Really disappointed in my latest visit. Dropped car off on Saturday for oil change and inspection. New system in place ... waited 45 mins before the "advisor" came to talk to us. Calls me that afternoon to say "WHOEVER did you last oil change stripped the bolt and it is $18." I informed him that THEY did the last oil change. My car was not ready on Saturday so we agreed I would pick it up on Monday. Advisor was out so spoke to manager. Car still not ready. Got a call shortly before they closed that it was ready and I could pick it up today (Tuesday). Run over on my lunch hour. Advisor never did paperwork. Another half hour! I don't care about the $18. It is the principle that THEY stripped the damn thing. Totally unresponsive. No return calls from my VM to advisor. Girls at the front desk very pleasant but unfortunately, they are not in control. After many years, I think I will look for another Honda dealer for our needs. read more

I went here to buy a car. This was my first finance. The car I looked at was a particular color. They told me it was the last one this color. I drive the car and I made it clear that it was the specific one I wanted if I complete the contact. They told me another employer wanted the car. I told them never mind. They said they spoke with their boss and the boss said customer's first in line. After signing the contract they gave me a completely different car and informed me that the employer took the car I wanted. I referred a friend and at this time you would receive a bonus for referral. The guy who sold me the car gave the bonus too one of his friends I never got the bonus. He told me he knew the guy I referred so he gave the bonus to his homeboy. I went to do service on my vehicle and it was just a simple oil change maybe two or three months later car was still brand new. I witnessed the mechanic bang my driver door on the Lyft arm chipping the paint. Still until this day my door has the paint chipped. They said we will throw in a few free oil changes for damaging and brand new car. They are ghetto and unprofessional in there and I wish I never did business with them. For instance it's the only dealership I've ever been too where you can't tell the service providers from the civilians and customers. They walk around in street clothing. If you go there for something simple you might wait a entire day or and have to come back another day out and leave with more problems than you came there with. This place is the worst. Every time I'm in there customers are almost getting into fights with service providers and screaming at the top of their lungs. This place is a dump! read more

Took my car in for new tires and an oil change! I expected everything to be done properly! When I get home I was asked by a friend if Honda completed an alignment on the car after they put new tires on my car? I looked at my receipt and didn't notice it! I called Honda to ask if the car was aligned! Their response....."no because you didn't request it to be done! It would have been an additional fee!" Are you kidding me? Don't you think if a customer is bringing in a car for new tires you would state that it requires an alignment (extra fee or not) Since when is it the customers responsibility to request that? Now I need to bring my car in for an alignment! I will definitely not be bringing it back to this Honda or returning for any other service Mind you, Honda responded to my post asking me to email them about my post which I did! I own an 08 Honda Accord and been driving it for about 2.5 years with really no service to the vehicle other than oil changes. However, I decided to visit this dealership to have everything tuned-up and updated. A young lady, Sueheddy Pilier - one of the service advisors available took me right away, answered all my questions and concerns regarding my vehicle's needs. I used to working with customers in field of work, and she surpasses everything expected of a rep. How many service reps you know that'll answer questions and but give you the run around for basic nonsense? Well this wasn't Sueheddy; she took her time to know my needs and basic conversation to make me feel comfortable as a customer. Very enjoyable. The other employees around the dealership were pretty awesome, but Mrs. Pilier takes the credit in my experince. If there's an opening for next level position as management, Sueheddy is definitely a candidate, indeed. Keep up to good work, missy. :-) read more

We leased a car through millennium Honda. We never leased before but thought it would be a good idea in hopes to not have to deal with major car issues. At the beginning of August I noticed a kind of jerking as I was driving. We brought the car the bethpage Honda because it was a Sunday and millennium was closed. They told us we needed a new tire and breaks and something with our rotator. Nearly $900 later we started experiencing the same issue again. My husband was confident it was the transmission. We brought the car to millennium. They kept the car for a week, first telling us there was an electrical issue and an engineer needed to look at it and then calling us saying we just need transmission fluid. It sounded fishy but the service person we spoke with was pretty confident this was the issue. We paid $130 for the transmission fluid. Naturally, the issue began again. We brought it back yet again and there was the insistence that the car was fine and that they drove it 20 miles. My husband went back to drive with a technician but they felt no issue. The issue is intermittent, on and off, not always. The car is 2 years old and should not be having transmission issues. They told my husband that they updated software for the transmission and there should be no issue. Well, we have had the car not even a week and on my way to work it started jerking again. I am beyond frustrated, there is obviously a great deal of incompetence with the service department as they appear to not be able to fix the real issue. It almost seems they don't want to address the real issue and want to do whatever might be the cheapest "fix." The service person said we would need a new transmission if it happened again. What I wish they did was give us a new transmission from the start, which I believe they knew was the real issue. We are being greatly inconvenienced with 3 small children that didn't even fit into the loaner car (civic) they gave us last because of their car seats. We have spent over $1,000 for an issue that still isn't fixed over a month later. I will never purchase a car from millennium because of this experience, if they addressed the real issue from the start and didn't require us to bring the car back 4 times I would not feel this way. At this point I would love to just forfeit the lease and move on and far away from Honda. It doesn't make sense to be financially punished because we were unlucky enough to lease a lemon. I will update once we bring the car back today and they figure out what needs to be done. read more

I would give it a zero if possible. I went in with a tire low on air. They told me the tire had a blown sidewall and could not be repaired. I told them to put on my spare and put the tire in the trunk. I had an insurance policy with Mavis. When Mavis ordered me a new tire and I went to put it on IMAGINE MY SURPRISE WHEN THEY TOLD ME MY TIRE HAD A NAIL IN IT AND IT COULD BE FIXED. Dealing with Sales Rep Jorge was easy and great experience.He looked into my needs personally and worked out with my trade and price fix with his top levels reps. Im giving 3/5 star because i was not satisfied with Financing dept. wont say name but wasn't impress. As we fixed to a number then before even confirming financials they already switched my insurance. Offer was going on at 1.99% once get to finance they said offer is for the Base model. I was not happy to hear that i can understand that 1.99% could be low but wasn't expecting them to hike up 5.5% with excellent credit. Millennium Honda has the worst service department. They are unable to answer phones, return calls, and do basic customer service. The only way we actually get someone to respond is via email and even that is inconsistent. What happened to actually speaking with customers? They leased me a car with defective windows and windshield. I'm still waiting for the replacement of those windows. At this point I'm concerned about the quality of the work as it's yet to be seen but if it's anything like their customer service I'm truly afraid. I've had so many Honda cars the last 20 years but this is my first from this dealership......it's also my last. Update.....so my car went to service yesterday for window and windshield replacement. Originally I was told it would take 1 day. Now they say it will take 3 days. They actually gave us a loaner car. However, the loaner is the filthiest, most disgusting car ever. There are stains on every seat. I have to sit on towels because the cloth seats are beyond filthy and disgusting. The smell is beyond horrible. The windows had so much grime we couldn't even see out of them. When my husband got home from work we spent an hour cleaning the windows and trying to make the car workable for 3 days. We actually have to drive with the windows down due to the horrible stench. It is unacceptable and completely disgusting. All I can hope for is that my car is ready in 3 days, that all parts are working correctly and that I get my car back as clean as I gave it in. I received a call from Wendall who said if I surrender the car at Millennium instead of Hillside Honda that they would waive the surrender fee of $350.00. He also said that if there was low mileage most likely his dealership would buy the car. The car had less than 12,000 miles. We asked to speak to the Manager. His name was Marty Sklar. (He said his name was Jones when I said I would write a bad review). He was nasty and said Wendall was not there when he clearly was. He insisted on charging us the surrender fee. Millennium Honda has always treated me well. I had a difficult time returning my vehicle (end of lease) and servicing my vehicle but managers Ravel and Ray were able to accommodate me. (I really appreciate that Ravel took the time to respond my initial review). Both managers responded quickly and helped solve all my problems. Juan made the return process easy and was kind enough to make sure I didn't leave anything behind. Service advisor Kevin was dealing with a lot of customers when there was only 25% of staff able to work. He really helped me out as well. I went into this place with my step son to only price out a lease on a Honda Fit, a sub $20k vehicle. They came up with a price of just about what the vehicle would cost over the term of the lease. I asked our salesman how this number was possible when my niece and brother whom I called while sitting in front of the salesman Brian Molina are leasing Accords (over $30k vehicles) for less monthly and less money down. He said he did not believe me and basically accused me of lying to get a better deal. Needless to say we got up and walked out! read more

I took my car there for an oil change. While my car was being worked on, I decided to walk over to the sales to get more details about Roadvantage coverage (which was granted to us at the the time of purchase off the lease). I explained what I needed to the person at the front and was told to wait couple minutes until he gets someone for me. JULIAN SALIM was the guy to help. What a nightmare. I couldn't believe how rude and disrespectful he was. He was clearly upset I was there to begin with. He didn't even look into his system, just started yelling at me, telling me I didn't know what I was talking about because there was no way I got Roadvantage since I bought my car off the lease, not new one. I politely asked him to check in the system because I knew I was given one. But that wasn't even my question, I just wanted to know what's exactly covered under them. That was the first time ever, I felt like I'm being talked down to because of the fact that I'm a woman. Things got so intense, that at some point I felt threatened and had to leave his room in tears. I spoke with the manager and he even put us in one room together trying to figure out what exactly happened. But it didn't seem like Julian though he was at fault. Instead, he just continued talking in his disrespectful manner. Once again, I got up and left. I did have a Roadvantage coverage, btw. I called the customer service right there. Something he should've done from the very beginning. But he chose to be nasty and rude simply out of his laziness. I don't think people like him should be involved in any type of customer service. It was December 31st, New Year's Eve. I went there happy and excited, definitely wasn't looking to get into any type of confrontation. I left Millenium Honda in tears, feeling helpless because the manager was in the room the second time, he saw how unprofessional Salim was handling this situation and still said nothing to him, like it was a normal thing for them to talk down their customers. YIKES!! BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPT!!Brought my sons 2002 Honda in for $25 oil change w coupon and was told it needed a new drive belt, timing belt, had a cracked engine mount, had an oil leak, and needed the tires aligned. The service rep was insistent on the emergent repairs claiming that the car would lose control on the highway. However, according to two separate outside mechanics nothing but the oil leak was true and it was caused by the dealership not putting the plug bk when the oil was changed. The car was taken bk to Millenium to hv the plug replaced and the Service Mgr scrambled to make excuses for the false repair list. He claimed most were based on the age of the car and that they had not actually been checked. He apologized profusely, repaired the oil leak, and offered a courtesy car wash. Really??!! Don't make the mistake of being manipulated by this dealership. My advice to you is to go elsewhere as this is a dishonest dealership that doesn't care about their reputation. Joshua seemed eager to help me until he realized the quote i was given, again in writing. He set up the appointment for today at 1p. When i arrive suddenly he's on "break". Why would you be on break when YOU made the appointment at that time? I drive 49 minutes to this dealership only for you to tell me you no longer have any of the cars i want. (Probably because you guys made a mistake on the deal). Joshua then begins to tell me he's gonna call me back because he SWORE the car was in stock. But guess what? I never receive a call back, ironic? I think not. No one there seemed to want to help because they gave a quote that was i guess too low for their liking. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PPL. I leased a 2016 Honda Civic from this dealership and was screwed from start to finish by sales, servicing and the crappy made car. First, customer service is not on their priority. While buying the car, sales rep ran my credit came up with $225 somehow that changed after my deposit to $259. I was young and dumb (never leased b4) and aside from that sales experience wasn't that bad (2-3stars). However, service department wasnt much better. I had an issue with one of the tires on my car. I brought my car in to be serviced and get a rental from them. After waiting for 1hr 30 mins, the Hispanic lady (big butt, tight pants, pony tail) decided that it was her sons birthday so rather than do her job, she tells me that there's no more cars left to rent for the night so I'll have to drive my busted car home and back. After questioning her, she says the garage is closed for the night so she can't get a car out -_- . Thankfully, a young man came around the corner and witness the BS she was trying to feed me and got me a car with no problem. Then today 4/19/19 I finally returned my leased car. Boy oh boy, 1st off no one greets you as you walk in. I had to walk up to the managers desk with lost puppy eyes to get some attention. Then the manager hollers across the room to get someone and casually says to me, someone will help you. No who? Where? Or when? Finally the rep found me, decent guy Jorge, not much in customer service skills but he was friendly enough. However, his cubicle mate (so sorry I did not get his name) was even worse. So a manager came by to inform him that a customer wanted info on what to do when her car lease was up. He says "well I was abt to go somewhere but I guess ok". At this time Jorge is off making copies or something, so I'm just waiting. The client comes in the cubicle and he begrudgingly goes over details. Then he tells the manager after the customer left that they Just need info, no need for him. Ok. I brought a friend w/ me who was going to drive me home, she asked me questions abt the returning lease process bc coincidentally she has a lease (not from here) also that needs to be returned. Btw he did not go anywhere like he said he stayed and decided to harass my friend and I. This employee takes it upon himself to ask my friend what her profession was? Being that we are both female immigrants from a developing country with multiple college degrees. I can sniff BS and disrespect before I see it. We asked him, why are you asking? He stated bc she's not patient and I was. I'm always cool, calm and collected even in a hurricane. Fortunately, someone (not Jorge) showed up out of nowhere to break this unfortunate convo. With these ppl it gets you nowhere to be upset, example to follow. So I didn't know the manual needed to be in the car to return it, went home found the manual and called Millennium Honda to be sure it was still ok to return. It took 3 phone calls to get through to anyone. The person answering the phone, honestly I never want someone to lose their job but if she can do anything else I suggest you guys put her on it. She answers the phone then starts laughing w/ someone in the background. I actually stayed quiet so she could finish her laugh then I said hello and I asked for Jorge, she sent me to a VM for a Scott. H/U and called again, this time she didn't know that the VM was changed. She wouldn't even listen to me xfer'd the call again-VM for Scott again. Called again, finally got Jorge, said it was ok to drop off manual Tm 4/20/19. Asked for a manager just to see if I could get somewhere, manager had an attitude also. I asked if he was the manager of the sales dept, no clear answer. Said he couldn't hear what I was saying. Asked for his name, said T.D. Wallace? maybe. I say ALL of that to say. If you just want to buy a car w/o headaches, scams and employees w/ attitudes avoid this place. They have a very distasteful culture of poor customer service, which sometimes seem purposeful and accepted by those in charge. So don't waste your time. read more

My assigned service consultant had a day off and that completely threw off the rest of the staff in terms of being able to simply answer what happened to my car. Star this would be for the service dept ! 10/1 I'm there for oil change inspection and if there were any concerns got there for 7 am waited until 7:30 am for the shuttle to go to work. Auturo nasty attitude said only 1person they can wait 15 minutes making it now 7:45 for a 5 minute drop off on Franklin Avenue drop off. This is supposedly a compliment service which I already waited 45 minutes. I needed to uber for a ride at a cost to me. When I left to wait all of a sudden everyone was willing to drive me because I said there would be a bad review. I was told that on auturo doesn't understand English. Really !! Meanwhile the gentlemen were all standing outside either with coffee or cigarettes waiting for my uber well that started the day. I had a missed call 10:00 am I assumed telling me the car was ready. I called back 3 times to a voice mail left a message no callback to see if it was done. I finally reach my service advisor who now at 12;00 tells me there were a few concerns to take care of at this point my plan was to pick up at 1:00 assuming everything was ok only to be advised needed attention which I approved and that it would possibly be ready about an hour and would call me well it was ready 1:15 when asked if the shuttle was available was told it was out and would be about an hour my decision to pick up at 4:30 pm. Paid the bill waited still again 30 minutes to locate my car only to have grease on the inside door area didn't appear to be washed either. The service advisor tried to do the right thing took it back and I assume wiped the door Really this dealership has gone downhill the service was terrible I'm a long standing customer and would not recommend to anyone. They truly lost a lot of good service people who knew how to take care of the customers. VERY UPSET read more

We called in the morning to check about inventory and spoke with Felicia Richardson. She kept telling us how wonderful our situation was, as we had another car we wanted them to buy from us and were going in on a new lease for an H-RV. When we got there, we were promptly dumped on a very eager young salesman, Edgar. Edgar quickly dissuaded us from the H-RV and upsold the C-RV. Honestly, there's no contest, and it seems Honda purposely cheaped out on the H-RV to push people towards the C-RV. No rear air vents. Dash seems very basic and chintzy (even on an EX - mid level model). We finally said okay the C-RV after a nice test drive. Then we sat down to talk numbers. During the time we sat down, he made two idiotic sexist comments, assuming I was my husband's secretary and then commenting on my picture on my license--saying he understood why my husband went for me because my hair looked nice in the picture. That dealership is full of female salespeople, you'd think dude would have a clue, clearly not. I brushed it off and kept it moving, feeling more sorry for him, but not willing to take the time to educate him. We had our son with us and didn't want to waste all day there. I wasn't messing around and gave him our best number, and he went back saying he thought we could get something close to that. What he came back with was laughable--literally Lexus numbers. I said we weren't prepared to pay that. After some back and forth, and having to send my poor kid and husband for a walk (we had been there so long at that point), TD Wells, one of the managers came over to talk numbers with me. I guess he thought I was an idiot or something, because he started telling me the stupidest things I've ever heard. He starts telling me that the resale value is high with a Honda. WHY DO I CARE ABOUT RESALE VALUE WHEN I'M LEASING A CAR FROM YOU THAT I AM RETURNING TO YOU AT THE END OF THE LEASE? (If I were buying it, that's another story, but a lease is a RENTAL agreement. The dealer has to worry about resale value, not me.) (And yes, dear reader, I did say these words to him.) Then he started telling me that the value of the car was some inflated number, and the generous down payment I was willing to put down, and the monthly payments I was willing to put down didn't get close enough to the MSRP of the car. AGAIN, IF I AM RENTING IT, AND YOU'RE GETTING IT BACK, THEN WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY SOMETHING CLOSE TO THE FULL VALUE OF IT? I'M ONLY BORROWING IT FOR A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME. Then, the car that they were originally going to buy was suddenly not interesting to them. They claimed the value was too low. LIES. WE CHECKED BEFORE WE GOT THERE. During our conversation, he literally said the words, "I'm driving now." CLEARLY, DUDE WAS THREATENED THAT A WOMAN KNEW WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT AND UNDERSTANDS NUMBERS. We finally got our cards back (they insisted on holding mine and my husband's licenses and my debit card--a technique to literally hold us there hostage) and left. The manager, TD, followed me out to the lot with his final offer, which was magically closer to my offer, and then told me it was the offer for today and could change. Keep it, Buddy. I went to this dealer wanting to purchase a new 2019 crv ex and wanted to trade in my 2014 Tucson. I was greeted by Angelo and he was very professional, took the time to explain everything about the new CRV I was going to purchase, went for a test drive, overall very happy with my service. Was going to make a deal that day, did not have my trade in with me at the moment. Then spoke with TD Wells the manager, also very nice, gave a rough estimate on my trade 2014 Tucson, 42,000 miles, excellent condition, no accidents, made a rough estimate price, was told to come back to make a deal. Went back a few days later was told Angelo is no longer here. Explained my situation. They could not locate any of my information, started all over and I guess took me for a fool because they saw 2 women coming in. WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They had the nerve to offer me $5,000 for my trade. I told them I was offered a better deal at another dealer, they told me to go back to that dealer for the better offer. They also could not explain when I went on THEIR website to see what my trade in was worth, why the were not even honoring that price. I was not treated well at this dealer at all and would never trust buying or trading in my car. Well went to Honda City, was very impressed, very polite, honest from the start got my price for my trade, great deal on my new Honda CRV ex, sorry millennium you lost out. Worst Service Center! After the changed oil service on our 2017 CRV EX model, they left the car with a broken bumper. I was so careful with my car and only their employee broke It! Will never buy or lease from Honda again. They are perfectly content with their customers having no working A/C in this summer heat. They are perfectly satisfied knowing that their customers are trying desperately to get in contact with them, and they aren't returning phone calls. They are totally OK with telling uncomfortable customers every week, "Oh, it looks like it's going to be another week before the part comes" What an absolute disgrace. I don't even want to get into my car and go anywhere because it's sitting at over 90 degrees in the vehicle. The car barely has 9000 miles on it. I have bought/leased many cars from you Millenium Honda over the last 20 years. I must say, I was deeply, deeply disappointed with my visit to lease a new CR-V on Friday, June 19, 2020. Besides that fact that we made our appointment 3 weeks prior, our salesperson was late, and was dealing with another customer during our appointment. He was rude, condescending and uncooperative. After 55 minutes of getting nowhere with him we left sans new lease. We have had a good relationship with Millennium over these past 20 years and this salesperson destroyed it. How are you going to call me 10 times to come in and say that you're going to beat a deal that I'm currently getting somewhere else and not honor it?! Anyways, I want to thank Millennium Honda for the lackluster sales experience and constant calls of begging me for their business. I was lucky enough to get the vehicle elsewhere where I am saving well over $40 a month on a lease. That does equate to $1,440.00 on a 36 month lease! Also I was able to put 0 down with 15K miles a year as well. The vehicle they were offering me was a 2018 Accord LX where I was able to get a Sport 2.0 for the same price elsewhere. They were treating left over 2018 models that were on their lot for a while as if it was a 2019 model. Oh well luckily I'm happy that I got my car, the best part being that I got a follow up call by some bozo who was saying that I got an "impossible deal" that their staff couldn't honor in the first place. Well that's great that I got an impossible deal! And don't get me started on the constant phone calls every single day; if you want constant calls while you're at work and enjoy wasting your time then definitely stop by. read more
