I left my feedback on my door Dash order. That it was cold when it arrived, and that when I ordered it at 5:30 PM it wasn't until 7:50 PM that someone picked it up to deliver. Seriously over two hours to make one pizza? But then I looked closer at the pizza and that is why I came onto yelp to further provide some feedback. The pizza wasn't even cut. This place takes over two hours to cook a pizza and they don't even have time to cut it? That's just sad. Go to the Mercer Island location instead. It's worth the drive because everything has always been phenomenal when I've been to that one. read more

**update: The manager reached out to me and offered apology. We gave them another shot (we avoided peak time on the weekend). The food was hot and did not disappoint! Ultimately I think they just get really busy, which is a good problem for a business. Definitely give them a try! Great food and it speaks volumes that the management cares when something goes wrong. We were so excited to try this place after reading the reviews, but sadly it fell short. We were there during a very busy time on Saturday night. We're really patient people, no issue with waiting, but you could tell the staff was bey overwhelmed with the volume of in house and to go orders. We watched our pizza come out of the oven, by the time it was delivered it was cold. No exaggeration, cold. The middle of the pizza had also sogged up a bit from sitting. The pizza was delicious. I can only imagine how much I would've been raving about this place had my food been warm. We might've sent it back, but by the time someone came to see how it was, we were hungry so had already eaten quite a bit. We may give them another shot, but would definitely avoid that peak dinner time on the weekend. read more

Been coming here for years. Ethan is my go to bartender! Staff is always friendly, warm, and welcoming. The food is my go to for pizza anywhere in Seattle, and especially when I am hosting friends or family from our of town. The melanzaie is a staple. Marcy the ASM has taken this local establishment from a place to somewhere that feels like a home. The GM Rachel is always a joy to bump into as she rotates through the Seattle locations checking in on stores and helping where it is needed. It truly feels like a home sometimes. read more

We've eaten at Mioposto many times over the years. For the last 3 years it's been take out. While the food is still good, the service is the pits. For the last 3 times we've ordered the food has been stone cold when we picked it up. Fine for salads, but not so good for pizzas. And curbside pick up? I called 5 or 6 times tonight and no one would pick up. Not a great experience no matter how you cut it. We'll take our business elsewhere after the latest episode. read more

Wow, a quaint wood fired pizza joint in the Bryant neighborhood by the University Village. I found a very charming decor with full bar to chill & enjoy a meal and maybe consume a cocktail or two. If table seating is not your thing there's a huge "L" shaped bar surrounding the prep space with at least 15 chairs to sit at. As you can imagine there lots of seating available and I've never had to wait for table service. Now I've consumed a few items all which were scrumptious. All left you seeking more. They operate wood fired oven that does most of the work. Everything from the succulent rib eye steak, my pizza I ordered and clams a appetizer. The clams really enjoyable and the chef really kept it simple yet enhanced this appetizers taste. The Caesar salad is very basic, but hey we all need some ruff-age. As for the pie you can build your own or choose from several designer pizzas. My choice was the Pinocchio which was a blend of olives, salami, fennel sausage & pepperoni all fresh ingredients. What really makes this pizza is the olive tapenade mix added to the flesh, the salts exploded onto my taste buds which really made me crave more Manny's beer from the Georgetown brewery that's on tap. Very refreshing pizza and a perfect ending to a warm summer day in The Emerald City. We had been here three times but only have actually eaten here twice. One time the wait was way too long and we left. The first time we came we had the lamb mint pesto pizza. We talked about this pizza months, it was the best! We came back and order the same pizza. When it arrived, not that we could see it! It's super dark inside the restaurant. It didn't look like the same pizza. It barely had the mint pesto. Instead of having chunks of lamb sausage it was like lamb dust. So disappointing! The oven baked chickpeas were dry and salty. The zucchini with very basic tomato sauce had chunks of undercooked zucchini and bland sauce. read more

Nice looking, urban feeling, upscale pizza spot on the corner of NE 55th, this is a good addition to the neighborhood. Mioposto features a wood fired oven and at lunch, the menu focuses on pizza with thin, chewy crusts, appetizers, sandwiches and salads. It was surprisingly busy for a Wednesday afternoon, with lots of families and kids and everyone tucking into individual woodfired pizzas. They make a tiny kids pizza (four slices) and we appreciate any neighborhood business making dining out easier for families. We had a large caesar salad with lemon wedges with a light dressing, mostly oil. There was a lot of garlic flavor in that dressing, but I could not make out any anchovy. Their pizza has a nice chewy crust, but the taste of the pizza was disappointing. We got the egg and pancetta, and found the hot calabrese pepper sauce overwhelmed all other flavors, and the ingredients were overcooked, spare (mostly overdone pancetta) and dry. Not something I would order twice. Still, that's a difficult pizza to get right. We did try again a few months later at HH, and had a better experience, which raised then from a 3 to closer to a four in my mind. We ordered an eggplant appetizer that was delicious, and is likely to be a regular order, and got an arugula and prosciutto pizza, the potato pizza (yum) and two small $4 margherita pizzas for the kiddos. Tasty. Beers and house wines are a good deal at HH, which is 4-6 pm. Many of my favorite pizza spots are on the other side of town and its nice to spend some time in the neighborhood come winter. So, I'll be back to try again, based on the nearby location come the chilly fall days. read more

Mioposto is one of our staple spots - we've been for every meal (brunch, lunch, happy hour, dinner) and always leave super satisfied. We usually have a hard time breaking away from their pizza because it is so good, but this time for lunch we split the Mama Mio pizza and it was delicious!! Lightly breaded chicken, and artichoke aioli was great. Their breakfast pizza is really amazing, though - we've gotten it all times of the day. I open the email they sent me about calling them when I arrive. I pulled into the 5min loading zone also says curbside pick up. I called talked with Wendy and she told me that is not an option I need to come in to get my stuff. I ended up staying in the curbside spot just up from them. I get my order and I tell Wendy about the spot I was in and she told me well that is only for those business. I wish they said on the website this was not an option or have called me to tell me that I will need to come in. My partner and I love this location for after work happy hour or a relaxing evening while watching sports. If you like in the Ravenna or Roosevelt area and are fortunate enough to have it in your hood, this is a great spot to walk to on the weekends for brunch or relax at the end of a long day. We don't live in the immediate area, but we always try to make a stop if business or errands take us over to U-District area. They are known for their traditional, wood-fired pizzas, but their salads are also very tasty, and you could also probably make a meal just out of their appetizers. During happy hour, personal pizzas are $7 and house wine is $5. Atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly. It's a small joint, so you do have to get here before 6 pm on a weekday if you want to avoid a significant wait during the dinner rush. read more

Cute little neighborhood restaurant by U-Village. I've ordered from this location twice for lunch and have enjoyed both meals immensely. They have a great lunch special where you choose one pizza and a side salad for $13. Pretty great deal if you ask me. This last time I ordered I went with the Pepperoni Puntura and side roasted beet salad. The pizza has pepperoni, salami, mozzarella, shaved grana, chili flakes, and a drizzle of floral honey. It was so good! The drizzle of honey offset the spiciness of the chili flakes. The beet salad was delicious as well, but I wasn't able to enjoy most of it as it had nuts in it and I need to avoid them for the time being. I would definitely love to eat at restaurant one of these days. The menu has so many items I'd like to try so I have to check them out soon! read more

I have been to this Mioposto restaurant multiple times with my partner. Unfortunately 50-65% of the time the service is horrible. I like the restaurant, the food is great and we love the different pizzas they offer. On December 24, 2022 we went around 1pm to have pizza. We asked if we could have a particular empty table and the waitress named Wenet (per my receipt) a mature women snapped at us and said NO. The bartender was gracious enough to set the table and allows us eat there. When it was time to order Wendy was once again rude, I did mention to her she shouldn't be rude to customers and have such a negative attitude. She just wanted to win an argument and win. I felt the need to post this as this has not been the first time staff has been very rude at this restaurant and management you really speak with the waiters and waitresses about it. read more
