We had such a fantastic brunch experience here that it instantly earned a spot on our regular breakfast rotation. The Eggs Benedict was absolutely amazing. The poached eggs were done perfectly -- and that's coming from a self-proclaimed egg snob. The yolks were beautifully runny without being undercooked, and the whites were set just right. It's surprisingly rare to get poached eggs executed that well, and they nailed it. The short stack pancake combo was so good -- fluffy, flavorful, and satisfying without being overly heavy. And the bacon? Easily the best we've had in a long time. Perfectly cooked with that ideal balance of crisp and tender. Even the over-medium eggs (again, I'm picky) were cooked exactly right, with just the right amount of yolk softness. The classic orange mimosa was good -- pretty standard, but refreshing and exactly what you want alongside brunch. One thing we really appreciated was being able to make a reservation for Sunday brunch. That alone makes a huge difference. The service was great, the space was very clean, and the prices were refreshingly reasonable. Nothing felt overpriced or inflated, which made the whole experience even better. If I had to find one small complaint, it would be that they're still doing canned sodas served over ice instead of fountain drinks. Not a dealbreaker by any means, but fountain sodas would be a nice upgrade. Overall, this place delivered across the board. We'll definitely be adding it to our list of go-to breakfast spots.

I came here on a weekend morning with a friend and there were a few people already seated inside half an hour after opening time. The restaurant is narrow and very long, which just two tables fitting side by side down the whole "hall." Their menu is extensive, but my friend and I just shared their Meat Lovers omelette with our choice of hash browns. I liked the proportion size of hash browns to omelettes, and there was a decent amount of meat within the omelette. The sausage was my favorite meat, and it was seasoned well. Portion size was filling for the both of us, and lovely decorations!

Was craving a breakfast burrito and mimosas. This place nailed it! First, super mimosa! We shared with 3 people. It was perfect to get the brunch rolling! Large and definitely an attention getter. We got it with our favorite POG flavor and it was delicious. Our waiter said it was roughly the equivalent of 4 mimosas. It was fun! On the food side, we sampled a number of items. Tall Stack Pancakes Combo w/ eggs & bacon (3): Everything was good but nothing really special here. Pancakes were fluffy. Eggs and bacon were standard. Breakfast Burritos (5): This was what I came for and they delivered! Served with some spicy roja and mild verde salsas. We ordered one with bacon and one with sausage and both were fantastic. I think we found our breakfast burrito spot! Chilaquiles (4.5): Honestly they did this pretty good as well but I have to give the edge to the breakfast burrito. Chorizo was tasty and the chips were nice and crispy in the beginning. Of course it got soggy but it was probably cause we were having so much fun with the super mimosa. Mini Chocolate & Banana Pancakes (3): Kids loved it but it was still just your standard pancakes with toppings. Overall we had a great time here. Definitely a new spot for our future weekend brunches!

This is my second time coming here. I decided to try their Huevos Divorciados, they were delicious! I got my eggs sunny side up & decided to add some Steak onto them. This was my first time trying this meal in general, everything tasted very good. I'll definitely be getting the same thing again on my next visit. The best part was that it didn't fall apart after every bite. My partner decided to go for the pupusas, they weren't that great for my taste but he seemed to enjoy them. The sangria was very refreshing and it went very well with my meal. The waitress was kind and very helpful with our order so the experience overall was well worth.

We went for a Mother's Day brunch and while we had no reservation we were seated relatively quickly. The outdoor seating is towards the rear/ side of the restaurant isn't great - basically looking into the parking lot, so we got a table inside. Good: the servers were pleasant. The coffee was good. The orange mimosa looked good - decent flavor. Meh: the food ... was fine but nothing unique or flavorful. we had one order of the Huevos Divorciados with country potatoes. Two tostadas one each with salsa verde and salsa rioja, a fried egg and Cotija. The flavors were fine - verde better than Rioja - but nothing amazing. The country potatoes were quite good but, the quantity was lacking. The veggie Benedict was ok; the avocado was a good touch. The hash browns were fine but again a thin smattering. The short stack packages with fruit was fine. The three glasses of water came after all the food was served! The food was placed in the center of the table not in front of the person who ordered it. Pleasant servers but a bit lacking. Overall I'd rate it a 3.5/5 .... Ok to go once but not sure I'd go there again.

Little hidden gem! Me and my friends decided to get the super mimosa and it did not disappoint. It is the equivalent of 4 mimosas and you can pick the flavor. I highly recommend the breakfast burrito with the two different sauces/salsas, it was filled with different meats to choose from and very tasty. Great place for a girls brunch!

The wait for our table wasn't long considering we had a reservation but people without reservations were also seated quickly so thats a plus too! The wait for our food took a bit longer but we didn't notice because the vibe of the place was so enjoyable. The workers are funny and amazing. The food was amazing! I love how i can build my own since I am picky with my food.

I had such high hopes for this place because I wanted to know that I could come back and actally have a mimosa on a day where I'm not expected to have to go back to work after brunch. Sadly this place was not it, I'm not sure if it was because it was an off Friday or what but there were just so many things that could have gone better. My friend and I arrived around 11:40 am on a Friday and were standing there for nearly 5 minutes before I dediced to just take a menu and sit down because there was no one to greet us nor tell us where to sit. I know there was kitchen staff because there were other people finishing up their meal. I got the South of the Border benedict that was Carnitas and I was just not having it because in the carnitas there were definitely some whitebones/cartilage/soft tissue in the mix where I had to carve out the carnitas and just have the biscuit and egg because the texture was just throwing me off. ~~Parking: It's located in a small strip mall and there's plenty of parking in the back lot which is actually easier to get out of. ~~Service: Okay. I'm not sure why they give so much toast (4 slices) yet be so stingy on the butter. They gave literally one tiny gumball scoop where I had asked for a refill for my friend and I but we only got 1 ball for the both of us. My friend had also ordered the steak scramble with country potatoes, but hashbrowns showed up. ~~Return: Was hoping the food would be good to come back for an actual mimosa, but I don't think I'll be returning.

Ambiance: It had a festive vibe with lots customers patiently waiting. It's a modest interior with festive and modernized decorations that make for great Instagram snaps. Food: The food was delicious. I had the three carne asada taco plate with rice and beans and a red sangria. The tacos were excellent served with a red and green salsa. The hubby had pancakes, which he said were light and tasty, sausage, fried eggs and potatoes. The portions were good. The sangria was so good. I'm not a big drinker but I got a chuckle out of a young lady who was about 4'10 who ordered the Super Mimosa, which was so big she had to stand next to the table every time she took a drink. If mimosas are your thing then you're home. Service: The service was great. The food came out quickly and the waiter was both knowledgeable of the menu choices and friendly. Parking: The parking isn't bad but on a really busy weekend you might be a little challenged. We pulled up and found immediate parking. Overall: Great spot! I will definitely come again

Came here for brunch on a Thursday afternoon. Place is small but has cute decor for instagram worthy pictures. Was greeted byvthe server and told us to take a seat. Menu has several options from mexican food to american. What we ordered: Coffee 3/5: was good Meatlovers omelette: omelette was big and had lots of meat. Hashbrowns were crispy and good. Pancake was not that good and chewy texture. Overall, it was a good place to try out.

Absolutely delish!! We came for Mother's Day and had a blast!! Sitting outside was wonderful and could see around us these GIANT mimosa glasses for multiple people that definitely was attracting a crowd. They didn't have a non-alcoholic version, otherwise we would've gotten it! (Most of the contents is champagne) Our food was delicious and we got a variety of breakfast stuff. This place is amazing!!!!! The staff is awesome, Vincent, Nathan and Parole (totally spelling that wrong, sorry girl.).... But they were great!!! Vincent even took a shot with us! The food was freaking sooo goood! I should have ordered food just to go! The mimosas were on point and I enjoyed it all so much! The food, I only had the carnitas tacos but omg they were amazing! So amazing!!! I'm already dreaming about it for next time.. lol Definitely a place to go for brunch and early lunch. You will not be disappointed!!! This place is 10/10. read more

Nice brunch place. Difficult to spot, it's the corner most restaurant and there's loads of parking behind. Forgot to make a reservation, but got seated outside within 5 minutes. Substituted bread with a corn tortilla. They have many flavors of mimosa. The super mimosa is really enticing but you need multiple people to finish it off. read more

Easily my favorite brunch place in the area. The menu is small but I think it goes to show they focus on quality over quantity. My group tried the chilaquiles rojos, the pupusas, and the huevos divorciados. We loved everything and specifically enjoyed the chilaquiles. I've tried chilaquiles in other places and they are often very soggy with too many onions (not a fan lol). For sure we are going to come back! read more

Parking: can be tough to find during peak brunch hours; friends had to find street parking Service: There wasn't really a hostess so I had to flag down whoever I could to see if they had my reservation. You have to email and there is no online system. They claimed they emailed me back to come later but I never got any response. So don't count on your reservation to get seated quickly it seems. The service itself was terrible. They were super busy and we asked if we could get something tiny out just to stave our hunger because of the long wait but it didn't happen. The tables were sticky and not wiped appropriately. We were never checked on between ordering and the meal. It took about 45 minutes to get our food and we were all hangry. Food: the food itself was great. It was fresh and the eggs Benedict were tasty. French toast was made well. A good value. I wish the service and reservation system were better because I really did enjoy the food. I would recommend trying this place on a week day. I may try it again one day but I'll have to forget about my hanger first. read more

Food was delicious and service was impeccable! Chocolate chip pancakes were so good. My husband got the classic breakfast and it was top notch. There's no latte or espresso, but the drip coffee was strong and rich. There's a big parking lot in back that we initially missed but there's PLENTY of parking. Outdoor seating was pleasant and allowed us to bring our dog. read more

Would have given 5 stars but wait was really long- both waiting to take our order and the food itself. They did give some chips and salsa, but even that took a little while to get. have never left a review anywhere but leaving one here since service was terrible food was bad we got French toast nd wasn't toasted enough we had order bacon and got sausage it was empty and we were giving hope but turn down ever since we saw the guy at front just sit down and watch us from far we kept hearing the ladies from kitchen being on the phone out loud once food arrived guy just threw silverware like nothing if you don't wanna work just don't no need for all that negative energy . read more

Mimosas Brunch & Bubbles is a fantastic spot. Tucked away right outside the Prune Yard, it's a cozy gem featuring Latin American food and a variety of adult drinks. Family restaurant vibes, super cute decor, all the staff is very friendly and focused. We got the Pupusas and Huevos Divorciados along with a pair of POG mimosas. The Pupusas are classic flavors and come with a side of pickled slaw, and red sauce that is savory and delicious. The Huevos Divorciados is SO GOOD, I got it with a fried egg and added bacon + avocado because I'm a fancy boy, and it was BOMB. Waitress was friendly and cool. We'll definitely be back. Well saw the yelp review so we tried this place was very slow on getting some pancakes and classic breakfast had 4 items took about 30 minutes for the first plate to come out and it was cold go figure so another 5 minutes goes by then they bring out one more plate ok another 5 minutes they bring out the last two pancakes plates now that we waiting for the others to get there food now the first one is cold for sure and the second one it's way the food is comparable to IHOP so nothing special just why bring things out separately like that overall not a good spot for us maybe for you good luck going to Denny's next time read more

My cousin's & I decided to go wine tasting in Suisun as a new location for us. After doing some searching on yelp, I found this restaurant. The food was delicious and came with 2 bottles of sparkling wine & several kinds of juice. Our server was very attentive & the restaurant was super cute. It's a cute small place hidden away from main road. more parking in the back that is not obvious until you drive there. food is good but takes time for food to come out. i usually sit outside and generally service is friendly. nice to relax and take your time. can get busy on weekends at times and they take reservations. read more

Our first time here, traveled from Pleasanton and it was worth the trip! I ordered mixed popusas and platanos Fritos with a side of condensed milk and honey, everything was delicious! I have to mention the salsa for the popusa because it was the best I ever ever had (and I've eaten a lot of popusas). My daughter ordered the carnitas burrito and she loved it so much she wouldn't even let me have a bite! It was Saturday morning brunch so it was a pretty busy but the staff made sure to make us feel welcomed. This is a family owned business and you can feel the warm inviting family dynamics. Love this new brunch spot! The menu is perfect size--a lot of places try to do too many things, so they don't do anything really well. Not the case here! Every item I've had is made to perfection. It's also one of the few brunch spots where I've asked for "extra crispy hashbrowns" and have actually got them. Prices are spot on. Restaurant is nice and clean. Staff here as so very nice! Easy to get a table--we're never going to bother with spots with an hour wait. Truly a hidden gem and this is for sure quickly becoming our regular spot. read more

My friend and I stopped by yesterday to grab some food and mimosas since we were in the area. We were seated fairly quickly, but then ignored. Nobody ever arrived at our table to give us menus, offer us waters, nothing. Meanwhile, a couple of ladies who arrived after us were seated, given menus, had a conversation with the server, and had their orders taken while we sat there ignored. My friend went inside to ask for menus and we continued sitting there for a few more minutes, still ignored, while watching the server come back out to retrieve a paid check and go back inside. At no point were we even acknowledged after being seated. We left after probably a good 20 minutes of being ignored. I don't think I'll be back. read more

Came here and got some of the best micheladas in San Jose because of their house-made chamoy rim. Got their South of the border Benny with the chorizo which was to die for. Also tried their French toast which was super pillowy, cinnamony and delicious. It's their soft opening, so their still getting some things figured out, but they were extremely attentive the restaurant itself looked really nice. Will be coming back for more soon. read more

Our entire experience was delightful! The food was obviously the reason we gave this place a try. Its true! It tastes like home The salsas on the huevos divorciados were delish, the pupusas mixtas were made perfectly flavorful and the breakfast burrito was sized just right! We also ordered the super mimosa (pog) and it has been by far, the best mimosa I have tried! A whole bottle of champagne was submerged into our glass and the fruit flavors complimented the alcohol creating a mesmerizing balance. The cherry on top had to be the amazing customer service!!! We were welcomed by the owners and staff and all of our needs met. Because we celebrated a bday, we enjoyed plátanos fritos on the house We are excited to come back with our next batch of friends!!!! read more

Went to the restroom and BOTH toilets were clogged. Several girls notified employees, but the majority of them passed by without helping. I accidentally spilled some of my water (that is my bad) at one point and the next table was so kind to offer me their napkins and helped me. We cleaned up as much as we could, but not a single employee helped at all. We also waited for a while after being finished and nobody brought our bill until we had to flag down ANOTHER server that wasn't even ours. We were never checked in on throughout the entire time. To make matters worse, a table of six was seated after us and received their full entrees while we were completely ignored. The Drink Mess: After 40 minutes, the server told me they were out of ingredients for my drink. When I picked a second option, she tried to insist I wanted a drink with celery (my most despised vegetable). We thankfully stopped her before it was made, but the incompetence was staggering. The Food Fiasco: An hour into our reservation, someone dropped off a scallop dish. A while later, a server asked if I'd "received the scallops yet," and I realized the plate I was eating wasn't even intended for our table. We were so starving that my husband and I just shared them. Once we finished, the server finally asked my husband if he "still wanted his meal or if he wanted to cancel it." I finally lost my cool - of course he still wanted his dinner! The Aftermath: My husband didn't realize that my friends had actually made a separate reservation to take me back to this same spot the following night for a second birthday celebration. After this performance, there was no way I was going to step foot in this building again or give them another cent of our money. I texted my friends from the table to cancel those reservations and book elsewhere. With service this disorganized and insulting, this restaurant won't be in business long. Super disappointing. Not because they were cooking it; they just forgot we were there and when they brought out the dishes, the scallops were no longer just-cooked, and the burger had been sitting for a bit. No apology, just an acknowledgment it was late, and no discount (not even on the stale bread). They offered us wine, we said we didn't drink, and they just moved on. I debated a lot about how to review this. It's my personal experience that was disappointing, and I'm glad some reviews are very upbeat. But there's a handful of reviews noting frustrating delays... and that needs to be worked on.

We started out with complimentary glasses of Prosecco and sparkling cider while we waited to be seated. There was a little delay in getting our table, but it wasn't really a problem because we were chatting and enjoying the drinks. Before we entered, they had a floral photo wall where we took a photo together to memorialize the experience. And when we sat at the table, they had placed a lovely Mother's Day card on the table signed by the staff. The decor at Be.Steak.A is modern and feels very upscale. I think the bathrooms say a lot about a restaurant's attention to detail, and the bathrooms at Be.Steak.A were elevated - essential oil infused salt scrub to wash your hands, bidets, etc. The brunch buffet is just as described - hot items and pastries in the kitchen (so cool), a caviar bar outside, a separate station for cold seafood, another station for fruit and charcuterie, and then assorted desserts on the bar. The food was excellent. We started with the caviar -- the options and accouterments were plentiful and delicious. The caviar bar was so fun and felt luxurious. This was one of the highlights of the whole experience for me. For the other seafood, we enjoyed oysters, shrimp, crab legs, and other little seafood dishes, which unfortunately weren't labeled, so we didn't always know what we were eating. My friend had some dietary restrictions she was concerned about, so that was a little frustrating for her. But my favorite bite of the entire day was one of those unmarked seafood dishes- I wish I could tell you what it was -I think it was possibly squid. But it was so fresh and flavorful. Yum! The hot food in the kitchen was a neat experience. They had skewers and prime rib and many other dishes to choose from. I kept coming back to the seafood skewers. We were a little bummed that the beef Wellington was just gone when we entered the kitchen. There was still about another hour and a half of brunch service left so that was a disappointment for us. They also had numerous pasties and this amazing bread pudding that I drizzled a Nutella sauce over and added some strawberries to. This was probably my third favorite bite of the day (after the little seafood dish and the caviar experience). I'd be remiss if I didn't give the truffled deviled eggs from the charcuterie area a shout out. These were so good we kept going back for more. The desserts were good but a number of them were a little dry, I have to say. Surprisingly, my favorite was a little passionfruit tart that had just the right amount of sweetness. I'm usually a chocolate kinda gal but there weren't that many chocolate options, I have to say. A few other things- our server was lovely and gave us a lay of the land to start. She made sure we had any drinks we wanted and plenty of extra silverware. While there just aren't as many touch points with a server at a buffet, the interactions we did have were very positive. And even though I was disappointed that they ran out of the Beef Wellington, I was so impressed with how they kept replenishing and refilling the other dishes right up to the end of the buffet. This was an incredible dining experience. I'd highly recommend this brunch buffet experience for special occasions. I'm looking forward to dining here for dinner in the not so distant future!

Key words "had to ask". I got the hot stone trio. She got the lobster risotto. We decided on indulging a little. While we were waiting I asked for a wine list... 5 minutes later I asked again different server finally got the list. No revisit. The food came. Still looking to order wine about 8-10 mins in a different bartender came in and asked, we ended up getting a bottle wine. The food: the hot stone trio, for $230, mediocre cuts of supposedly A5 Japanese wagyu. They were out of the Sanuki and said we'll substitute with an Oregon beef. Just not worth the money. The lobster was ok, the risotto was already cooled off, seemed like it was sitting. So for 2 of us with a $700 plus meal the service was not on par with other similar establishments. Combine that with food that was definitely not worth the $$$$, it is not a return for me. Including hosting business here. Not sure if they judged us cause we weren't all dressed up, due to just coming from the local movie theater or what, but service was not there, unfortunate.

The funguy pizza was also delicious! Super flavorful, so many different flavors stood out on it from the mushrooms, to the thyme and lemon. We also got their house made ranch and hot honey for the pizza, both of which added some great flavor. We didn't get drinks this time, but they did have a housemade clarified Limoncello we got to taste and it was fantastic.

It was okay, but $17 for a single-serve is a stretch, not exactly a wine lover's paradise. The food was a mixed bag. The pizza was definitely the star; you can tell it's made with love and not some big-box chain stuff. The salad was fresh, but the chicken was pretty bland. I didn't mind it, but my friend was not impressed. Between the wine and the lack of listening on his part, even with my coupon, the bill hit $71 for a pizza, a salad, and a tiny bottle of wine. He gave us the menu for dinner we wanted breakfast. Dan swapped out our menus, made a fresh pot of coffee he was exceptional. As we were ordering Dan gave us recommendations- and Dannnn I'm glad you did, everything you recommended was spot on and extremely delicious. Shout out to the chef. I had the country fried steak meal, with hash browns (they could have been seasoned more). I couldn't get the Belgium waffle, and Dan recommended the banana pancakes and these were the most delicious. The country fried steak had a perfect crunch, and tenderness flavors bursting absolutely loved it. My sister had the ribeye steak meal and the steak was tender, seasoned, very good. My husband ordered a side of French toast and he said that it was ****ing delicious, the best he had (he orders French toast with breakfast at diners and restaurants so this is should say a lot). Perfection well put. Overall experience, the cleanliness, decor, nostalgic feeling, food and service deserves more than 5 stars. Dan, we thank you for your service, recommendation, jokes and vibe. 10/10 recommend. We will come again.

I recently visited Mimosas Brunch & Bubbles for brunch with some friends, and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. Let's start with the positives: the drinks. The mimosas were indeed delicious, offering a refreshing burst of flavor with each sip. It's evident that they named their restaurant Mimosas Brunch & Bubbles. However, when it came to the food, I found it to be somewhat lacking. I ordered the chilaquiles with a side of hashbrowns. The chilaquiles were decent, but nothing exceptional. The flavors were okay, but I've had better elsewhere. Unfortunately, the hash browns were a disappointment. They were undercooked, lacking that crispy texture that makes hash browns so satisfying. On the bright side, the service was good. It's a small cute restaurant and inside is a bit tight, but they do have outside seating on a nice day. Unfortunately it was a gloomy day for us, so thank goodness we sat inside. Overall, the drinks were great so I would come back for that. I might try a different breakfast dish next time to see if it was just the plate I ordered or not. If you're in the mood for a tasty beverage and don't mind the possibility of a hit-or-miss meal, Mimosas Brunch & Bubbles might be worth a try. read more

Excellent service! Stopped by for a quick bite and really enjoyed the experience. The indoor space is quite cozy, with around nine tables, but they also offer outdoor seating. Their hours cater to brunch, but the team was kind enough to seat us at 2:45, which was much appreciated! The atmosphere was great, and our waiter Nathan was both attentive and accommodating, even joking about the number of creamers I added to my coffee. Plenty of parking is available in the back, and the overall vibe was perfect for a relaxed brunch outing. read more

We recently came here for brunch and had a wonderful time! The menu offers a variety of classic brunch options along with an extensive selection of drinks. We particularly enjoyed the huevos divorciados--the red sauce was delicious! The waffles were good, though pretty standard. I appreciated that they weren't overly sweet. The service was excellent, and we loved sipping on mimosas alongside our meal. This is a fantastic spot for a fun brunch with friends. They also take reservations, which is a huge plus! read more
