My family and I would frequent Miller's almost bi-weekly, but haven't been in a few months for no particular reason. But, we were out late yesterday (about 9ish) and decided to drop in. It was not a busy night, maybe a total of 20 patrons, so we expected fast service. We were sat right away, but hadn't been approached for at least 10 minutes, we then waited another 35-40 mins to receive our appetizers. There was no acknowledgement to the delay or apologies from the server, also no visit from the manager throughout the night. Once our apps arrived, theserver made us aware that our entrees would soon follow, although we waited 15 mins in between orders. So, we asked for them to be held back to allow us time to enjoy our appetizers. The cook was generous enough to remake our meals since they sat in the warmer for sometime, great but they were placed incorrectly. I ordered the Alfredo and my husband the scampi, we both received scampi's. They were then remade and we both received Alfredo this time. The waiter then calls the manager over as she is detailing our dismay she says we were not specific in who wanted what, but when we placed our orders we did so separately. But lets say we were confusing, i would think when she was placing the order she would realize some discrepancy and ask for clarification. Wife and I went for to the first time, only been open about a week or so. Never go this early to a new place. Was pleasantly surprised, food, staff and atmosphere was incredible. Never felt so welcome at a place before. There was an issue with our appetizer, the manager came out and explained everything, which I found refreshing, most places wouldn't even tell you. Meal was very relaxing, there was no rush. Great sports bar atmosphere. Seems will be great during football season. Reasonable prices. Zingers are the juicest chicken I've ever had... Ordered on DoorDash at 5:30 and the food was not delivered until 8:30. Our dasher described the staff as "rude" and said when she asked for an update they were very impolite to her. When the food did get her it wasn't too bad. A little cold but still not bad.This is a shame because I've been to Miller's before and have always had a great meal with good service. Wasn't sure what to expect before coming in. Heard from friends place was excellent so I had high expectations. We went on a Friday night around 9pm so I believe we arrived after the rush. Wait was about 15 minutes and we were seated and greeted almost immediately by our server. We wanted a few minutes to look over the menu but ordered nachos as an appetizer. The server put in the appetizer and came back to take our order. The nachos arrived less than 10 minutes after we ordered them and about 2 seconds later our salads arrived; about 5 minutes after that our meal arrived. When my boyfriend and I go out to eat we like to take our time with the courses so I was pretty disappointed everything came out basically all at once. I am happy with the quick service but I wished that they waited at least a few minutes to bring out our meal. All in all food was just okay, nothing super impressive. Large portion sizes and LOTS of TVs. I was hoping they would have their own beer (at least one kind especially since its a chain) Personally, I think this place is more fitting for hanging out and watching the game. We will try again, but this time I'll walk in with less expectation for the food. read more

I must be easy to please and not be picky or something. I've been here 2 times and had great experiences both times. The first time was a few months ago for lunch. Had French onion soup and a salad. Had a party of four visit on 9/27 around 9:15 pm. Waiter was decent however he brought out the wrong food for a guest of our party. He quickly realized the mistake and told us he would remove the dish from our bill(which he did). He then said he was going to get the correct dish made and bring it out. We waited over 25 minutes for the correct dish. By the time that came out everyone else in our party was finished eating. He said that the correct dish was going to be taken off the bill due to the mistake but when he brought the bill he said the manager said he could only discount it due to the fact that we were going to take the food home. Pretty rude considering the person who didn't get the correct meal at first had to box it up and take it home because at this point in time it was after 10:30 pm. I love this place. I'm all about the atmosphere and vibe of Miller's Ale. The food is awesome and the drinks rock, especially the drink prices. You gotta try the Watermelon Margarita or Sangria pitchers. You can't beat 10.00 pitchers. My server, Shai, was awesome as well. She was personable and professional. I watched how she helped her coworkers and made sure I was good as well as her other tables. She definitely has managerial qualities. Lastly I wanted to give her a kudos and I spoke with the GM, Victor, and he was so nice and really appreciated listening to me. He has a wonderful personality as well. So make sure you go to Millers Ale House. The prices are reasonable, you get a lot of food on your plate, and the service was excellent. Anybody who says otherwise, don't believe them. Our first time eating here and we were very satisfied! I'm literally in the parking lot leaving this review. Our waiter was nice, and attentive. I ordered the ribs & coconut shrimp and my ribs were falling off the bone. Very flavorful as well. I also ordered chicken wings, Hot Garlic extra crispy. They came out perfect! I didn't even have to ask for them wet because the sauce was already there. He ordered flat steak & boom boom shrimp with an order of calamari and he said everything was great! Miller's is amazing. I've been there frequently since they've opened but a couple of Sundays ago I had the best experience all because of a bartender, her name was "Lei" I believe. There was a Sunday rush and she was the only bartender on duty (Patio Bar). She handled the rush like a pro. She was able to answer extensive questions about the menu as well as rattle off drink specials like her ABC's. Being that she was the only bartender on duty you would think the bar was messy while she was attending to everyone but she kept it spotless! My food was taking a long time and she went above and beyond to see what was going on and get it out to me. She is extremely personable and made my experience that much better. We went for an early dinner. Yes, they are new and need to work out the kinks. However, give them a chance. We've all been new at our professions at sometime, right? April was our server, who came in on her day off. She was absolutely wonderful and she and the staff we encountered were eager to please, smiling and working together as a team. The manager stopped by every table to see how things were going. She worked there when it was Bugaboo I had the Chicken Fajitas and they were delicious. My better half had the ribs and he said they were delicious. Drink specials are great, considering a lot of your tab could be from the bar. Don't miss the Nutter Butter ice cream cake for dessert. They may have had some bumps when they first opened but things are running smoothly now! We had Party of 3 at height time on Saturday and were told 45 minute wait. We grabbed one chair at inside bar and ordered drinks and appetizers. Three chairs opened up at the bar just as we got called for our table. We stayed at the bar for dinner and cancelled our table because our bartender, Benji, was awesome! Our food was absolutely delicious! There is a lot of staff and you wonder how they're not tripping over each other behind the bar, but they all chip in and help each other out when needed! I was passing through the area on business and decided to have a casual meal. I am a very frequent costumer of this establishment in Florida (maybe 3/4 times a week) and was surprised to see one so far up north. I was quickly greeted and seated by a very nice hostess, Lauren or Laura, and had an excellent view of several TVs. Although I was saddened that this location didn't serve lobster, I was offered several other house specialities. I ended up getting the 5 peppers fire zingers and French onion soup to start. Very excellent although the peppers could have been hotter, perhaps 6 peppers. I ended up settling for the lobster tails, although I wish they could just keep the rest of the Crustacea, and the shrimp Alfredo. Over all very good. The server was excellent and refilled my soda 5 or 6 times. I wish they had a larger variety of female athletics on but overall I would love revisit. read more

Terrific staff, excellent food. I go to other Millers often and but it was my first time at this one today. Ordered the Monday rib special. You cannot beat the price. The ribs had a beautiful crust to them but were tender and juicy while not being overly saucy. The fries were thick, crispy, and beautifully seasoned. Food came out in around 10 minutes despite them being busy. Gil at the bar was great - my soda never emptied and I didn't feel like I was being helicoptered. The menu is diverse and there isn't a bad choice on there. Great drink specials and TVs at all angles playing sports. This is a place you can easily make a weekly ritual. read more

I don't know about this place. Decided to go the other night and it was a long wait, no big deal so we sat at the bar. Got greeted with menus and was told the drinks specials right away but after that we didn't see the bartender for about 10 mins and then when we did he literally would avoid eye contact with us when we were clearly trying to get his attention to give our order. Gave him our drink order and our appetizer order but felt very rushed. Like he just wanted to get away from us. When the food came out it was good but like an Applebee's or a TGI Fridays good. I don't know if I will come back but if we do I'm not sitting at the bar if that bartender is working. I can't remember his name unfortunately. read more

I was there yesterday and had the worst customer service experience from a bartender name Dee. I literally left after ten minutes. I then went to voice my concerns to the manager. He promised me I would receive a phone call today from the GM. Guess what he never called me. Good customer service starts at the top. So if the manager and GM don't understand good customer service skills Dee is shadowing her managers behavior which is not good. I will advise others not to patronize a restaurant that cares less about their customers. I encourage you to do the samething unless you like being treated harshly. read more

Server comes back to say they are out of Captain.. with it being so popular I was taken back but ok mistakes happen. Then, we ordered 4 Sauza tequila shots. To my surprise they are ALSO out of that liquor. So fine, we settled on Don Julio. WOW what do you know.. they are ALSO out of Don Julio. She suggests that we can do 1800 or another tequila. That's fine, but we would like it for the happy hour price being as though you are now out of THREE liquor selections on the happy hour menu. Server comes back & tells us the bar manager said she can't do that.. this is just bad business.. WE aren't the ones in charge of making the liquor order.. why should we pay for top shelf because someone else lacked on the ordering. I'm sorry but we all work/worked in the the restaurant industry & to me that shouldn't have even been THOUGHT about.. for the bartender on a previous visit to tell me she had ONE bar guest on a Monday.. you'd think they would up the customer service.. luckily there are plenty of other options in the area to choose from next time. read more
