I have been getting my lashes done here since March. I waited to write this review and it is definitely overdue, but I can honestly say that I love this place! I usually get 5D/6D lashes in sexy style and get a refill every 3 weeks. I have been scheduled with a few different lash technicians and want to give my honest opinion on each one. Yusi has been assigned to me the most and has worked on my lashes a numerous amount of times. She is the absolute best and constantly checks up on any discomfort I may have. Out of all the technicians I've had, her customer service is the best and she communicates very well with me. Her energy is super friendly and definitely delivers the results I want. Love her work and she makes my lashes look amazing! I've also had Emma and Rebecca as well. Their quality of work is similar and fast! I love the efficiency and how relaxed I felt when they worked on me. Definitely recommend! I believe Angie is new because my appointment lasted longer than usual. Nevertheless, she was very patient to make sure I would be happy with the results and I felt very comfortable in her hands. Cherry was the worst experience I had. Right off the bat, her attitude didn't seem as welcoming as all the others. When removing some of my old outgrown lashes with tweezers, I felt a bunch of uncomfortable pinches that felt very forced, leading up to one big painful pinch that caused me discomfort. I felt very tense and could not relax after that. Throughout my whole appointment, she would rest her wrist and arm on my forehead and eye. There was pressure that caused my eyeball to feel as if it was being sunken in from the weight of her arms and it was just an unpleasant time. I don't like to be harsh and I do give people the benefit of the doubt, but my experience with her was just not enjoyable. I still want to give this place 5 stars though because all my other appointments have been wonderful and one bad encounter should not reflect badly on their business. Overall, I love this place and think that their prices are affordable and reasonable. All the workers are able to deliver your desired lash look, but the process and experience varies depending on who works on you. They also have a stamp card where you can earn $10 off your fifth and tenth visit. I will also note that it's pretty quiet and your lash technician won't really talk to you at all during your appointment. If you're the type to want to bond with your lash girl and be able to have conversations with, then this probably isn't the place for you. They don't really put in the effort to make a personal connection with you and will most likely not even remember your name. read more

Hands down this a great place to get your eyelash extensions.. I have been coming here for awhile now and they are so efficient.. and super fast!!! I can't stay still for a long time and have always hate hate how long it takes to get your lashes done, but here they are so fast and my lashes come out so beautiful!! Extremely happy from the results! I've gotten my eyelash extensions done previously (from another eyelash store) but took a break from it because my eyes were always irritated from them. But after getting them here, I learned that it wasn't my eyes but it was probably the glue that my old eyelash tech used. I'm very happy that I can have eyelash extensions without my eyes being irritated! The booking process was very fast, I just messaged through Yelp and got instant replies. When you enter the store, the staff is very nice and welcoming. I forgot the name of my eyelash tech but she was very nice and did a wonderful job. I had been looking for a new eyelash place for awhile as my old one was constantly booked and I grew less and less happy with the work there. I found Mini Beauty on a walk one day and when I tell you I'm so happy! I requested an appointment and was able to get booked the following day. Lynn was very accommodating via Yelp with setting my first tome appointment. When I arrived it was very cute and pink. A sweet ambience. Lynn and Yo-yo were very patient in guiding me through their different extension styles, and thoroughly explained how each would suit my face. I had many questions and they had even more answers. Yo-yo guided me through pictures until we finally settled on my choice. I got real mink extensions in intervals of short and long in the style of Elegant. Feny was my technician and she was so gentle. She showed me the length of what the lashes would be so I could choose how long I was comfortable with. She made sure I was comfortable and even got me warm water when my coughing struck. She took her time in making sure my eyelashes were fully dried so my eyes wouldn't burn. I am so unbelievably happy with the result! My lashes are so soft and natural looking. I am grateful to have found Mini Beauty and am planning on telling all my friends about this place! Had my lashes done by Sally. Initially (meaning right after and up until the next day) I was super excited about my new hybrid style lashes, which I was charged $80 for as a 1st time client. They were exactly what I had asked for and received compliments from all that saw me the rest of that day. My excitement quickly vanished however by the next day when already 5 lashes had fallen off! 5 and a couple others were already askew! And I was taking extra care of them. So disappointing. By 2 weeks time all the lashes had fallen off. Two weeks total. I've had my lashes done at several places previously, where I've paid anywhere from $60 - $300. I've never had lashes last shorter than 3-1/2 weeks and that was not often; it was more usually 4 - 5 weeks. Anyhow, so giving this place 2 stars as the cost to have to fills every 2 weeks ($60) or 3 weeks ($70) plus the time is definitely not worth it. Also, if you're looking for a nice, serene, salon type atmosphere to get your lashes done for an hour or so, this is not the place. This place is a "no frills" kind of place and each eyelash tech is separated by curtain so you hear everything going on around you. Not relaxing at all. read more

this is my 2nd time going here, and i seriously love this place. Lynn was very helpful and answered all my questions thru dm & in person. Jamie's my lash technician and she was the one who did my lashes when i went there a month ago too! The first time i got my lashes done here, i got worried since the extensions on my right eye started falling off for no reason and it looked so uneven compared to my left eye extensions. (by the 2nd week it was already uneven). But Finally after a month, i got it done again and they look so good! Im hoping they dont start falling out like crazy again.
