We finally had the chance to eat here last night! The wait time for us on a Saturday night was about 1.5 hours upon arriving at 9:00 pm. We didn't mind too much because they send you a text message so you can leave the area. I noticed at about 10:30 once we were seated that would be the best time to arrive because tables were becoming empty. Once the waiter took our order for drinks and appetizers, food arrived promptly. We were pleasantly surprised at how quick it was. The food was delicious. The burgers were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. We had no complaints. Wow. Just wow. This was our first visit here and we had the Prime Burger, the Cue Burger and the Ossu Buco. The burgers are insane. Huge, cooked to perfection, juicy and delicious. The Ossu Buco was to die for. Bones pulled out with no effort, broccoli was perfect and the potatoes were creamy and sinful. The gravy on the Ossu Buco was amazing. Our first time here and we'll be back! One of the best burgers I've ever had and I am a burger lover. We split the double bacon cheeseburger and both had plenty. They are larger than Five Guys! The flavor is like it's grilled, crunchy a little on the outside but not overly done on the inside. Perfectly medium. The fries were basic and not very interesting. tonight i went up there with my sisters. my ex was there harassing me and i told a server about it and she got him away from me, i didn't catch her name but she had red and black hair. Diane saw how uncomfortable he was making me and my sisters and asked him to leave. after he left a ton of the female workers came up to me making sure i was okay as me and one of my sisters were crying our eyes out bc we were so uncomfortable. Diane kept an eye out and saw he was in my car waiting because i forgot to lock it. he ended up stealing a few things from my car but she got him out and made sure he left me alone. me and that guy have quite a bit of bad history, i truly believe Diane saved me from something that could've been extremely bad. everyone there made me feel so safe i am so grateful to every single one of the workers there. y'all are amazing read more

I've learned during COVID to verify my carry out order before leaving the restaurant and I did so on this day. Upon arriving home, I realized the loaded fries were not included, but rather regular fries. I called the restaurant to inform them of the error. They apologized and encouraged me to return to the restaurant to pick up the correct order. So frustrating...I'm starving, as is my family...it's dinner time, who wants to drive 35 minutes (round trip). I arrive to pickup the loaded fries...and have to wait 25 minutes!!!!! I get back home (an hour + later) and I'm ready to chow down, only to realize the caesar salad dressings is really bleu cheese dressing... My experience with this restaurant was that of frustration...no accommodations/compensation for the error with my order...only more wasting of my time. No checks/balance with order verification...made for an unpleasant experience. Oh...I also tipped at 15% on a $100 order, prior to picking up (online)...they at least could've offered a complementary dessert for the inconvenience...they offered NOTHING...just a waste of my time!!! read more

Went there today (Saturday) for lunch. Sat at the bar around noon. Took almost 30 minutes to get waited on and another 30 to 40 minutes to get food. Extremely slow service. Now get this. I ordered six wings. They delivered five. Brought it to the attention of the bartender. 20 minutes later she tells us she told her manager and her manager was getting me another one. 20 minutes later I threw cash on the bar and left. I know help is hard to find, but geez, at least get people who can count higher than five! Not sure what happened to this place, but we're going to eat elsewhere from now on. This was an unexpected surprise. I've never been to an Ale house because I don't drink beer; however, the food was so damn good and so unexpected. We had the Zingers with a side of Thai chili sauce and Korean bbq and let me just say the Korean bbq did not disappoint. I'm not a fan of Thai chili sauce, so I didn't even try it. We also had the bacon , ranch, Mac and cheese with grilled chicken and it was so good and flavorful. The grilled chicken wasn't bland and was seasoned so well! Finally we had the captain Morgan vanilla ice cream Oreo caramel fudge dessert ( I'm Sure that's not the name) but it was damn delicious. Although this location is about 30 minutes from me without traffic it was worth the 45 minutes it took to get there yesterday. Sorry no pictures this time guys. Only reason it received a 4 out of 5 is because while service wasn't terrible it didn't feel like that great interaction I'd expect sitting at the bar; however the manager...(African American gentleman) didn't catch his name was fantastic! read more
