This is one massive sports bar. Its very spacious, a lot of flatscreen TV's. I like the set up. Pretty much every game that is on during prime time will be on one of the TV's. If not the staff will accomodate the patrons of a particular team. There are booths and table arrangements for sitting, eating and watching the games. I had a few appetizers, mozzarella sticks and then I had pot stickers with lemonade. I had grilled salmon with rice and cole slaw. My meal was pretty good! I will definitely come here again. The food was good, they have a nice selection of beers. Domestics and Imports. This is a lively place, the staff is fun, friendly and all about making sure patrons are satisfied! One thing I would suggest on Sundays for the 1pm games, try to get here at least 30 minutes before kickoff, the parking lot fills up fast. Large selection of draught beers at reasonable prices. The bar offers good views of the many TVs with good friendly efficient service. I ordered grilled mahi mahi with mixed veggies and my wife the blackened chicken salad. She was very happy with the salad and I was a bit underwhelmed with the fish and vegetables. The fish had a decent grilled flavor but was lacking in freshness. The veggies were a bit soggy and seemed to be on par with a bag of steamers. The best part of my meal was the coleslaw. I visited again during COVID with my son. This has been the first time I'd dined out since COVID began. They set up indoor and outdoor seating with very limited tables/seats available. They use texting to your phone instead of pagers to inform your waitlist status. We arrived at 7 pm and were seated outside at 7:40. We were allowed to go inside to get a beer at the "no seats available" bar. We took the beers outside while we waited. They do practice good sanitation and COVID mask wearing and social distancing only allowing one way traffic through the restaurant area. We ordered the "steamed" potstickers which arrived quickly, but unfortunately not very well microwaved. Maybe the fried versions would have been better. The inside was cool of several meaning they didn't quite reheat well enough. During these times, I wasn't comfortable sending it back hoping it was still safe to eat. My son ordered the Black & Bleu Burger while I ordered a half rack of ribs. The ribs were very good which a very nice serving size. Our service was very good, but somehow I ended up paying for someone else's drinks at the end of the night (at least 1 drink). I didn't catch the mistake until after I'd left. This is definitely a 2-3 star rating type place. Great beer and typical comfort type food. The atmosphere is what makes this chain restaurant. read more

The food was good we ordered takeout. I called and a great young lady helped me navigate through he menu. She was very patient and explained every menu item I was unsure of expertly. She was allergic to seafood so she couldn't really comment on those items from experience, but she did the best she could with what she had to work with. They don't offer delivery across the street to the Westin where I was staying, but they do offer it to the aloft right behind them. I thought that was strange, but I didn't mind walking. I'm sure the four lane street is a deterrent and they don't want any delivery walkers getting run over. So I ordered the Blackened shrimp and chicken Cobb salad and the chicken pasta. I had them add shrimp to the chicken pasta which was an up charge for 10 shrimp but I didn't care I was just looking for the maximum amount of protein. Everything was good and flavorful. It was an extremely large amount of pasta that I couldn't even eat, but it was tasty. I've been to Millers possibly 4years ago when they first opened and I've always liked the food and atmosphere. Surprisingly good place to visit! Pulling in I was thinking it would be a typical chain with defrosted food options - but happy to be wrong :) There was 13 of us and they sat us right away, quickly getting our drink and appetizer order. The waiter was quick on taking orders, filling drinks, getting ancillary items that we forgot to order and all with a smile! Add that to great food (cheese steak was delish; the nachos disappeared quickly; and I heard the wings were good, lol!) and it makes a great place to visit for snacks with friends or full dinner and I can't wait to go back during game time! read more

I've been to Miller's a few times, but my most recent visit was nothing like any of the previous. Arrived on a busy MMA Fight Night. Not standing room only, looked kind of like a normal Saturday night, but the service was kind of bad. The maitre d' laughingly seated us (family of 3) at a high table in a sea of rowdy patrons, right next to the kitchen, mind you while walking by a number of empty booths. Her reasoning, "We have no servers for those booths..." Kind of strange since we were seated at the exact same table (wall table by the kitchen) on our previous visit. We had the most unfriendliest waiter, didn't introduce himself, just arrived at the table less than a minute after seating, said that he'll be our server and and asked if we know what we wanted to order, as if all patrons should have Miller's Ale House menu committed to memory. We asked for more time, which I guess is a cardinal sin for waiters, but here is where I'm guessing he wasn't a waiter; he didn't know if there was a calamari appetizer and didn't know what size the craft beer was served in. At this point we realized that we were there for the event, food was secondary. The calamari arrived quite soggy, no one at the table liked it. We ordered 2 Cue Bacon Burgers, both medium. One arrived well done with burnt bacon and still tasted bad with bacon removed. Neither had BBQ sauce. No refills offered when our beverages were done and the check was brought out before we finished eating the main dish. We wanted to have the strawberry cheesecake desert, so the check needed to be reprinted. I'm guessing that this was cardinal sin #2 as we did not accept the cue to leave. About ten minutes later I watched the manager meticulously bare-handed plate Capt. Jack's Buried Treasure and once ready (or saw that I was watching), put a serving glove on and then departed off stage. Oddly enough, a minute later, manager with cake in hand arrived at our table with "the cake you ordered", which was absolutely not what we ordered. After advising that was not what we ordered, it was then offered for free. NEWSFLASH: If somebody doesn't like something, making it free will not make them like it. Maybe if I had more than one beer, my judgement and ability to recall would be impaired and may have accepted the desert, however to show up at the table with unwanted food from another table is insulting. The manager departed from our table with an attitude of, "too bad, your loss", and after 5 more minutes, we were rewarded for our patience with a very inedible frozen cheesecake with a hint of strawberry. read more

I love garlic parmesan zingers from Miller's Ale House. No one has a better garlic parm sauce than Miller's. We always ask for extra sauce because it's that good. The zinger mountain melt is also amazing. It's fries with cheese, bacon, zingers of your choice, and ranch piled high. The tenders are very meaty, not a lot of breading. Miller's is becoming a favorite spot of mine. Easy location to get to, lots of seating, tons of tv's to catch a game and a pretty huge menu as well. The zingers are great and putting them in a salad is a plus, giant mozzarella sticks, loaded fries being finished off in the oven, nicely done. Sitting at the bar or one of the communal tables, the service has been a hit or miss. But when you do get a server who wants to be personable, interactive, and awesome at their job it certainly makes it more enjoyable. Great mix of people, music is fun and at the right volume. About 40 beers on tap? Fantastic. I've been becoming a fan of the Cherry Limeade cocktail. Delicious and cheap ;) Only downside was the fried fish smell now and then.. maybe clean out the fryer? read more

We were excited to get back to dining inside Miller's. After this meal, we are reluctant to return. While social distancing measures are being well-maintained, the rest of the experience was really abysmal. Our server arrived at the table as soon as we did, and was overly eager to have us order cocktails. I told her we'd need a minute. She stood there waiting as if hovering over us was going to make us decide quickly. I repeated, "We're going to need some time to decide" and that time she took the hint and left us to decide. She returned in a bit to take our whole order. She brought the drinks back quickly and then she was just missing. We ordered an appetizer that was brought to the table by another server. It was then we realized we had no napkins or flatware. We waited 5-7 minutes, hoping our server or any server would appear - but no luck. Then I saw an employee who had been working the food line window as he passed our table. I asked him if we could have silverware. He looked puzzled, paused and said, "I'll have to see if I can find any." Well, he returned promptly with napkins & flatware bundles. Thank goodness he was able to find silverware in a restaurant. Imagine that. The real issue here wasn't these minor annoyances. It was the steak I ordered. I had been hankering for a filet with broccoli, so that is what I ordered for my entree. It arrived at the table, beautifully plated. I cut into it, and it was cooked correctly inside - medium. I took a bite and it tasted a little weird. I then had some broccoli. It also tasted a little weird. I was hungry and thought my taste buds must be off so I continued to eat the steak and each bite was just terrible. It didn't taste spoiled; it just tasted unpleasant, like what you'd imaging chewing on smoked cigarettes would be like. Better than halfway thru the steak, it occurred to me to flip it over to see what the bottom looked like. Well, there it was. It was solid black, totally charred, totally burned. And that's what I was tasting with each bite and that burned taste was on my palate as I ate my broccoli. I had never tasted burned food before, that is why I didn't recognize the taste. At that point, I wasn't sending back a half-eaten steak no matter how bad it was. So I cut off the black part and salvaged what was left. Now, you can't tell me they didn't see how bad it was in the kitchen, as there were appropriate sear marks on the top so it had been flipped on the grill at some point. Who serves a totally burned filet mignon to a customer? That steak should have been tossed in the trash instead of flipping it over so the "good side" shows, plating and serving it to a customer. Oh, and meanwhile, our long-absentee server came by the table well after the entrees arrived to try to give us flatware. She seemed stunned that we already had napkins, forks & knives. I realize restaurants now more than ever are struggling to bounce back since the pandemic. We have dined out a few times since the lockdown ended and were trying to give our patronage here. After this, we'll skip Miller's from now on and take our business elsewhere. I suggest that if you go and order a steak, not only cut into it to check the doneness, but flip it over so you will know if it was burned before you try to eat it. read more

This place smells so bad when you go in. It smells like horsepoop filled hay. Like your walking into a barn. Their air must be broken or set at a high temperature because it's cooler outside then inside. The last time we met some friends here which was recently it didn't smell to good. We got mozzarella sticks and they are the same they serve at the amc movie theatre (which are good), but these were not. It was quite a few of them but half of them had the cheese fried right out of them. It's sad how low this place has dropped. I use to come here once a week a before Covid after the gym with friends. I have been to several Miller ale houses over the years. In general I like the menu and as far as bar food goes it's decent - this location, though, is not the best. The service, while friendly, is pretty spotty. I think I've been here to dine in maybe three or four times and every time they have a moderate to major screw up every time (forgetting to put in one persons order, serving food that is not fully cooked/still raw, charging for the wrong items (like from another table), giving us the wrong things, or omitting things, from take out orders. When they get the order right, everything is pretty good, but that is really the exception not the rule. My wife is from the northeast and grew up going to the one there - in fact I think our third date we went there to watch an eagles game (I keep it classy) - but even she has tired of this location. Miller's in Mount Laurel on Route 73 is worth visiting. The food and drinks are always good here. The service is also always outstanding. Our server Cat was very good and was attentive the entire time. She went above and beyond to bring shots of beer to try. I can honestly say that not all servers have done that in the past. The manager Jay did a great job as well walking around and making sure our experience was above average. He was very personal talking about baseball with us but also making sure the other guests were satisfied. I highly recommend this location and will continue to come back. read more

Came here for a birthday celebration with a bunch of friends. It's one of those soulless chains but has the distinct advantage of specializing in boutique craft beers on tap. Easy to keep me satisfied once you've got the alcohol flowing. I really couldn't tell you what I ordered but I've eaten at a couple of Miller'ses and they're all the same. My friend and I needed a place to eat after touring all day. This spot was down the street from our hotel. I'm glad I picked this place for dinner. We walked right in and were seated. I'm back in the area this week and thought I'd give it another try after the disappointments 2 weeks ago. The good news is the waitress was fast, friendly and attentive. On the other hand, my beer came from the bar at the same time my entree was delivered. The bartender was alone, so apparently was not able to keep up... I had the Rib special, which wasn't outstanding, but ok. My real complaint is that you advertise "Miller Lite Pints" for $2.95-"All Day-Every Day" with a $1.00 increase for a 23oz, but after I paid the check and then looked it over, I was charged $4.50 for the pint and $1.25 extra for a 23 oz.. Again the manager didn't appear to be present and certainly not on top or aware of the pricing and POS programming. There was no bad weather to blame this time.
