Our visit started well. The online appointment experience was helpful, and the interactions I had online were pleasant and encouraging. When we arrived early to our appointment, the staff were again pleasant. Our salesperson, Charles, was amazing and I appreciate his efforts. He showed us multiple CRV hybrids, and the test drive went great. We decided to move forward with purchasing because the experience was going great and the car seemed like a good fit. We were provided a cost estimate with itemizations, and while we tried to find some wiggle room, they stood firm. The cost was ultimately acceptable to us, so we signed the price quote and started moving forward with purchase. The credit check was in progress when suddenly we were presented with a new price and were told to sign the new paper with the new price which was a couple thousand over the original. This was extremely frustrating, and when we asked for a concession of ~$500 to get it just under 40k (essentially asking for the removal of the $599 dealership random tack-on fee), Jacob would not budge. So instead of us spending 39k on a new car, we ultimately spent $0. Extremely shifty and dirty business practice to present someone with a firm price, have them sign a document accepting that price, and then suddenly come back and say "oops, my bad, it's actually now this price". They also made it sound like they were doing us a great favor with their manager's special (one guy even said "I've never seen this much of a discount before). Um, it's all over your website on every car, and it's only 1k? If you've never made that kind of discount before, that's a testament to your inflexibility working with customers. Please don't respond to this with your boilerplate message with your phone number asking me to call. If you're a potential customer, come prepared for a bait and switch on price. read more

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. The sales representative I worked with was great but everything past there has been, a disaster for lack of better term. I purchased a brand new car in July 2021. The first issue is the financing person messed up the documentation due to a carless error, I then had to go back and forth with the company numerous times, it wasn't even my problem or issue but I still spent time dealing with it. Now, exactly four months after I purchased the car, I still haven't received my license plates. I called the DMV today and they advised the dealership had only submitted the paperwork November 10th. DMV advised the paperwork was filled out incorrectly, no surprise there, and had to be returned back to the dealer for additional review. I called the dealer to figure out why they didn't submit anything until November 10th and they simply didn't have a response other than they would work on it. They should've been working on this since July 24th, completely unacceptable. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. read more

BEWARE: PATTERN OF DISHONESTY I had my Honda serviced here. They told me I needed my brakes done. Took it to another shop after they quoted me $500 for just brake pads. Other shop took a look (and showed me as well) that I had significant life left in my brake pads, like I was just about 50% through my pads. Unfortunately this was not the first time I have had some thing like this happen at this shop. The first time I figured that there had been some miscommunication. Now that it has happened twice, I think there is some deliberate misleading going on. I have attempted to reach anyone in the service department to remedy this and they've given me the run-around. DO NOT LEASE FROM HERE. I went through all the paperwork to trade my lease in and get a new one after they have basically been stalking me for months to get me to trade in. The lease payment they quoted me was WILDLY different than what the Honda website reflected. They had 3 different people come out and talk to me like I was dumb and didn't know how math works. I have been taking my Accord here for fifteen years. No more. They've been falling apart and getting worse and worse. I had a problem with my car with a check engine light that they basically told me they couldn't figure out--I had to take it elsewhere to get that one fixed. But with my last visit, I called to see if they could do a lube and oil, and when I had to get there by. They said to come on in by a certain time, and that they could definitely fit me in. I got there ten minutes before the time I was told I had to get there by. The guy who checked me in took so long doing so, and then the manager told me that they couldn't get my care done that day. No apology. No attempt to make things right. Just pure attitude and snarkiness. I've been giving Mile High Honda my money for fifteen years, and when I pointed that out to him, he lied, and said if I came back on Monday they could give me $10 off. That was a lie because it was the same discount I had already been offered. I pointed that out, and he showed no remorse, and no concern that I was upset. He was, frankly, a total jerk. I called and complained to someone in the sales division, and that was that. They did not do one thing to convince me keep going to Mile High Honda. I took my car elsewhere, where they told me that Mile High had been having me do oil replacement far too often, and had ripped me off in other ways. Trust me. I thought I might be paying premium, but would get good, reliable, and polite service from Mile High Honda. The truth is entirely otherwise. I took my 2022 Honda CRV in for regular service at Mile High Honda earlier this week and had the pleasure of having Daut Marmullak as my service advisor. He took the time to go over everything with me and answer my many questions. After I got my car I parked in their parking lot to see if the navigation would work for me. It didn't. I went back in and mentioned to Daut and he brought out a mechanic who helped explain how it works. (I didn't get his name but he was also very kind). They will sell you extra services and then lie to you about it. I purchased a brand new vehicle in 2018 and was sold the oil package which I was led to believe was applicable at all Honda dealerships. I moved to Nevada in 2020 and was told that in the Honda database I did not in fact purchase an extended oil change package. I then contacted Mile High and by contacted I mean I called them probably 10+ times with NO response. When I was finally able to get a hold of someone he lied to me and said it was nationwide which it wasn't. I took this to Honda corporate and was told I needed to deal with the dealership directly. I then was contacted via an automated email about selling them back my car and purchasing a new car. I replied with my extreme dissatisfaction and was told that a manager would reach out...and here we are.... I then received yet another automated email from them and replied again to leave me alone and I would forever steer anyone AWAY from here. DO NOT work with them. They will sell you things that are not related to Honda nationwide and lie to you about it. They will also NOT return a phone call or call you. Yesterday I went in to Mile High Honda with the intention of buying a Honda CRV, if the price was right. I was met by Doug, who was very low pressure, quiet actually, but super knowledgeable about the features of the CRV Hybrid. Doug showed me where to get information on line to learn about my Honda as well as giving me his number as a point of contact. Great salesmanship! As soon as we came to a price which I felt was fair for both of us, I was actually pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. Then onto financing. I heard this is where they really get you....I was prepared to shut down any extra fees that would be tagged on.......surprise...there were no extra fees. We sat down and I got 0% financing without any additional fees or markups. The whole process with me walking in the door and driving off the lot with my new CRV Hybrid took just 2 1/2 hours, just intime to make it to my doctor's appointment, which I told them I had to make. Literally the worst Honda I've ever been to! Bought another car here during the pandemic which went very smooth. But the service center is horrible! I have had a both cars serviced here for the last 8 months. Something didn't feel right and took it to another place for a second opinion. They told me that all the services I just paid Honda to do weren't done. Called to talk to them and they basically said "oh well too bad" end of that story. Well my husband took in the other Honda for an oil change and they replaced the filters (engine and carbon filter). We then took the second car in for a tire repair at another place like week later and they showed us these filters! So yet again Honda didn't do what they were paid to do. I accept what ever they told me to pay and I told the lady who helped me that I got a 10%coupon which they sent out to me with out me asking them and the lady said i should have told her before She told me what the amount that I'm going to pay. The front-passenger window to my Honda had issues rolling back up. I called Mile-high Honda at 9:33 am yesterday Morning to see if I could come in and get it fixed that afternoon. The woman on the phone scheduled me for 4pm and gave me the address. I was honestly surprised by how quick they could get me in... until I showed up. I drove about 40 minutes to this place and showed up about 25 minutes early to check-in. The associate tells me that I'm not in their system and tells me that's "not how this works." I can only assume he meant taking walk-ins, which I was not. They assure me that it's no worries and that they could get me in today... then they say tomorrow, then Saturday. I check my phone and email an hour later and there's still no confirmation for the 9am Saturday appointment, which is the same case as yesterday morning. Long story short, I had an appointment yesterday here, they held me for about 20 minutes to make an appointment for this Saturday, and sent me home with a tapped bag over my car window. I'm greatful for the associate for doing that, as they didn't have to, but it had been nicer if I my window was fixed as scheduled. As everyone makes mistakes, then loosing my appointment is not fault of my own. Over the phone, I was also told that the inspection cost would not be offset by the maintenance completed. The associate told me otherwise. I'm not sure what to think of this location, but I do know that they parked my car outside as soon as I came to check-in for my "missing" appointment, that I was sent home with a thin tarp taped over my open car window during tornado warning weather yesterday. If possible, I wouldn't even give one star. EVERY time I have been to this Honda the employees in literally every department have been so disrespectful. The maintenance department makes you feel like a hassle or inconvenience, sales managers are the exact same way, and the last sales employee I worked with literally giggled at me when I told them my situation. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Who laughs at a potential sale AND who makes a customer feel insignificant and belittling at the same time. I have always been a Honda customer, great reliable cars. Working with mile high Honda though, turns me off from the company in general. I have never had a pleasant experience with the employees here. I always leave feeling bad and belittled. I went to a different dealer and told them my down payment and condition of my vehicle. I was able to get into a 2022 Chevy trailblazer with a reasonable monthly payment. I felt so welcomed and left so happy about the experience. Which a dealer should want a customer to feel like. I wouldn't even want a sales associate to make money off a sale from me at Honda. I just had a five star experience at Mile High Honda! I took my Honda Insight in for an airbag replacement as part of a recall. I arrived at 10:45 for a 10:30 appointment (my wife's fault) and was treated like royalty. I was swiftly greeted, checked in and immediately saw my car driven off to start the replacement. I was told it would take about 90 minutes so the old ball and chain and I went for a walk and grabbed a roasted duck around the corner. We were surprised to learn after only 45 minutes it was completed. Upon returning, we were again greeted and checked out. An amazing team of people here. They also called before and after to check on me. All around great service, but hopefully I dont need them too often. read more

I am updating my review from a short while ago. I will not really give the dealership any more stars especially since I found the sales manager to be shady. That being said, we found a new, terrific salesman who did everything we asked and went to bat for us. His name is Albert Cohen. HHe is very good at putting the customer first. We gave him a time frame of two hours. We told him we had to be in and out within that time and get our new vehicle and turn the old one in. He made it happen. In my opinion, Mike High Honda should triple his commission. Because of Albert, he saved us as customers. We will not work with anyone again except Albert. We know he was at the dealership when we went there in 2016 and was still there now. Hopefully he will be there again when we need him. Five stars for Albert. Merci beacoup! read more

Came in for an oil change and was informed by the service employee upon reviewing "needed repairs" that I needed a brake fluid flush because the fluid was green and "gross". Completely unprofessional and a HUGE turnoff to be spoken to in that manner. I was also informed that I had a 5/10 oil leak, though they couldn't tell me what was leaking, of course, they wanted me to pay extra to get that inspected. I didn't trust it so I took my car to a trustworthy mechanic who checked it out and guess what? NO LEAK! And now that Honda has raised the price of an oil change to $50 I won't be returning to any dealership. Don't take your vehicle here unless you want to be scammed out of money. read more

My name is Katie and I am in the market for a new car. Well, new to me anyway! I stumbled upon Mile High Honda while doing some internet research of dealerships within a 15 mile radius and this one popped up! I searched their inventory, inquired about a few vehicles and set up an appointment to meet with a sales rep. Arriving a few minutes early for my appointment, the sales rep, Monica, said "hello", shook my hand and had the lot assistant show me the car, walk me through the newest improvements, and take a test drive with us. Monica was no where in sight. After driving the car [which drove nicely, had low miles but was slightly above my price range] the lot attendant lead me another man that was "going to handle the sale". Not only was a 7 foot tall black man, built like a linebacker, had hands 4x the size of my own, but he would not budge on pricing. The car had a large dent, rust spots and the headlights needed replacing. After speaking with him, I realized $9,000 for a dented/rusty car was just not for me. OVERALL: -lot is nice, spacious and features a lot! -customer service sucks. plain and simple. -prices are high and don't reflect blue book values. we'll see if i end up coming back here. read more

I had been looking for a Honda CR-V online for a few weeks with no luck. Decided to go to the local Honda dealership, which was Mile High Honda. Granted I had inquired on line the night before and had calls from the dealership the next day. I knew what I wanted and had my banks approval letter for how much I could be finance for. Arrived at 7 pm, happy to say I drove home my new pre-owned Honda CR-V with everything I had requested by 9:30 pm. Cyrus was a great sales person to deal with who listened to what I wants and needs and he delivered. Nate was very gracious as the general sales manager checking with me to make sure everything was alright. This was the best car buying experience I have had with a car dealership since my initial car purchase of my 1980 Honda Prelude. Ran my credit multiple times and failed to produce a car. It's normal business practice for Honda dealers to take deposits, this location refuses. If you're wanting a car, be prepared to bring a tent and sleep outside, otherwise you're not getting the car. Also expect people to hang up on you, let your calls go to voicemail, and never return your calls. The quote I was able to produce online $3,500 more expensive then other dealers around the country with mandatory addons the dealership force added. I had my windshield replaced and needed to have the camera calibrated. Honda quickly scheduled my appointment. Next day I had the work done. Devon was my service manager. During the vehicle inspection they found a recall (software update) that was performed free of charge and relaced the brake fluid due after three years. Devon was courteous and professional. He contacted my insurance providers to find out what coverage was available and kept me well informed of the job status. I was very satisfied with the work done. The staff at Mile High Honda seems customer focused and professional. Highly recommended. read more

Had been going to Mile High Mitsubishi to get oil changes and then to the regular service department when they parted ways, and now they have combined with Mile High Honda Service Dept. Robert Rivera, had transferred over and I am so glad. He is the nicest, most professional and efficient technician I have ever met. This go around I was also helped with Scott Ferguson and he was also extremely professional and friendly. I didn't have an appt, but they got me in right away and I waited about an hour. The service area was very clean and the waiting area had coffee, snacks and free WIFI. Everything went well and will be due another oil change in a few months. read more

**Kudos to Mile High Service Center (https://www.milehighhonda.com/service-department/) - Stephanie Morales-RA, Brett McCabe-Service Manager and Honda Corp!** I had an issue with a dual switch pack falling thru the center console, thinking it was clips/mounting that had somehow just gotten loose and dropped into the console recess. I thought it was going to be a quick fix/no brainer sort of situation. I actually reached out to Kuni Honda looking to explain my issue and wanting to get a general quote, as they are closer to me and the car was leased thru them. The Kuni rep I chatted with online said service would call me back, well after waiting like 4 days for a call back I happened to be in area of Mile High and pulled into service. Never did receive a call back from Kuni service. Mile High service was pretty busy but Stephanie quickly got me in queue and I retreated to the waiting area. She provided status during this investigative effort and originally unable to correct the situation due to needing to check with 2nd level tech/management about proper resolution. This was pretty key for me because she mentioned it wasn't as I expected, mounting issue, but in fact it was faulted and potentially could cost upwards of $1200.00+. Stephanie scheduled me to bring it back in the following morning and in lieu of waiting she had a courtesy car available. Later in the day got a status call from Brett, service manager, stating they had determined it was faulty and they had worked with their local Honda rep to cover the cost of the parts/labor. WOW, I was ecstatic! Parts would need to be ordered and for me just to keep the courtesy vehicle until the repairs were completed. I couldn't of asked for a better service experience/resolution. Certainly want to thank all involved and highly recommend this service organization for all your Honda maintenance. Although it's a bit more of a hike for me I will continue to use this group for all of my maintenance needs in the future. Took my car in to get a sensor checked out was told that had nothing to do with the light on my dash. They proceed to order a PCM that they said was the problem and that it was covered under warranty. Fast forward bring my car in today and they tell me because of the sensor issue the PCM was bad and that it is no longer covered under the warranty after replacing it of course. Good old classic bait and switch. This why people have a hard time trusting dealerships. If they had listened to me the first part and fixed the sensor I pointed out I wouldn't be buying a part that wasn't necessary because they already put it in the vehicle. Since sensor is still not fixed and I have a new cpm with the same light on does that make this new cpm you just installed bad as well? read more

We purchased out 2019 Honda CRV in May 2019. We had great service from Cyrus Durham and he was great to deal with. This was the second time I purchased a vehicle from him and Mile High Honda. In July we got a piece of metal in our tire and took it to the service department. There were a few issues with the communication and service, however nothing concerning and it was a very busy day. I did however, ask to speak with Jill Betts, one of the managers in the department. Not only did Jill take the time to rectify the problem, she also made sure to know I would not have any issues in the future and gave me her card. We have scheduled the next appointment and Jill was EXTREMELY helpful in this and even remembered me when I called. I understand that businesses, especially good businesses get busy and so I have no issues with that day. I have respect for the management and companies who know how to handles these situations and Jill is someone who is very able to handle these and Honda is lucky to have her, and Cyrus as well! I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle and service. read more

I would rate 0 stars if I could. Hear me out. I made an appointment when I had a flat tire on my CR-V. After their "world-class inspection", they told me I would need all 4 tires replaced as well as the hub and bearing, control arm, and subframe replaced. This was going to add up to thousands of dollars, when originally, I had just came in for just a tire replacement. They told me this replacement was necessary and I would damage the car and put myself in danger if I left with it in this condition. Something didn't seem right, as the flat tire was the result of me bumping a curb. I told them to replace 2 tires and left to get a second opinion. I had my insurance inspector come out to look at the car to find that there was nothing wrong with the control arm or hub and bearing, and the damage to the subframe was minimal, cosmetic, and would definitely not be detrimental to my car or my safety. There was no surprise that when my insurance inspector tried to contact Mile High Honda to see what they were talking about, he received no call back. I would avoid this Honda dealership at all costs, as I am sure when they saw a young woman walk in, they thought they could convince me of nonexistent damage. Little did they know, I'm an engineer and have common sense. Please avoid this dealership and Daut Marmullaku (my service advisor). They are sexist, corrupt, and try to take advantage of those who don't know better. Beware. read more
