worry about what foods I put in for fuel, and also fear of noncompatibility with my digestive system. Ate here several times and it definitely was not a bad pizza place, just it wasn't that great either. The quality of the ingredients is pretty good and the crust isn't that bad. The way Ny family and I see it is it's just a Costco pizza with slightly thicker crust and a bit more ingredients. We've eaten here twice and gotten the King Kong combo and just aren't overly impressed. We keep coming back because it's close and the service is very prompt. Too many bad experiences with Milano Pizza! I have ordered pizza every now and then from Milano Pizza for about the past 3 years now. I will not lie, sometimes, the food hit the spot, but other times, it's really ticked me off. These past few months Milano Pizza has been going down. They are very rude, the pizza I've gotten has been burnt a couple of times, and sometimes I have even gotten completely wrong orders delivered. Just a few days ago I called them and wanted to know what kind of cheese they used in their pizza, because I recently found out many cheeses contain animal enzymes, which I am not allowed to eat. The person on the phone was very rude and said he wasn't allowed to give their "secret recipe". My friend called again and asked to speak to the manager, but apparently the manager "wasn't there" (clearly a lie). He even told me to order pizza from somewhere else if I wasn't sure about the cheese. So that's exactly what I did. Thank's Milano Pizza! read more

Came in around closing time, and ordered a medium 1/2 and 1/2 pizza. The owner was extremely kind and chatted with my sister and I while we waited. The menu is full of some unique and creative choices which should appeal to anyone's taste, lots of room for toppings and customization of your own. Prices are very fair.
