Our waitress noticed I didn't eat much of the pot pie and asked me if there was anything wrong. I told her that in my opinion, it didn't have much flavor and that I didn't care for it. She was apologetic and said I should of told her sooner and she would of brought something else for me. I said, it really wasn't a big deal, that I'm sure other people enjoy the chicken pot pie. Next thing I know, the manager Clark comes over and tells me he wants to take the pot pie off my bill. I told him that it wasn't necessary, that I did eat some of it and I should pay for it. He insisted to take the pot pie off my bill. Said he wanted his customers to be happy. He then asked if my friend and I wanted to share a dessert and showed us the options. We chose the S'mores brownie. We didn't want a full size, so he offered a smaller option. The dessert came and it was very large to be a small serving. And let me tell you, it was absolutely beyond delicious! My friend and I were so impressed with the generosity of Clark the manager and how he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. That is what I call great customer service and a manager that really cares about making sure his customers are happy when they leave. Even though I'm not a fan of the Pot Pie, I know that their food is still amazing. I will be coming back again and again.

It definitely did not disappointed. The restaurant is quite large and can definitely accommodate larger parties; we were a party of 5 and were seated at the booth. It is quite cold inside due to the air-conditioning, so if you are one to get easily cold, best to bring a light sweater. Overall, experience was good.

She had a welcoming personality which I appreciate, there was no awkwardness. She is very personable! She always made sure to check on us from time to time but not so much that it was annoying. The food was great as always! Everyone in my party got a 16 oz sirloin smothered in onions, each of them cooked perfectly to our liking. We sat outside deck area but as soon as we told Annie we were a bit cold, she immediately asked her manager to turn on the heaters. She seems like a genuine person. Bless her. I love the food but having to wait 20 minutes for a tiny cup of ranch, having to basically beg for napkins for water and still not getting it really makes the experience not very fun or inviting.
