One of my gf's favorite places and while I am long past caring about being in a sports bar I don't mind coming here. There is usually a wait and the staff has always been nice and friendly with food coming out in usually 15 min or so. I like the variety of menu items with their Cajun Chicken Pasta being a highlight to me. I am from Louisiana so I am quite honestly a snob when it comes to "cajun" menu items up here but this is good. I don't know of this was a one off but most recently the dish was almost half the size as usual but with garlic bread. I do understand it's probably best to not have so much at once but it certainly was nice to have leftovers for the next day. My margarita had no salted rim or lime, our cheese curds had no ranch dressing for dipping.. one of our burgers had no grilled onions Place was very slow on a Sunday and we waited an incredibly long time for our beverages and an even longer time for our food... we are patient but it was to the point we were like "what's going on?!" Well, I guess if you're a "bro" in the area in need of a sports bar this is your place. Just not my kinda place, the atmosphere, music. I'm more of a neighborhood bar guy rather than suburban sports bar. When I asked the bartender what pilsners they had on tap, she said "what's a pilsner?". I'm not even kidding. Then when I asked for the beer list she disappeared for the rest of the night. To be fair the other bar staff said they have been having issues getting good help and I understand during these trying times. I came here to wait for our hotel to allow us to check in and grab a quick bite for lunch. We sat at the bar. The bartender was super friendly and knew her stuff. I really liked her. The pasta dish was exactly what I'd expect from a chain restaurant, which is huge portions and alright. Nothing to write home about. I've only been here twice - once a couple years ago and the 2nd time yesterday for a company-paid happy hour. First of all, our waitress was amazing. As soon as I walked in, she came over and asked me and my coworkers what we wanted to drink. And throughout the rest of the night, she kept checking in on everyone and noticed when someone needed a refill. I don't know her name but whoever was serving the WTW company on Wednesday night - you're the best! Changed the channels to put the Flyers game on (although why 60 Minutes was on in the first place is a good question). Excellent drink specials with a variety of mixed drinks and "skinny" cocktails, large beer list. Reminds me a lot of Champps but with better food. Good people watching. My husband had been to the one in Naples and had the nastiest fish and chips ever, but did a complete 180 here with their BBQ chicken sandwich: "best I ever ate". Oriental chicken platter was just OK. Tried the fish tacos with beans and rice and the mahi fish sandwich with sweet potato fries on separate occasions and was happy with both. Negatives: The wooden booths at the front are *very* uncomfortable to sit on. I don't know why they don't have a cushion. I find the hard plastic plates to be a little off-putting and cheap. While there is room for the pool tables, I watched a waitress almost get wiped out by a pool cue from someone who wasn't watching. Parking on a Friday or Saturday night? It's awful. When you just want to meet some friends for a casual drink, this is the place to go on a weekend. There's a young crowd and this place has a nice vibe. If you're looking for something to munch on, you can definitely do that affordably. My sister and I shared the loaded fries, which were delicious. I also ordered a side salad with honey mustard which was good as well. We got a pitcher of mango margartia, which was only $10. Granted, a lot of it is ice, but a single drink can cost way more than that elsewhere. Good value for money here, in my opinion. Definitely get a whole pitcher if you're pretty sure you're going to get more than one drink. It's totally worth the extra few dollars. I am staying next door at aLoft hotel and was recommended to the restaurant as they deliver. My filet arrived luke warm with a potato that was completely brown when cut open and utterly not edible. Kevin the server was very apologetic and quick to come back and have a look, offered to bring me another... 40 minutes later I called to ask what the hold up was and was put through to the manager. When asked what was taking so long he replied "we had to cool more" when asked if a call to let me know there would be a delay would have been a good idea he replied "probably, do you still want it" No offer to make up for the trouble, no real explanation for the situation in the first place, no customer service at all. I'd like to judge with a different bartender, because the service was... take it when you get it, and don't expect what you asked for. We were never checked on, nor was anyone else. I can't say that I don't love the loaded fry platter -- but that's the best thing on their menu in my opinion. The salads are always fresh!! The specials are not great for being a pretty popular sports bar. On my last trip there I got ribs which were on the dryer side but still pretty tasty. I should have asked for a side of barbecue sauce so I put half the blame on myself. Another person in my party ordered a burger on a bed of lettuce but was brought a regular burger and when asked to bring more lettuce to supplement the waiter was extremely confused. My family went to the Mt. Laurel location on a Saturday night. The place was busy and I understand that. But nothing came out right. There were 5 members of my family at the table and only 4 drinks were brought out, ten minutes later, 2 more drinks were brought out and the drink order was still not completed. The appetizers were cold and wrong. By the time our dinner came out, it was an hour after we were seated. One order was wrong and 2 were cold. I explained this to the manager on duty and waiter. By this time I had to take my son back into the city. When they try to correct anything, the only people left at the table was my wife and other 2 sons. When you return to your guest's table and only 3 out 5 people are there, something has to be wrong. When I returned home I found out that we were charged for the full amount of our dinner. There was no consideration given for our experience. Two people did not have dinner that night. I asked my wife if anything else was said... the waiter apologized for the kitchen. The manager and waiter knew there was something wrong and it seemed like the the only thing was done was reheating two platters. Went here recently to watch a UFC fight. I had never heard of it, even though I've passed it several times and just never noticed it. First things first, its a sports bar. It is quite large and roomy on the inside and is literally LINED with tv's. There isn't a seat in the house where you won't have a good view of a television. The inside is bright and clean and I was really kind of impressed with the appearance. The crowd is a little bit older, which may or may not be a good thing, depending on your tastes. I noticed that it was mostly the upper 30 - lower 40 crowd but it didn't really affect me one way or the other since I was there to see that fight. I cannot stress enough just how saturated this place is with tv's. Its lousy with tvs. There have to be, like literally, 50 tvs in this place. Big tvs. Their tv budget must be through the roof. And lets be honest, at a sports bar, being able to see the game is the most important thing. On the food and drink side of things, I was very pleased with my orders. A Model Especial on tap, a recommended beer called "Angry Orchard" and the Bistro Burger with fries. ("Stacked High with Cheddar Cheese, Bacon, Sliced Pickle, an Onion Ring & Bistro Sauce. Served on a Toasted Ciabatta Bun. $8.99") They cooked it to a perfect medium and the fries were perfectly golden. There was plenty of parking, even when the place was PACKED. The only downside I had on my trip was the waiting to be seated situation leaves a little to be desired. They give you a slip of paper with your number on it and they have a board that lights up the numbers they are seating only at the hostess stand. If you happen to go to the bar to wait, like we did, you better keep a sharp eye because your number will come and go and you won't be reminded at all. They don't even call out the numbers. If you don't notice it, I guess you just missed it. I will absolutely be back here, as it is head and shoulders better than all of the other sports bars in this area, that I have gone to at least. read more

Right near 295, Route 73, and the Turnpike, this is a great meet up point if you've got friends coming from all over. Huge restaurant with space for plenty, it works great when you're coming here with a large group. We bombarded this place with a crew of about 25 after a wedding as everyone was staying at the Westin across the street. Beer was flowing all night and they had typical bar foods available for sustenance. Plenty of TV's is you're catching a sporting event or two and the crowd noise wasn't too bad considering the size and amount of people that attended. If you're looking for a good place to grab some food and a beer, by all means, this is one of the better choices in the area. read more

I work down the street and go here often for lunch. Portions are huge. The drinks are enormous- like large movie theater soft drink big- I guess they figure that they don't need to come back for refills. Service is hit or miss- sometimes great while another time our waitress totally forgot we ordered an appetizer and had to be hunted down for the check. Food is good and there is a large menu. I am a big fan of their salads especially the blackened chicken key lime salad. Prices are reasonable. The restaurant is huge so I never had to wait to be seated. The place does a great business and is always busy. This is a relatively new chain restaurant. There is also one on the Boulevard in NE Philly and in other states. I am usually not a fan of chain restaurants, but for a chain and bar food, this place is good. They have large TV's and a nice bar set up in the back so I imagine it is good for watching games. I rather much be in the city, but I think it is one of the best spots in the area. I see a raw bar on their menu and love raw oysters but have yet to see anyone order them. I was about to leave a low review but after talking to the manager he apologized and immediately fixed the order. It turns out that he put the salad dressing with the salad it just never made it in the bag. Though if you do get a salad with steak be prepared they skimp on the steak but hey you are only paying $5 so I guess you get what you pay for. All in all the food was good and thank you Duane for making it right. It should be noted the steak was underdone but nothing a microwave cannot fix. This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. We had a 6pm reservation. We were seated quickly but that was the best part of this experience. The wait staff was some of the worst I've experienced. When have you ever seen the appetizers come after the meal? Only here. After waiting nearly 1 hour for our food, half the dishes they brought out were wrong. We asked for corrections and when the food was brought out, it was still wrong and only like warm. It's like they put it in the oven to keep it warm and then brought out the exact same dishes with only one or two corrections...not all of them. I had a burger. The burger was edible but over cooked. The steaks were all over cooked. The fish was cooked well but under seasoned. All the veggies we ordered were raw and wrong. We got sauces we didn't order and most of the sides we ordered were wrong twice. After waiting an hour for the food, I didn't have the energy to complain more. The worst part is that this was a birthday dinner and the guest of honor had to suffer through a wrong order and luke warm food. The only thing that came out correctly was the jambalaya. We did lodge our complaints with the manager but there was little she could do to correct all the damage done as she didn't arrive until the end of the meal. There are also TV's everywhere, it is almost like being in an appliance store. The service was good and they have a great selection of beer both on tap and in bottles and the beer prices were reasonable. We had a bistro burger and fish tacos. Both were good and tasted fresh. Millers is hit or miss... if I follow certain baseline moves I can avoid a miss... I continue to patronize them regardless of the misses because they have one of my favorite simple but delicious dishes and unfortunately I cant replicate it at home lol. And honestly when they have messed up although it's been multiple times they are always apologetic and they do their best to make it right... their customer service is great! What they do right is their pork osso bucco... it's deliciously and hard to mess up. But one thing I've found is you have to dine in.... I really haven't had any missed dining in, which is great and honestly with two huge bars it's a great place to people watch if you aren't interested in any of the dozens of TVs they have going. I've caught PPV boxing matches here, it's a nice experience, service is definitely a little slower on live event nights but that's to be expected because they are usually sold out and packed to capacity. The fact that they stay open late is nice to be able to get a great meal after 9 in the area... but the likelihood of that happening of you order to go is not probable lol. Many TV's playing sports and even PPV boxing events as well (they charge for it). They play a variety of songs over the speakers at the same time as well, so don't expect to be able to hear the commentary of the game or TVs. Also, have an outdoor area with a fire pit and a TV as well. Staff: So far each time our waitresses have been awesome and are really chill, fun, kind, and attentive. Food: Not a place to go to for a great tasting gourmet meal. I've had their customizable burger = not much flavor, bad bread to meat ratio (too much bread) and it didn't have much flavor on it's own. The fries are pretty good, nicely seasoned, not too much salt. Get the Nachos! They're HUGE enough to fill 2 people and more, come with generous toppings (cheese, sour cream, jalepenos, tomatoes, etc.) A must have. PORTIONS ARE HUGE! Keep that in mind while ordering, you won't be able to finish your plate. Desert: I had the CAPT'N JACK'S NUTTY BROTHER which was pretty good, but after a while it's just too much peanut butter flavor for one sitting. Great place for drinks and appetizers with friends. Service has been ok to good; depending on who you get. Hubby likes the sports TVs but they usually don't have the sound on; only popular radio songs. Still, we keep coming back because hubby likes crab legs. I like the soups, though they can range from nice & hot to lukewarm. Sometimes I get the steak with baked potato & broccoli. The steak is not great, just ok; so, if you are in the mood for steak, order the cheapest cut. Don't waste your money on filet mignon. You will be disappointed. Also disappointing was that I ordered this yesterday (1/17/15) and the waitress didn't tell me that it was no longer served with a baked potato unless ordered after 5:00 pm (this was a late lunch about 3:00 pm). That information was not on the menu. I found out only when the food showed up at the table. And it was just warm, not hot. Tried the pizza. It took a long time. They said they had a problem. Pizza was ok but not something to write he about. Chicken parm is ok. Son likes the big red sandwich, too. I usually get the chicken tossed salad. It is good. Recently I tried their taco salad served in a large taco type shell and it was, well, uninspired. Salsa was bland. Shell was greasy & a little stale tasting. The chicken was supposed to be slow cooked but it looked underdone & tasted a bit rubbery. That salad is the special on Mondays and, since I was there on a Monday, thought I would try it. I would not order it again. The menus are stored in a slot on the end of the table and lately they seem to be all stuck together. That's a little disgusting. He brought our sodas and we immediately could taste the syrup was out,,,,it was just club . he took 15 mins to bring us back new ones ! When taking our order , he wrote nothing down , from many experiences, I KNEW OUR LUNCH WOULD NOT BE HOW WE ORDERED! A lady brought our lunch and it was not how we had ordered. So we had to ask her for KETCHUP, NAPKINS, SILVERWARE, MAYO AND GRAVY!!! She WAS AWESOME N VERY HELPFUL. I had a blackened shrimp and chicken salad , my hubby had a cheeseburger with Mayo on side, fries with melted Am. Cheese and a LOT OF GRAVY! They were both DELICIOUS and well portioned! Our server NEVER came back to our table again , HE walked by many times, going back n forth to the table behind us.but our cups were never refilled, or asked if we needed anything . We used our 2 napkins smartly because there was no chance of getting more !!!! We saw him when he dropped the bill & expected his tip. After waiting 10 mins more for him to bring our change back $100-$35= a pile of ones and fives!!! C'mon is this Wawa !!!! And when we asked for bigger bills , he said that's all he had ! Called a head and they told us they can't reserve a table for 6 but just come in and grab a high top. We drove over grabbed a high top table. The manager rudely came over and told us we can't sit there because it was reserved. We explained to him that Mercedes told us to come and grab a high top before they get filled up. So basically 6 of us in 3 cars drove about 20 miles to get here just to be told it's a 45 minute wait for a table. So basically we are heading to on the border all 6 of us. The managers attitude and response was beyond rude. He did a great job of losing the revenue of 6 customers. 6 alcohol drinking appetizer eating main course ordering customers.
