I ordered some screen printed shirts for my company and was told that the artwork needed to be…read moreredrawn in order to print it. I had used the same artwork for 4 years prior through another company that I wish was still around. $500 later I had the same exact logo as I had before but it was "Printable". (I later found out that I had been scammed, the image did not need to be redrawn but the colors needed to be redone on the screens which is a lot cheaper) I was promised the shirts would be done in 2 weeks. At two weeks I called to see if the shirts were done and was told that the price had changed and that I needed to OK the new price before they would print the shirts. Of course the price had gone up by quite a bit. A week later I received the shirts. The printing was OK but the price going up on the original contract left a bad taste in my mouth. The whole deal did not make me feel good as there was always a charge for this and charge for that throughout the transaction. Some of the charges changed between conversations and I felt like I had stepped in to a used car sales lot. I won't be using this company again.
