I've been here several times and we've gotten takeout too. Miller's has a small but nice selection of classic pub food. You usually come here for drinks and a few very specific items. Fish & Chips, Southwest Eggrolls, and Chicken Nachos are the go-tos. Some fried food is a bit greasy but still nice and the batter is light. Some dishes have very large portions, so sharing and trying the menu is easy to do. I suggest coming here with at least two other people to really enjoy your time. Hate to leave bad reviews but my wife's mothers day was set back by our stop at Miller's. it took 20 minutes for the waitress to even take our drink order. we ordered 4 appetizers that came out 5 minutes apart once they finally got there and the main courses came out 30 minutes after the last appetizer. we ordered a cheese burger with extra cheese and bacon (3.00 for 1 slice broken in half) and the cheese was not melted because the burger was cold. out of 7 people 4 orders were wrong. So- I'm giving 2 stars just so people don't pass this review by thinking I'm trolling- I'm certainly not. Last night- Monday Feb 16th I placed a hefty order over the phone since the website was having difficulty processing my credit card- It kept telling me my zip code was incorrect. The woman on the phone said 20-25 minutes. I let her know my husband would be picking it up. I got off the phone with her at 7:20pm. My husband went in around 7:50(ish) and was told our order still wasn't ready. NBD he went to the bar and had a beer. (There was also apparently an issue with the bar he was at because he was told he needed to go sit at the OTHER bar) He ended up getting a second beer. (Paid for those as he got them.) At 8:10 he sent me a message and said our meal still wasn't out yet. He and I spoke on the phone, and decided if the meal hadn't come out in the next few minutes to just leave. It was already very late, the kids and I were hungry, and it had been well over the timeframe we had been given. He said they weren't overly busy- so the extended wait time seemed a bit much. We got off the phone and he sent a text at 8:22 saying the bartender had approached him and said "she knows your here" He ended up leaving without our food after a few more minutes. My husband and I work in the industry- we know COVID has made things more difficult- we have NEVER walked out of an establishment after placing an order without paying, but between the lack of communication and the excessive wait time, it just seemed like no one in that building really gave a $h!t about making sure we got our order in a timely fashion. I've gone to Miller's a few times over the last few years, we live in Jersey but my husband works right down the street & this was by far the most disappointing experience we had ever had. Cant say we will go back anytime soon- this left a pretty poor taste in our mouth. read more

Had dinner there on 3/16/23, service not great. Waiter was polite enough but never came back to check on us. We had to get his attention to get a drink refill. Seats were dirty and I saw why...young lady who was bussing tables wiped table crumbs off table onto seats. Never once did I see her clean off the seats of the three tables she wiped down. This problem is obviously a manager issue. Where is the training and follow up spot checks of the facility? But it's no problem for us...we will never visit again! One and Done! read more

My first time there. And probably won't be back. First my husband and I were sat next to a party, which is fine we didn't mind. But our server didn't realize we were there. She walked past us multiple times. We waited over 15 minutes to be greeted. It took another 10+ minutes for us to receive our drinks. Second, when our food finally came it was cold. I had a pasta dish and husband had a steak. I personally will not be coming back. Burger was rather flavorless, salad was good enough I guess. Coworker said her order was not good- nachos and a salad. The part that annoyed the most was that it was a curbside pickup order with options to text back or click a button in an email to advise you'd arrived. We got there about two minutes before the order was supposed to be done, so I waited until that time to text back. Waited ten minutes, nothing- I did get an automated response. So I thought ok, I'll use the email button. Hit that, got an auto response, another ten minutes. Finally called, get out on hold for a minute or two, person comes back with "ohhhh, I have it, I'll bring it right out." read more

They are really having staffing issues. Our order took almost an hour and that was after we asked if it had been put in. People were asking to be waited on. Several walked out because no hostess greeted them after waiting for several minutes. Food was great once we got it but they were having great difficulty providing service. This is the second time we have been since they reopened and both times it has been the same experience. read more

Saturday July 2nd(UFC Fight Night): They apparently allow employees to steal customers belongings. They have cameras but refuse to rewatch them while you are there. Would not let the police come and review the cameras with them. I was told basically there is nothing they can do when the server stated she found my wallet and gave it to her manager as they were closed. I came in the next day at 11:20a as they open at just 11a. I was told they could not find anything and there was not a wallet turned in. When I stated I was going to involve the police the GM asked me to not jump to conclusions yet although he was not taking any action. I gave him an hour from the time he arrived. And the best I got was that the night manager would be in at 4p if I wanted to wait or else have them give me a call. Once I came back with the police he stated he had been looking for it the whole time, he then offered me a drink in front of the cop, in which he did not the entire 2 hours prior that I was waiting. He kept saying to me prior that he was unable to reach the night manager but apparently he was able to reach him within 5 minutes of the state trooper being there. He tells us that the manager stated he put my wallet on the host stand after 1am knowing they were closed. The UFC fights were over and that no one was going to be able to come back for it until the next day. Meanwhile if that is the case. It was left sitting on top of a stand for any employee to take and do as they please. But they did not feel they should have placed it in the safe of in the manager office knowing it was after hours and they also have a person that comes in first thing in the AM to clean the place. Giving them access to any areas. I still did heard back from the GM after telling me and the officer in the morning that he was going to go inside and start watching the tapes from 1am to yesterday morning and call me when they find out. We went back around 6pm last night for an update. The GM still did not start watching the cameras. Stated to me he had to watch 10 hours of camera time and that he is running a business. After he told the first trooper that he had a lot of time and would be able to sit and watch them. As we looked they had about 10 tables sat throughout the whole place. Not busy at all. But for some reason kept making an excuse why he could not check the camera from 1am to 3am and again from 8a to 11am. The manager Nick that my wallet was given to was there last night and immediately came up from with an attitude and said I accused him of stealing the wallet. I said no such thing. I asked the hostess to get him because he was the last one that had it and I'd like to know where he said he put it from his own voice. Instead of owning up to his mistake he bit my head off and got defensive. Since when is it policy for a restaurant to place someone's forgotten wallet or purse at the hostess stand after 1am when they are closed? The morning manager Ryan and all three hostesses I spoke to stated that those things are usually put in the office or in the safe in the office. So why would mine have been at the host stand? They are covering up how my wallet/purse was stolen and making every excuse possible as to why they could not even check the cameras once. The second state trooper came after 6p and he took statements from everyone and said this is now to be a criminal investigation because my wallet was stolen and no one wants to answer for it. The lady that cleans the place was there in the AM when I got there and did not leave till after 12. But for all I know she could of had it as well but they would not check the cameras and she walked out the door past me. It was so bad the manager Nick insinuated that the customers that were last to leave the bar Saturday night were the ones the stole it. They would have had to went behind the host stand and opened the drawer just to take it. As he told me he checked the camera at the time he put it there as well as when he left and that he did not have it. But yet he could not check to see when it when missing?? No one accused him but he made sure to clear himself, but could not do his job and check to see when it went missing. Needless to say, I will have my voice heard. Actions will be taken. I want wants mine back or I want to know who stole it. I won't stop posting until I am heard. If I have to keep going back to Millers and stay there all damn day to have someone take it serious I will. I will keep calling corporate until I am heard and management takes some damn responsibility. OWN UP TO YOUR MISTAKES. read more

We are from out of state and decided to try this restaurant. What a mistake. I ordered a hamburger, mashed potatoes and tea. He gave me tea and coke. Also gave me the mashed potatoes with the tea. It took them 40 minutes to make our hamburgers which were not good at all. Our experience was not very good. I would not recommend this restaurant. read more

There were a lot of beers, a ton of large TVs everywhere, and the place was comfortable and clean, but the service was poor and the food left something to be desired. There's not a whole lot to say here. I wasn't familiar with the chain, so maybe that's my fault, but there was nothing exciting or interesting about this location whatsoever. It's the same kind of overdone, stereotypical, mediocre bar-and-restaurant-chain that you've probably seen a hundred times before. Down to business: It took around 45 mins to receive our food during lunch time and the place was not particularly crowded. My Wife and I ordered beers when our waiter initially landed at the table and did not receive them until the food came out. He came around to our table twice and said "You guys STILL haven't gotten your drinks? What is up with them?" I was thinking, "isn't it your job to figure that out?" He didn't go get them himself or anything, and they finally came to us courtesy of someone else with our food almost an hour later. Speaking of the food, it was nothing to write home about...only something to write Yelp about. Check out my pictures if you're interested. Some of our food was hot, and some of it was lukewarm. I'm going to take a shot here and say the kitchen forgot to make something or the waiter forgot to put something in, so that's why it took so long. The lukewarm food was probably so because it was done and sat out way ahead of the former. Either way, the sides were, in my opinion, pathetic and gross. Look at the baby carrots and green beans on the plate with my steak. It even looks awful. Not to mention, I asked for A1 which didn't come out with the steak and I had to wait another 5 minutes to get it. So just consider that the icing on the proverbial cake. THE GOOD: If you're just coming here to drink and watch the game, I doubt you will have any problems. There are TVs everywhere so there's not really a bad seat in the house, and plenty to drink on the menu. The place is clean/new, there are plenty of tables inside and plenty of parking spots outside. Definitely a party and large group friendly choice. THE BAD: Miller's Ale House serves the most basic run-of-the-mill, chain-establishment, sysco-prepared-and-delivered food and it's not even very good at that. I'd go to Applebee's or Chili's 10 times out of 10 before I'd come here again...and that is saying something. On top of that, our service was slow and inattentive. I really don't frequent places like this too often. Went with friends ( not my pick) and the experience was ok. Big menu with options you would expect from a chain establishment. Not many vegetarian options but they do have a veggie burger and salad option. The food was mediocre. The service was not very polished but not terrible. We just moved here from South Jersey and wanted to try the place out. I have been to one before, not for awhile. First, got there about 5 and that place was busy. Sat at the bar. Trinity was our bartender (who was also covering 3-4 tables). Amazing...I swear that girl was on roller skates. Even with that, our drinks never emptied without being asked if we needed anything and that smile never left her face. Bre, server, waitress, Ray of Sun, brought us our food and constantly checked on us. Great talking to her. So I said they were busy...well that group really worked as a team. We could easily see into the kitchen and those people were pumping out food, people were helping each other out...seriously, they were all busting butt. We got our food really quickly after ordering My wife got the fish and chips which was a big portion and she really enjoyed. Me, I love the Zingers, but got the Pork Osso Buro. Shank pork with an incredible rub, juicy, perfectly done...OMG, I will be back just for that. You have to try it! Food here is alright, nice bbq place to go to. The service is up or down. Sometimes it's good sometimes it bad you cant expect to much. Although some of my worst food service experiences have happened here at millers. One time i was given used cup of ranch, the way the cup was I could tell it had been used. Same experience it took 15-20 minutes just to get the check because the waitress was off doing whatever then had to help set up tables that were right next to us for a big party. Another time I was given a cup of sauce I asked for at beginning of the meal. 10 minutes after we finished the meal. Zingers are always a good go to food item. Great sports bar with friendly staff. The place is LOADED with tons of flat screens and watching sports there is a blast!! Drink prices are very reasonable...actually down right cheap. For example...captain Morgan and Smirnoff vodka are only $3.50 - all week, all weekend! (Not a happy hour price...all day). Captain Morgan mixed drinks run $6-$8 per drink at most other places. Normal bar food...nothing upscale, but descent for the price. They're "known" for their "Zingers" , which are they hot wings...but to be honest- not my favorite. I've definitely had better wings elsewhere. Their potstickers are really simple and great flavor. Their burgers are really good as well. The veggies were undercooked and the meal itself was cold that the butter didn't even melt on our baked potatoes. I'm very disappointed and don't understand how they could go from a 5 star rating to a 2 in one visit. maybe they need to reevaluate their cooks. Went to this place when they had their "soft opening" and I have to say that the food wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best that I've ever had either. It was really salty. And for the dish that I ordered, I had to send it back twice because it wasn't cooked enough and the communication with all of the servers was WAY off. But of course, it was the first night that they had customers and were working together, so in that sense, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Also, in the beginning, we were so confused as to who our waitress was, because we had one person greet us, saying that she would be helping us out that night, and then another person came by and said that she was our server. We were confused. Plus, when my dad changed his side order, they messed it up, and then we ended up getting 2 orders of the side dish...obviously they needed to work on their communication. And when I ordered another drink, it took a whole lot longer for it to arrive at the table, compared to the first time I ordered my drink. Everyone was nearly done with their meals. And when we went to leave, we talked with one of the managers and told that person that we thought the food was too salty, blah blah blah, and she didn't want to hear it, just kinda argued with us...not even a thanks for the input, which let me tell you....when we first walked up to the restaurant, they told us to tell them our thoughts...so much for caring about what your future customers are going to think. They have nearly 50 on tap. The food is really good. Today I ordered the "zingers" which ate hand breaded chicken tenders served like buffalo wings with sauce and blue cheese. They were really tasty and the hot sauce was actually hot. I also ordered a side of the loaded fries. They were also very good despite the fact that I'm not a big fan of seasoned fries.
