I have came to this Charley's probably around 20 times and finally going to give them a review. Although the price is a little up there, it's worth that value due to good portions. Not once have they messed up my order, and food is always good. Love their lemonades too. Service is decent, not the best, but it passes the basics. Employees greet you, take your order, and thank you for your business. Simple and done. Oh, and they're pretty fast too. If this location does close down, i hope they relocate elsewhere in the city.

I'm deeply disturbed by my recent experience at Milano Pizza. Their staff assured me multiple times that they serve halal meat, only for me to find out later that this is completely false. Misleading customers, especially when it comes to something as significant as religious dietary requirements, is not just unethical - it's a serious violation of trust. It's shocking that they could make such claims with no regard for the impact it has on their customers' beliefs and practices. The dishonesty involved here is not just wrong but feels like a deliberate sin. It's unfair and unjust for them to think they can say one thing and get away with something else. I can't understand how anyone's conscience could allow this. To mislead people, knowing full well that they are placing trust in your word, shows a complete lack of integrity. The pepperoni is PORK mixed with beef!!! These people are dirty liars. They will do anything for a buck. Look at how dirty the back area is!!! I saw cockroaches outside and inside by boxes! Customer service is awful!!! They lie about prices, the product, and service. Two thumbs down. The county health inspection report is scary!!!! Just horrifying all the things they're dinged for. If they were in a real city they would be shut down (San Joaquin county can't afford to shut germ infested places like this down since the county is bankrupt). I ordered a King Kong with extra sauce and pepperoni it was awesome, had it delivered to my work site, my co workers were amazed at it's 24 '' size. Customer service is great if you have a problem, they will help you resolve it, I had a problem where I got charged twice on my debit card and called the manager the next day and he took care of it right away, he was very courteous,respectful,customer oriented, and professional. I understand these things can happen from time to time. I would highly recommend them and continue to buy my pizzas from them. read more

Food is great, service is also pretty good but i've had three bad experiences so far, the worst one was calling about 35 min before closing, I got told if I could be placed on hold.. they made me wait about 25 minutes and hung up without saying a word and they closed.
