Had a great time, Heather, our server, was extremely accommodating for our large party.

Today, was a less than pleasant experience at one my favorite breakfast places. It's nearly empty here and yet we waited in line for a table for 10 minutes. Once seated we waited about 12 minute for our 1st cup of coffee, and then the food took forever to be served - maybe 25 minutes. Our server was pleasant and friendly, but we assume the restaurant is short staff because employment issues. Also, the prices are unusually high, but the food was very good overall. The worst part was no one in the lobby seating people for about 10 minutes while the line was building up with people, and I had to flag down a manager to get seated. One star for this and two stars for the food and server. read more

Our server Melissa was amazing. She made us yummy lattes with foamy hearts the quiche florentine was good with the breakfast potatoes.

SUMMER our waitress provided wonderful service! The food, however is mediocre. Soups seem to be from cans, sandwiches are basic. Chicken and mashed potatoes seem steamed from packets. Only thing that seemed freshly cooked in house is the bacon and eggs. Restaraunt clean. read more

This morning a friend and I choose MiMi's to meet up for a francois meal and Mimosas! Wow... did you know that beyond the OJ mimosa, these folks at Mimi's have a mango mimosa? That is a MUST TRY! at $5.99 try 2 or 3. We were really happy to see one another, and on the morning of 420, we were Hungry!. I had already decided on the quiche florentine, with extra cheese with a side of roasted potatoes. My homegirl also indulges in the roasty tatas but paired it with oatmeal...? Ahhh ok. She was given cranberries, raisins and brown sugar and she finished the bowl by lapping it up....it was so good. Who knew French cooks makde great oatmeal? No one, but now you do. read more

We have been coming here for years almost weekly. Always good food & service. We did not have a good experience this last time . I ate my whole dinner with empty glasses & empty soup bowls still on the table from before we got our food. My grill cheese was like rubber because it sat under the light so long, so sad one of my favorites. We had to ask a gentleman to get refills & to take away the dirty dishes, he was very helpful & we still didn't see our waitress, so we had to ask him about getting dessert . She did however bring us the bill promptly. They weren't so crowded I would have understood that. I'm just so disappointed , I don't like to feel like I'm gambling on a good dinner when I go out, I'll be looking for a new regular place. Wish I could just give them zero stars. Their customer services sucks and Lena is rude AF!!! They need to start treating customers with respect, and please don't forget customers are the reason you have a job. They always messed up on the orders, whether you placed them by phone, in person or online. It is so upsetting to find out they didn't give you your dressing or added bleu cheese when you specifically said NO BLEU CHEESE. Anyway don't waste your time and money eating at a restaurant where they don't appreciate customers. read more

I ordered online, paid for my order, and then proceeded to use curbside pickup. I parked with my two toddlers and called to let them know I had arrived and was told they never received my order. She said I could place my order and a manager would be out to help with payment. About two minutes later she came out with my order and said she had not seen it. Ok, that's fine. But then I got home and my kids drink that I purchased was not with the order. Ok, no big deal, it's a drink. This was a SURPRISINGLY TERRIBLE experience. The service AND the food. We got a HARD basket of bread and when we asked our server for another GOOD basket that is soft AND HE SAID ...... THEY'RE ALL GOING TO BE HARD BECAUSE THEY COME OUT OF THE OVEN TO THE STEAMER. Now how does this make sense? How and why would you react defensive and say ALL BREAD is going to be hard. and 2 out of the 3 dishes we ordered we could have done without. We have been eating at Mimi's for more than ten years. We have liked Mimi's but recent changes have me feeling negative. The prices have gone up over the years and we have accepted that but they have been reducing or eliminating items and that is annoying. I recently ordered a chopped cobb salad(the price has risen by 40% over the last ten years) and were told that it no longer included a muffin. The bread basket no longer included madeleines which can't be saving the restaurant much. I understand that there has been a change in company ownership but it looks as though they are not making smart decisions regarding costs. read more
