John is an amazing nail tech!! Whenever I get go to Mimi's Nail Salon the staff is always so kind. I show him my nail inspo and he always goes above and beyond. He takes pride in his work and generally I can go 4-5 weeks before needing a fill!!

This was my first time visiting here and I was blown away at not only how kind everyone was, but the talent! They did exactly what I asked for and did it so perfectly. Thank you for making my first time visiting your nail spa a good one! I will definitely be back.

i've been going here for the past year and every time, they get it right! I'm not usually someone who wants to have longer nails (mostly because my job) but they shape and paint my nails so well! they have a bunch of colors to choose from, including a newer iridescent collection of which is perfection. pricing is also pretty normal for all their services. the vibe inside is clean, bright and low stimulation. love it here!

I've been going to Mimi's nail spa for a few years now. John usually does my nails and he's incredible! I come in with a pic and he makes it look just like the pic. If John is unavailable I see someone else and my nails always look great with them too! They have nice upgrades for pedicures as well. And I'm able to text the owner to schedule my appointments and she always finds a way to fit me in. Highly recommend this salon!

The dip nails all popped off. Never had that happen in my life. Poor quality job and poor service. Will never come here again.

I think I found my nail salon! Very professional service. Requested an online appointment, got a fast response from Lily. Scheduled for the next day, showed up and got serviced right away. The inside is super clean, they have a great selection and it looks very organized. I got my nails done with Catherine and Lucky. Both did a great job, but Catherine was so patient with me. I have very sensitive nails and don't like to be tortured with massage and extra stuff. She understood and found the right method for me. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

I started coming to Mimi's for one reason... John. I followed John from his previous salon. He is the absolute best!! Not only is he really detailed and thorough with his work, but he is very kind and cares about you as a client. I only go every 3-4 weeks and because of the quality work, may nails last and I never have a nail raise or break. During the holidays, John was busy (understandably) and Lily the owner did my nails. She was so kind and just as detailed. Her husband Lee was also there closing the shop. They both stayed because I got there a little late after work. They both talked to me the whole hour and I felt they genuinely cared. It was nice to have a conversation and get to know them. I am blown away with this shop, and I see why John went here. The owners and staff are friendly and you can tell the environment and culture is good. It is also very clean

This is definitely a hidden gem! I walked in at 2:30 today (Sunday). They where busy. Lilly asked me to come back in an hour, which I did, there was a little bit of a wait before she was able to start me. I got a fill and a pedicure, I have extra long nails so it was a little pricey. I got a deluxe pedicure from Ruby, nothing too special. Ruby and Lilly we're both great. I can't wait to my next visit.

It was my first time here for refill, John did great job, I loved how neatly and evenly he did them.

I've been going to John for 13 years now and he always does an amazing job. I can literally show him any design, shape, color photo and he always gets it on point. He's very professional and takes his time. I'm always looking forward to getting my nails done with him. I gotten my gel pedicure done twice already with Ruby and she's been also doing a good job. She takes her time with each toe nail and does a really good job cleaning the cuticles. I will keep booking with her :) The nail salon is very clean and always offers water. They have so many colors and good brands too. The staff are also very kind.

Not one nail is done even on my daughters hands she literally was crying from being so unhappy with her nails.

Came in for an acrylic full set manicure and a gel pedicure. Best experience of my life! These nails stayed perfect for almost a month!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the whole team. You made my wedding day and honeymoon so special! All my photos came out phenomenally beautiful and it could not have been possible without these beautiful nails. It was a dream come true! I had a wonderful experience at Mimi's. I got a Gel X mani with a soft stiletto shape and designs. I also got a regular pedicure. I called ahead for an appointment and staff was ready and welcoming when I got there. I had a lovely woman named Sandra who did my pedicure and it came out great. I had my manicure done by Nancy and she did such a great job with the shaping as well as the detailed bee design I wanted. I was in the chair for 1hr and a half and was offered water while I sat. Nancy and Sandra both struck conversations with me and it was a lovely time. 10/10 will return again! read more

First time here today and I left so happy with my nails. Got Gel x done by John and ladies he knows what he is doing! Showed him an inspo pic and he did his own twist to it. I love my nails more than the picture I showed him. Everyone there was the sweetest. Didn't catch the guy that did my pedicure name but he was fast and left my toes looking so nice. The place is super relaxing, clean, and very modern. I would definitely recommend to others and will be back! read more

Mimi's replaced Kevin Nails Spa at this same location. I was going to originally find a new nail spot because I always went to Kevin Nails, but I saw good reviews about Mimi's, so I gave it a shot. All the workers are very nice and welcoming. I usually book an appointment and they accommodate me very quickly. I really wanted to like this place, but they wanted to charge me more amount for longer length of the gell ex nail but by barley any length. Basically if they cut it shorter it's cheaper but by barely !! I also brought my own nail polish so I don't understand why they would charge more it's my polishes and then I came back to give them another shot and they want to charge me that and also $10 for the takeoff even though they're the ones that put the nails on !!!! generally nail salons do that if you're coming from another salon but not if you're a repeat business ! And it's $5 not $10. This is reseda not Beverly Hills I think that's bad for Business and I'll never go back again I think they are very rude read more

She cut me and didn't bother to clean it or stop the bleeding, she just painted over my blood. Now I have blood under the nail polish and their nail polish is infested with my blood very unsanitary for the salon. She also took two hours to do this simple gel mani. read more

The BEST nail salon, I have tried over 20 nail salons literally, their customer service and their quality is great! They also have every color you can think of. Shape is always how I want it, they are very patient with me because I'm so picky. They also have great prices!! I definitely recommend this place! John is my go to! I'm glad they opened a second location in the valley. Loved my first experience in the new store! Lily booked my appointment the day before. Came for a much needed mani/pedi/self-care after work before my vacation. Nancy did my bio gel manicure and Katherine did my gel pedicure. Katherine also knew how to deal with my ingrown toe nails. Both Nancy & Katherine were so sweet and friendly. Definitely coming back to try gel x after my trip! read more

I found this place through Yelp which can be hit and miss on its own. I walked into Mimi's Nail and it was immaculate and was greeted warmly. Still, I had little expectation because you needed to know how good someone was until they started the pedicure. I was lucky to have Kathryn! She was amazing! Her care and attention to detail were far more than anyone else I had been to. She is a hidden gem inside this cute little salon. If I could I'd leave 10 stars. This salon is spotless, all tools are sterile and from sealed packaging. The techs are friendly and very precise. My favorite thing is that they take their time and don't cause me any pain during a pedicure, unlike other places. Also, my nails came out beautifully!! Love this place. read more

I wanted to like this place. I appreciate that they were quick to respond and agreed to take me in last minute but the service was terrible. The lady doing my acrylics didn't do a good job. She hadn't painted the side of my nail and when I told her she became upset. She also didn't cut my cuticles and when I requested for her to do it, she said she would have to charge me but everywhere else I have gone, they do it as part of the service. She kept adding charges throughout the service that made no sense. The other lady who did my pedicure cut my foot and it wouldn't stop bleeding for an hour. Honestly I rather pay more and go somewhere else that's going to do a good job. I don't think I'll ever be returning. read more

I was a walk-in and have never been here before. They were able to accommodate me right away without having to wait. Staff were very nice and courteous and I got gel x nails with John. Amazing work! I really love them and John was very gentle with my nails and easily adapted when I ask for a slight adjustment on the design. Great work! I will definitely be coming back. I had Kathrine and she was amazing! Very pleasant to talk to and great attention to detail, especially around my cuticle. You can see the before and after photo and she made a huge difference! They didn't rush me at all and even gave me chilled water while I waited for my nails to soak. I found this place when they opened it is a very nice and clean location. With a very welcoming feeling. I get my nails done here by John whether it is hard gel, gel x or gel he does a fantastic job and a pedicure by Lily who makes my feet look and feel refreshed . They are the best at what they do. They have so many options for colors and always get it right. I have been searching for 3 years for a place in the valley where to go no more searching I have found my new place. Just tried this place out today for the first time--and have to say I'm a bit turned off by the experience I had there. My friend decided to treat us both to a nail day. The service itself was fine--my friend got done before I did so she paid and went to the car to wait for me. As they got done with my nails, my nail tech says, "Your friend paid but didn't tip us" which I thought was a bit off-handed to say when a tip is generally optional, but since my friend paid for everything, I figured the least I could do was pay for the tip. I proceeded to pull money out and tip ALL THREE women who helped us. I go to my car to meet my friend, saying I took care of the tip for us, when she visibly becomes confused. She says "I already tipped them before I left". I told her they had told me she left without tipping. She got very upset, saying she made a point to tip our nail technicians before she left (very well she added), and noticed they had overcharged her almost $40 as well. So needless to say, no business should be lying to their customers--it's gross, dishonest. Wanted to share this experience so other people are aware. We will not be coming back. read more

Nancy did a great job on my gel x set! I appreciate how precise she tried to be and paid attention to the details. Her soak off and application techniques were good as well :) Catherine did an amazing job on my gel pedicure! She made sure to ask me if I liked how it looked between steps and if I wanted her to fix anything. If you are picky with your pedis like me definitely book with her! I have had 4 appointments at this location and every single time, I show up exactly at my appointment time and I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes. I called short notice to get an appointment for a gel x set and they were able to get me in within the same hour! When I arrived, i was greeted immediately and was offered water. The facility is very clean and all staff are friendly. John did my set and he hands down has been one of the best nail techs that has serviced me. He was very fast yet careful and neat with his work. So happy with my acrylic set w gel polish by John. He is quick, efficient, friendly and does a great job. He always checks in through out making sure I am happy with the shape and length.
