Update to my previous review. I've been coming here since 2010 and have always had a good experience. Milanos was easily my favorite pizza in Tracy, but I'm afraid that's no longer the case. Over the last few months my experience has been very inconsistent with what I've grown to love about this place. The quality has completely gone off a cliff. The crust is worse than frozen pizza crust and the ingredients are off. With the growing competition in Tracy now, I'll definitely be trying other places. read more

So I got the chicken parmesan pizza. Looks really good. I remembered to take the picture cuz it looked sooooo good. Smelled good too. Vegetables were crisp. Chicken looks good. Fell flat on seasoning though. Super bland. Wait was horrible. I think they didn't see me for a while or just busy with other things. To be fair we're still in COVID and it was carry out only. I came here to visit my mother-in-law and stumbled upon this place because I was craving pizza and they had orders by the slice. The gentleman that took my order was very nice and when I got my order it exceeded my expectations. The one slice is like two slices. It also came with a drink for a very affordable price. They also gave me free ranch! I would definitely come back. read more

When they make a good pizza they make a really really good pizza but the problem is if they are always willing to make a good pizza I just recently asked a friend who was driving by I live in San Jose so I asked a friend who was coming down from Sacramento to stop over there and get me an afghani pizza instead what I got was a pizza which was really skimpy on toppings there wasn't really much and the meat was only like one piece of little blob on each slice. Hated it !!! Their pizza is NOT cheap and they cheat you !!!!!!!!!! What does one do ?? Shame on these people read more

Hubby is a pizza freak so when we were on one of our weekly trips to Tracy we decided to give it a try. The pizza was good, the crust had good flavor and consistency, the ingredients fresh and the prices were decent. Parking and maneuvering that lot isn't great. In-n-Out and Starbucks are quite popular and take up much of the parking and space in the lot. Only once have I ever been able to find a spot to park. read more

Disappointed with this pizza place. I ordered for pick up. Half and half all meat and Chicken pecata. And an order of buffalo wings. When i got there, the pizza was ready but the cashier forgot about the wings. I had to wait 10-15 mins for the wings to be ready. When we got home, i opened our pizza box and discovered the half chicken pecata was not the chicken pecata that was described on the menu. After a closer look at the ingredients, it looked like the chicken garlic pizza. We didnt want to drive all the way back for them to remake it so we just ate it. Pizza tasted pretty good, nothing special to note. All meat pizza was good with plenty of meat. But we were kinda upset the chicken half of the pizza wasnt what we ordered. The wings were mediocre. Even though they had just made it and it was hot, it was not crispy and got soggy. Again very disappointed with Milanos because of the reviews we read. read more

Everytime I come back to visit California, I always make sure to get milanos pizza every time, specifically the halal pepperoni pizza! It's so nice to finally have a spot that has halal pepperoni since most places only offer pork pepperoni. The pizza is perfect and the slices are so big that even one slice will fill you up! Best pizza in Tracy! The pizza is always so tasty and hot! Excellent bread and cheese that they use and the sauce is the perfect blend and amount. Some pizza places put too much marinara and it kills the pizza, but this place puts the perfect amount and the sauce doesn't give you crazy heartburn afterwards. The mummified buffalo wings they served us. Truly speaks volumes to the hygiene in their kitchen. I have never in my life been served something so old. It's like they had these wings made and refried them over and over until finally one unfortunate buyer decides to get buffalo wings, here you go customer, here are your mummified wings. When I called restaurant they requested me bring back the incorrect pizza and they will give me my correct pizza. Refused to deliver the pizza as they don't have anyone and didn't believe me over the phone that the error was made in the first place. He basically talked with his face expression like pick up order for, I said I have a pick up order for.... and said my name, he walks away comes back around and slaps the box of pizza on the counter. Maybe I'm lucky when I come in, but the guy behind the counter has always been nice to me. No overcharges, no standoff-ish attitude.
