Bacon breakfast burrito with tater tots, cheese and fresh salsa.
    Alison M.

The bacon and tater tot breakfast burrito was delicious! I used a BOGO deal and ordered two iced coffees for my partner and me. Someone mistakenly picked up my order just before I arrived, but the owners kindly remade everything at no extra charge. Their customer care truly stood out. Millie's Kitchen is a fabulous, quaint spot for breakfast or brunch in Lafayette!

The owners are friendly and welcoming in this charming breakfast spot! You must try their coffee cake, they warm it up before they bring it to you and tastes like it just came out of the oven. I ordered a different version of chilaquiles with chipotle sauce which had a smoky flavor and were dry, not wet. Most places make them with red chile pasilla or tomatillo green salsa. And I really liked that I was able to pay via Toast and it only took a few seconds.

Millie's is a great spot for breakfast and lunch. They have a large and diverse menu so there is something for everyone. One of my kids had chocolate buttermilk pancakes, and the other had PBJ French toast. I had chicken tortilla soup and a chopped salad with chicken. Everything is served hot and fresh. No heat lamps. Prices are quite reasonable compared to many restaurants. Victor, the host and owner, is super friendly and makes you feel at home right away. Amy, one of the servers, is such a nice, friendly person. The hospitality they create is exceptional

This is our favorite local breakfast. Everything is good. The owners are so sweet and they always hire local college students as waiters that are so friendly. Best coffee cake around. Highly recommend.

If you're a breakfast lover like me, please go here!!! The atmosphere was welcoming and cozy. I was greeted by the owners Victor and Aimee. They were very sweet and friendly. What I ordered: I got the eggs Benedict, perfect poached eggs, perfectly crispy bacon, smothered in Hollandaise sauce, which was delicious! I also tried their FAMOUS COFFEE CAKE!! . It was soft, warm, and had just the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering. Service: Super friendly staff, very attentive. Food came out hot and fast, Overall, This will be my go to breakfast/brunch spot every Sunday! The food is delicious!! I recommend this food spot!

Wanted to update because I brought my mom and little brother from out of town food and coffee as always was amazing. It was not super busy for 1pm on a Saturday but I will never complain about that. Aimee was super nice and helpful with my brother who just had mouth surgery and could only eat soft foods.

I thought the food was pretty decent and I like that this place is a relatively low key brunch spot, at least compared to most brunch spots I've eaten at in the Bay Area. The wait wasn't long on a Saturday morning but parking is not fun at all. The parking lot is pretty tight too so you kinda need to get lucky if you don't want to park on the street or worse, that steep little hill next to the restaurant. I saw patrons absolutely struggle to get out of that area when they were leaving. If I ate here again, with the benefit of hindsight, I would make sure to tell my waiter that I want my eggs to be much runnier than they were today. The eggs on my benny were essentially hard boiled eggs which, while not a bad thing, are not my favorite. The potatoes also could've been cooked longer since I found them kind of hard. These faults didn't stop me from cleaning my plate though since I'm fat. The chocolate chip pancakes were my favorite thing to eat here and I'd probably order those again.

Food is good. Nothing exceptional. We had chilaquiles (not traditional but ok)?. Good kids menu and options. Very affordable. And mostly for locals. The wait staff is nice but forgetful Parking is limited and the owner or manager, the older tall man is not very nice.

Good breakfast burrito but the aioli sauce is a big miss. It should be a choice between hot or mild salsa.

We sat in the nice room for my friends bday. We were a group of 13 and our total was about $500 for brunch items, mímosas. They gave a bread pudding for the bday girl on the house. I felt like the prices are a bit high but that's a personal opinion. I got the frittata which tasted alright and it was $24. Service was decent but nothing too good or too bad that stood out from it either. If they have a happy hour, I'll come back again because the ambiance is very nice. I was told that my dish comes with a free side salad but i was later charged for a sad looking garden lettuce salad for $8. I still don't know what happened there. Maybe a miscommunication.

He said it was good. No complaints. I ordered a salmon sandwich that had cole slaw and pickles on a brioche bun. It was very messy to eat. Pro tip.... The high tops can be wobbly. It's not the uneven base, but the top is not screwed on tight. Fix it before you trash your partner's purse as I did . Dranks were great and food was delicious. This is the first time back here after they did a remodel. Don't totally recall the look before but the place looks great. Clientele is a mix of older Lafayette types, tourist staying at the hotel, younger peoples and of course the obligatory cougars of Lafayette and Walnut Creek ready to pounce on any single male prey, or not single!!!! Dudes, be aware. You've been warned. Ladies, use the restroom before coming here so you don't leave your partner alone. Very nice upscale place. Park Bistro staff let's keep it that way please. There is a massive dinning room we will have to try soon for dinner. Apparently in the evening it does fill up. So a week later and we are back for brunch because the last time I left my credit card. We've never stayed at the hotel, but visit especially for this bistro when in Lafayette. If you're looking for something hipster or trendy, this ain't it. It's old school, in the right ways. Dim, classic, romantic vibe, and great service. This is a great place to stop in for a drink or dinner. A solid selection for date night. The food is classic American staples - sandwiches, salads, pasta, fish, steak, etc. Everything we've tried has been good, but the main draw of this place for me is the ambiance. They have a daily happy hour starting at 3pm - definitely take advantage of those HH prices! We have always sat at the bar or at high-tops in the bar area, but there is a nice, cozy dining room to the right of the bar, as well as a larger dining room behind the bar, and outdoor seating. They do a weekend brunch until 3pm. The clientele is classic Lafayette, which is to say, ladies, don't leave your men unattended. Cheers!

As a huge fan of French cuisine, I'd been following RÊVE for years and decided to book a table for the graduation dinner. I made a reservation about three months in advance just to be safe, since the restaurant only has about eight indoor tables. The restaurant was tucked away in a nondescript strip mall, but upon entering through the side gate, I felt like I was stepping into a Parisian neighborhood bistro. Our friendly waitress walked us through the menu and seasonal specials and even pointed out the can't-miss dishes. Thank goodness we followed her advice - the frites were among the best I've ever tasted! We debated ordering another cone of frites but decided to pace ourselves because we also ordered the gougères, RÊVE salad, and escargot to share. Additionally, we received complimentary fresh baguette and butter. For my main dish, I decided to try the quenelle, which can be described as a soft dumpling made from seafood purée that resembles a velvety soufflé. Every bite had a rich seafood flavor that, even now, I can't stop thinking about. Even though we were quite full after dinner, we were tempted by the dessert menu and decided to split the chocolate mousse and French opera cake. Both desserts were exquisite - they were small portions but packed a lot of richness without being overly sweet. Our dinner was made extra special by the restaurant staff, who remembered that we were celebrating a graduation and signed a card for us. From the team going above and beyond to the excellent meal, this was one of the best meals I've had this year. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
