She is professional and send a driver named Charlie, after waiting for awhile I called back and asked amberlee I have been waiting for awhile, due to miss communications and miss understanding Charlie was send to the Bully's on MaeAnn. I was at The original bully's which is just down the street from the maeAnn location. Charlie showed up and he is professional and cool about the miss communication. These was the worse experience ever!!! Every person i talked to was rude as hell and you could tell they all enjoyed their job. They won't tell you anything and then told me that last night in the snow storm they were driving around an apartment complex and looking for cars to tow but somehow my car is towed and the other people who weren't in a spot didn't have their car touched. This Milne Towing Service is a Highway robbery towing company, charging me $340 per hour "there and back" and also haven't include the time of him coming out which come out to whopping $1020 for 3 hours. This company is a crook and prey on the vulnerable due to being in the snow storm and helplessness. Anyway, so they towed me on 3/31/24 at 2:00am during the blizzard snow storm, and I got to say this is the worst towing company I ever received in my entire life. First off, after receiving a call from the call center lady but not sure what's her name. Mention to her that I wanted the car to be towed pass the snow area or where the snow restriction of the chain is no need, and we agree upon that. Once the tow truck driver arrived name Richard a rude, disrespectful, and a nasty person with no sympathy, and told me that they gave him the protocol to tow me back to Truckee which I never agreed upon that. Then I told them what's the point of me paying for you to come out then for not resolving my issues? So, I did refused of course, until we agree upon they are taking me as where I wanted to. What a bad miscommunication company can't even get simple phone call right to the tow truck driver? Or either they just pretending to play dumb and rob me for not taking me anywhere. And then I was threatened by this guy name Richard the tow driver that if I don't have money to pay, they will impound my vehicle once he drop me off. He was so mean and disrespectful that he even mention numerous time that he don't even want to come out here and so forth. So when where on the way back in his tow truck vehicle he even mention several times he wanted to drop us off, and I was afraid he was gonna leave us out of nowhere which it was a horrible experience because this guy is a prick with no heart. On the other hand, he even left my key in the vehicle which was a bad mistake on his part because the car will automated lock the car on itself. And I even told him you better fix the problem because you made the mistake for leaving the key inside or I'm not paying. And his respond was like, " I work in this industry a long time" with an attitude. Yea, if you work in this industry along time and don't even know this simple task of not leaving a key in a car is mistake than I doubt your expertise. This guy even hold my key as a hostage until I pay him before even given me the key back. Through out the way, I didn't even want to speak with this nasty person so I kept silent through out the trip. All I say is, void this bad apple towing company if you can, they will charge enormous amount of money and take advantage of people in this bad weather condition! This place sucks absolute balls. The towing was my fault, but when I got here no one was answering the phones. When someone finally did, I told them I was here to pick up my car and he said he was sending someone over to the gate, 30 minutes later, no one has showed up. I waited the full half hour to call again, where no one picked up after multiple attempts. Someone only came to help when I stood infront of the gate and they were bringing another towed car in. So annoying. Then we had to wait until he finished registering the newly towed car then he was able to help us. Very disappointed to be writing this review. After receiving my car back from Milne's impound lot the car began flashing a low tire pressure indicator. I took the car to Costco to have the tires inspected and they found a broken air pressure indicator in the left rear tire. I informed them that the car had been towed the previous night and explained that the tow service had used dollies as my car is equipped with all wheel drive. I asked the Costco attendant if anything could have occurred during the tow and they informed me it could have been a pot hole or loading/unloading the car. I call Milne towing who advised me to come in to file a claim. I get there and was immediately disregarded and told it could not have been damaged while being towed and they made no attempt to resolve the problem. There was no apology or ownership to their mistake which I found incredibly unprofessional. Overall very unskilled team members, would 100% avoid this tow service. read more

I wish I could give these people 0 stars. I live at my student housing apartment, I pay for parking every month and have a sticker on my car and they towed me. I asked to see my car so I could show them my sticker was on there and they charged me $80. I still did it and there my sticker was completely obvious on my windshield. The guy was in complete shock and even admitted that it was a mistake. He said I can go in the next day or Monday and they should let me go free of charge because it was obviously a mistake. If I could give zero stars I would. This company is full of rude, racist and homophobic employees, starting with their manager Melissa. I came in to get my car where it was towed from a private property where Milne towing is not authorized to tow from. I asked to see the GA form and I was denied for no reason, I was told it was $250. When I tried to explain to them that they're not authorized to tow from this property they told me to shut up. When I said "What was that?" Melissa yelled "OH YOU HEARD ME" with her back facing me. I told her "why are you being rude and yelling at me? I'm just asking you a question, As I work for the company that owns the property you towed from and know you're unauthorized to tow from there. She told me and my partner that we're wasting her time. I told her I would walk outside to call my boss and will be back so she could help someone else. After 5 mins we came back in, we waited 10 mins for anyone to even acknowledge us while Melissa and her employees were on their cellphones. When we finally got helped they changed the price to $290. At this point I was already so upset but I was missing work to get my car back that I didn't even want to argue. We paid the fee and singed the paper work. I asked the employee who was the Manager and she told me that it was Melissa the one yelling at me behind the counter. As we walked out she yelled something at me and I couldn't hear what she had said. When we walked out to get our car, I couldn't look and examine my vehicle because it was too close to other cars. I had to climb through the passengers side of my car. I will be filling a formal complaint with the Nevada Department of Business & Industry Nevada Transportation Authority, The Better Business Bureau, and the Nevada State Licensing board. read more

I called them up, the dispatch said no more than a half an hour, it was during rush hour and the driver, Bob, was actually so great to deal with since I was feeling pretty crummy about the situation. He was friendly immediately, made a couple jokes to lighten the mood and allowed us to leave ahead of him and have him meet us at my house. When he dropped it off, again, nothing but cordial and ended the night by hoping I have a better rest of my day and to have a beer... couldn't agree more. I have finally got a little resolution from MILNE's insurance. If you read my review, you'll notice i was asking for $1800 to call it good and not have to go through any insurance. We'll here's the email I got from their insurance: Hi Brian, Thank you for the follow up as well as your patience and understanding with this claim. The estimated amount from Spencer is around $1,780.23. Of course this doesn't take into account any supplement payments which usually come up once the vehicle has been torn down, so that isn't the final amount. I am going to get an adjuster assigned today. We do allow them 1-2 business days to reach out and set up appointment. Since your vehicle was already inspected, the adjuster may just work off the estimate that Spencer provided as well as the estimate your shop of choice writes up. The adjuster will let you know the next steps once they are assigned. I will be out of the office tomorrow and Monday. If you don't hear from the adjuster by tomorrow afternoon, call my phone number and press 0 - you will be transferred to another adjuster who will be able to assist with contacting the assigned adjuster. In the future, please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns. When it happened to me I was furious with the private party that requested the tow. By the time I interacted with Milne staff I was ready for a fight. However, from my call to dispatch, to my interactions with Richard (who was the only one I met in person), to my philosophical debates with Joe on the phone, I was disarmed by Milne staff. They were respectful, careful with my vehicle, knowledgeable and the only responsible organization I dealt with in the encounter. Seeing that my honor was still not appeased, Milne metaphorically jumped in front of their client and took my bullet. This is what most impresses me as a small business owner. Everyone else I met that day had no problems passing their problems onto those they were supposed to be serving. I didn't want Milne to take the brunt of my attack, but they weren't going to allow those they represent to be hurt. If I had to hire a tow company to tow someone else, which I hope I never have to do, I would hire Milne.
