These are the most unprofessional, uneducated (about Hondas, never mind anything else, like customer service) sales people I've ever come across. Even with being told honestly about your trade, they will promise the world and them give you a quote $3-500 over what you said you were willing to pay. We watched 2 other couples also walk out before us after hours of their time was wasted and then they got a ridiculous quote. 90% of the sales people looked like they needed a fresh change of clothes and a shower, and the weekend manager look liked he rolled out of bed. Horrible covid regulations. Their employees don't know how to mask up and some are even belligerent when asked kindly to do so by an immunocompromised customer. The manager was rude and condescending, and ultimately it had to be him that made the deal, not Zeeshan. My wife is still upset that I didn't walk out over his rudeness. Example: The paper work is being printed, will be down in 20 minutes. Heard that one at least five times. More like two hours. Example: Can I interest you in an extended warranty, wheel protection, accessories, etc. Oh no? Well please sign this saying you declined. I think the car buying public finally got wise to the undercoating scam. But hey, I wanted the truck and love it so far. I chose Millennium for the relative proximity, but after reading some of the other reviews, I am dreading the service experience and can't wait to see how the lifetime free car washes works out. They left out a piece of paperwork needed to complete the contract so i went back in person. After being told my monthly statement would arrive in two weeks after i drove off the lot...two months pass; my monthly statement that has my account # that is needed to make payments STILL wasn't released to me. i had to track down the financial department to make my payments to the dealer so that i didn't fall behind. I paid on time every month. Eventually the bank contacts me saying they never got ANY payment from me??? The dealer said they made my payments to the bank and the payments i made reembursed the dealer. Fast forward a couple weeks, they finally give me an entirely new account bc the contract was bad??? I have never been so jerked around. So unprofessional..leasing a car should not be this stressful. First time extremely soured. I'm also just realizing my new statement says my car gets 10,000 a year when my original contract was for 12,000. Looks like I'll be calling them for the FOURTH month in a row. Terrible service department....Had an appointment Tuesday 8 am. They called me @ 4 pm and told me they had not diagnosed the car and would have to keep it till tomorrow. Service was for oil and filter change and to check left strut. I felt excessive bouncing on bumps. Very unprofessional!!!! Made an appointment for 7:30pm after I got off work and they gave me so much attitude for an oil change... The process is to receive a free multi point inspection when you go to dealer... I DID NOT GET ONE. I'm very understanding but when I asked I was told the person who did my oil change went home and that I would have to come back another day.. very inconvenient!!! I work full time, and go to school full time. I don't have the luxury of extra time to make multiple trips to the dealer. I wish 0 stars was an options but unfortunately it is not... Clean, knowledgable. Waiting area has 4 iPad stations to keep kids (and big kids) occupied. Staff is friendly! John in the service department is our regular guy, very professional and knowledgable, but were assisted by Paul today, same. Master Tech explained the service in detail and even showed us the work items in the shop. Waiting area bathrooms are clean, TV, vending machines for snacks and sodas. Coffee machine / click n brew station with variety of flavors. Clean and maintained. Definitively prefer this location over Bay Ridge Honda, which is closer to where I live. I already did my research so I knew exactly which model I wanted (Sport Touring Hatchback) and the price on True Car. Please understand that after you purchase a vehicle from this dealer, they don't really like to help out with your problems with the car. My car was brought in for repairs because I hit a pothole, I had purchased a service contract that from what the finance manager told me I would not have to pay for any repairs anytime soon. Welp that was a lie because they cannot even cover my damaged wheel, they could only pay 140$ for a wheel that was 480.00 !! I had brought my car in on a Friday and because the finance manager never got back to me I had to wait until the following Monday. They could of gave me a loaner but I had to wait until Monday.. quiet pointless to get the loaner then, after all I'm going to have to pay money out of pocket even though the finance manager made me purchase a service contract. read more

The worst experience. I did some homework coming in. The offered me 4500 on my trade in which is a Toyota Sienna 2010 with 86000 miles on it. I figured it was around 7000. So the price for a Honda Pilot ex with my trade in came out to $634 a month (after haggling). That was down from their initial best price of $ 659 a month. So after they came down to $634. They still had my keys from checking the price of my vehicle. I said that was still to high, and then the manager sat down. He proceeded to tell me they could charge me 569 a month over 72 months. I explained to him that was an extra 12 payments of 569 which was almost 7 grand and that's too much. I love the car but I thought I'd be paying after my trade in closer to 550 for 60 months. Sorry but I had to look around. The manager then told me im not really paying more and why wasn't I bring flexible. I again explained the math to him. He insisted I wasn't being flexible. I got up demanded my keys and walked out of the dealership. He had a final complaint with me walking out and not letting him get the last word in. My wife and I were in the dealership for approx 2 hours. Horrendous experience with the manager. Him actually trying to tell me that 569 over 72 months was almost the same as 569 over 60 months was hilarious. I went to Honda city where I got 7500 for my trade in. My monthly payment for 72 months is approx 470. I will soon be the proud owner of a 2016 Honda Pilot EX. Both dealerships did not have the make and model on premises. My car will be in within the week. I was in the dealership for about 75 minutes. read more

Lackluster customer service at best. I met with Rolando the week before Labor Day to see a Honda Civic Hatchbacks. Rolando, at the time, was very helpful and when I left gave me his cell phone. I later determined I wanted a silver EX hatchback after seeing it at another dealership. I wanted to give Millennium a chance first as opposed to the dealership where I saw the car. Last Sunday Sept 20th, I texted Rolando and received no response. Monday Sept 21st, I called the dealer and they connected me to Rolando on a different cell phone number then the one I texted - it appears they give out the same cell numbers of multiple salespeople and sometimes switch those numbers up. I asked him to see if he could get a Silver. He called back 3 hours later saying he had a teal silver in stock. I asked for pictures of the car and he said to Google it. I then asked him to see if they could get a Silver in stock. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and after 2 days, I called him. He said no on the Silver and then texted that the one they had was "a better color than silver." Unfortunately for Millennium, you lost business as I just bought a car yesterday. read more

Stay away from this place!!! I would give it a 0 star if Yelp allows it. Went there with my boyfriend when he got his Honda Accord 2019 and the service was pretty great. But the good service ends as soon as you leave with a car. They never end up giving him free tire change as promised, the sales kept calling him to send in his reviews, etc. The first time he went to the car service for his flat tire, the specialist went home and left him there until closing. The second and third time he went, they lost his keys. The third time took a total of 7 and a half hours for a basic oil change and recall. On top of losing his keys, they also scratched his front bumper. They kept giving him credits for their incompetency but when his mom took the car in for an inspection, they charged her instead of using the credits on his account. After having a terrible experience at another Honda dealership,we contacted Millennium Honda about purchasing our Honda CR-V Touring model. The sales managers, Angelina and Tom, couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. I contacted them on a Friday morning and my wife and I drove out there to sign the paperwork later that night. It was too late for us to process the paperwork that day, but the next day we went back to pick up the car with all but one of the add-ons that we picked installed. The location is convenient, the staff is very friendly, and the showroom is nice with a big waiting room that has TVs, comfortable chairs, and vending machines. Couldn't be happier with our new car and the experience we had here. Was called by a salesman trying to sell me a new car, within an hour then was called by a mechanic telling me a lot of issues I have with my car, Tire rods ,ball joints muffler system and Some other thing I cannot remember . Was told tire rods and ball joints were cracked! Took it to a local repair shop which I've never dealt with before to have my whole car checked , was informed nothing is wrong with my car there was some wear and rust on muffler but owner told me to wait and see when it gets worse . So here I think a big dealership would be honest but instead try to make a job out of a airbag recall appointment !!! World Class and Impeccable Service We were traveling from Northern Virginia to Long Island, NY for a funeral. During the drive up, our 2006 Honda Accord started making a light scrapping sound. When we arrived to our hotel in Long Island, the scrapping noise got worse and we needed to get the car checked. We looked up a Honda Service Center close to our hotel and found Millennium Honda Service Center, which was open on Saturday morning. We decided to take our car in the morning before the funeral to Millennium Honda Service Center. As arrived, the scrapping noise got really bad, and the service center knew it was a bad sound. We were greeted by Lillian from the Service Center and told her the situation. Immediately, she asked us when/where was the funeral mass. She stated you are with the Honda Family at Millennium and we are in good hands. She had her team to start investigating the problem with our car. She had the courtesy vehicle provide us transportation to the funeral. Within 2 hours, she told us the problem was the muffler cap being loose and needed to be pinned back. We picked up our car and were able to go back home. We were so happy with the high quality of service from Lillian and the Millennium Honda Service Center. read more
