I brought my car in for an inspection but also had a check engine light on. I knew they would have to diagnose and fix the cause of the light. This was a Friday morning at 7 am. After waiting a few hours I asked and it turns out that there was no way I was going to get it assessed, repaired and inspected while I waited. They gave me a ride home, which was nice. I waited home all day and finally around 4 pm I called and they told me they'll need to keep the car overnight. Saturday came and went. Monday cane and went. I tried calling and the guy had gone home, despite promising that he would call me. By Wednesday I figured out why it's called Millennium Honda, and it's because they'll be holding onto your car for a millennium. Finally Thursday they tell me they replaced a sensor switch that was causing the problem, but that they can't do the inspection because the check engine light will remain on for about 50 miles. So, I got no inspection. It cost me $450 and when I go out to the car, the check engine light is OFF. So they could have done the inspection after all. But didn't. Now I have to ho to another mechanic to get that done. I looked up the sensor on Amazon and it was $25. An O ring was $5. I looked on YouTube to see how to do it and it literally took ten minutes to do it. I recommend you use a different dealer for any repairs. read more

Worst worst worst dealership I've ever been to. Once they have your money they keep you hostage for more than 3 hours. Kept promising 10 minutes. Then 15 minutes etc. We put deposit on car at 3pm and came back at 600pm expecting most of paperwork and car prep was done. We paid in full for the 2019. You'd think they'd cater to you because we could've taken our business to north shore Honda, etc. it is now 924p, we are the only customers in store and I look around and guys in their computers... (Pbbly playing solitaire). Still waiting!!! My pregnant wife with triplets and 5 other kids and mother in law had to take a shuttle to the restaurant as they were all starving. Bad bad bad.... NEVER again to this dealership. STAY AWAY! Now 930p and still no one has come To update me on status and my family is now sitting down to eat. Save your time. Millennium Honda, a place that tries very hard to give phenomenal service. All the people are super friendly. Smiling. Cheerful. It's amazing. But waiting 90min on average for an oil change is ridiculous, and that's their "Express Service" for cars under 15k miles. I've been here twice and it took just AS LONG. Inside the waiting area is nicer than some hotels. Free coffee machine and tea, leather couches for lounging, magazines, cubicles, and even a monthly giveaway where you can win a TV!! Wow, it's like they thought of everything but reducing customer wait time!! I asked for a estimate monthly payment for financing and they told me they can't estimate anything at all without running my credit. Salesman was watching videos on his phone while i was trying to ask him questions. The manager said i should put down at least $20k as my down payment on a $25k car lol. When i got up to leave because of their attitudes and unprofessionalism the manager stared at me blankly as if i was insane for not listening to their scams. Last month my elderly parents bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee from here that turned out to have terrible suspension (in 3 years it had passed between 2 dealers... who knows what they were trying to unload off on unsuspecting customers). The finance person, Haresh, hard-sold them a $2500 warranty they didn't want. When my parents went back to return the car they received 1/3 less than what they paid (a full $3000 less than its trade-in value!). My parents got an equivalently-valued Honda CRV. Millennium Honda skims $1000 here, another over there, and my parents have now overpaid by $13,000 for the whole experience. Did I mention they had to go back 3 times before they could get a CRV, didn't get the CRV of their choosing (despite being available), AND were made to sit for 5 hours in an office for paperwork *after* already having chosen the vehicle and settled on a price? When I got there to finalize the deal of an out-the-door price, he added extra fees, and tried to explain that management never told him about the extra fees. Worst ever. Wish I could give them zero stars. No communication at all. They tell you they will call and they don't. Good luck calling them. They put you on hold them never come back. Brought my civic in for a warranty issue. They initially said it wasn't covered. Talked to a manager and all of a sudden it was. Two days to fix and the repair the receipt quoted 2 hours of work. Got the car back and they forgot to put all the clips in for the molding. Showed them that and they put in the wrong type of clip. These guys are jokers. This place really needs a little bit more management overhead. Had an appointment to pick up a new car on Tuesday night and then was told the finance guy changed the date to Wednesday which wouldn't have been possible given my busy work schedule. Then we were told we had to put money down, which we were unaware of, meaning if we didn't have the money in our account we would have had to reschedule again because we would have needed to go home and grab cash. Then it took about 3 hours to finally get out the door with the slow service. If a client agrees to buy a car for over ten thousand dollars, maybe make sure all your eggs are in a row before they come in the door. A little bit childish and unorganized if you ask me. Salespeople are nice. Spent 2 and a half hours this morning. We called ahead and had an appointment. Told them exactly what we wanted and what we were willing to pay for a new lease several times over the phone. They called to confirm the appointment at least 4 times. Nothing was prepared before we arrived. After we haggled and threatened to walk out, they met our price limit. Nothing special-no great deal. Said we'd be back at 6 to pick up the car. They said no problem, they'd have everything ready. Got here at 5:55. No paperwork was ready. It's now 6:55 and we are still waiting to sign the paperwork, pay, and get our car. Sign on the wall says they have an expedited paperwork option if you call ahead and make an appointment. I guess the salespeople don't see the sign. read more

I dropped my car off to be serviced and to have a recall fixed. I was told it would take 6 hours. No one called me for days. I called them and the repeatedly hung up on me. They told me that my representative was off for the day so they didn't know they were supposed to contact me. I "stopped" in to check on my car and the representative that supposedly had off had been avoiding my calls and was sitting at the desk! I had left messages for a manager and no one returned my call. After three days I was able to get my car, no one had called me... it just happened to be ready when I stopped in the third time. Ridiculous. I purchase a car back in February of 2019 a 2019 Honda Accord sport which I love and millennium was suppose send a check to Hyundai for the trade in i got rid of for 12/13 remaining payments. In October of this year I received a hit on mines and my wife's credit saying that I owe 8,000 dollars because the hyundia never received the pay off check to pay off the car. So now they are saying I have to pay this. The way my deal was done millennium was suppose pay the remaining payments on the car and they never did. The dealership still to this day after speaking with them multiple times still have not paid it off and it is affecting my credit badly. I went from a 727 score down to 545 and this is affecting my credit badly! This dealership is super irresponsible and upper management needs to learn customer service and not just be on your side when they are trying to close a deal but need to be on your side when something goes wrong after. I have reached out to Honda cooperate and BBB for assistance with this matter since the dealership 10 months a late still have not paid off the car I traded in. My first time experience in Millennium Honda was great! From the minute I walked in, Sales Associate Jorge Garcia made us feel very welcoming. Jorge made it so easy that within 30 min he closed the deal on the lease of 2020 Honda Odyssey & took our old lease return. He was so right on the point. He gave us the whole breakdown so easily that there weren't any confusion. There was no hidden fee or any surprises fee on the paper work! He is very knowledgeable & straight on the point. Make sure they give you both sets of keys .. apparently keys go missing and then you spend hours trying to get a second key. Strange to say the least.
