Great vibes, amazing drinks, salads and pizza !! Perfect for a date night or a friends night out ‍ Con: has nothing to do with the place but parking was a bit tough to find so I'd plan ahead

Intimate, nice vibe, friendly staff. Brick walls and large bay windows. It was fairly busy. We ended up sitting at the bar. It can get loud, so if you're on a date you may have to lean in. I had the Pepperoni Puntera. The taste was spot on. Thin crust. A bit floppy so it's best to fold your slice. The ends were nice and spongy. I ate the entire thing which was not the plan. My date had the Beet salad which was a favorite of hers. A mix of families and single folks. Would definitely come back.

stopped by after taking a yoga class next door. the pizza had a great flavor with really thin crust. the only downside is I couldn't really taste the honey. did not expect the eggplant dish to be served cold and I think it mightve tasted better warmed up but the bread that came with it was so fluffy and had a perfect crust to it. ambiance was very clean and felt upscale. service could have been a little faster

Oh my god.. this palace deserves recommend. The floor staff and sirvers and chefs are exquisite. Ron Biz Evan and Carols from scratch to plate dish up delicacies. This palace is superb. Stop in tip well. And show some love and exchange kind words here. Came highly recommended from lifetime residents.

Come here for the perfect slice with amazing crust - we got the seasonal pie with fresh peaches and burrata, which was easily a crowd favorite. The meatballs also were sooo good! The vibe inside is small but good lighting and nice ambiance. They don't take reservations but the great thing is you can join the online queue before even getting there.

A sunny Sunday brunch shakshuka in a cast iron skillet

Delicious food, beautiful views of a quiet street in seattle outside their big windows, and timely service for a lovely girl's day brunch! 21$ for a pizza & ceasar salad combo! The shakshuka I ordered had chickpeas and basil, giving the whole dish a refreshing flavor! My friends all ordered a variety of their brunch menu items including: Stromboli - well baked with a nice cheesy interior, served sliced in half for you and a good personal portion size Bacon and eggs breakfast pizza - 8" plate sized, thin crust, indulgent comforting flavors Arenciata - a sweet bready dish with glazed apples and a nice cup of syrup to drench your bites in Carne panini - grilled really well with cheese, tomatoes and a green, and perfectly sized if you are not a big eater. This was by far the friendliest size of dish to finish, as everything else was humogo, we left happily stuffed. Our server was friendly and accommodating, which made everything better. We happily try their other locations because this was an amazing, relaxing brunch experience

I really wanted to love this place. Decent pizza, good food. Pretty good brunch and happy hour menus! But the service was terrible, which really ruined the experience. After being sat down, it took awhile to be greeted and to get waters. Our waitress walked past our table and even made eye contact; however, didn't even say hi, say "sorry, I'll be right with you guys", or anything at all...just walked right past us. Even after that, we still waited for awhile to be acknowledged. It wasn't even that busy. We were at the point, we wanted to walk out...but we stayed because we were hungry. Not even a "sorry" for waiting from our waitress. We eventually ordered and got our food, it was okay. But the terrible service left a bad taste in our mouths

Delicious pizzas! Sit at the bar area and watch the pizzas get freshly made. It was cool to watch them make each pizza. Come during happy hour and order everything on their HH menu! Everything we ordered was a hit. It was a busy Saturday evening, but our server was very attentive. Our food came out fairly quickly considering how busy they were. Ton of non-stop togo pizza orders were flying off the kitchen counter while we were there, if that gives you any indication of how popular they are.

Great food and service. A neighborhood favorite. I really like their various wood fired pizza options and salads too. Definitely returning soon.

Went here for happy hour on a Monday, we were the first people there at 3:20 and when we left people were trickling in. The place is super nice, we sat in the corner which has nice corner windows to people watch. Service was super nice, very attentive. We accidentally dropped some cutlery on the floor and they noticed right away and gave us another pair without us asking. The food was also solid. 11-13 dollars for a good 8in personal pizza. Probs wouldn't go out of my way again but if someone asked to go there I'd be happy to go. Overall I feel like it's a 3.7. Clams - 4/10. 6/10 for the taste but for the price it's 4/10, we got 10 clams for 12 dollars Pinocchio - 5, greasy and salty Margherita - 7, nothing stand out. I feel like you know when you've had a good margherita pizza and this was just alright Mushroom - 7.5, pretty good, caramelized onions were good on this

A very cute spot for a romantic date night! It's primarily dim and lit with candles and when it's darker outside it's very cute :) The antipasti, pizzas, and tiramisu were all great, but not outstanding. Of all the dishes, i recommend the antipasti the most, especially if sharing! Service was friendly :)

Great happy hour deals for a romantic Italian date night. Loved the mussels and the soft, warm bread and the Hemingway daiquiri. The personal pizzas were a great deal and we loved the pillowy dough of the Marguerite and balsamic pizzas. No reservations and it fills up fast, so try to arrive before 5!

Tiramisu after the first few delicious bites. So good!
    Kit R.

Food was really good, and the food came out fast! The ambiance was great too, really pretty place. A good place for a date. Meatballs were delicious, their sauce was so good! The meatballs tasted like they used good meat so they didn't have to put any fillers in. Yum. The pizza was good, interesting flavors. We also got the Caesar salad, it was good but pretty standard. The tiramisu was one of the best I've had. I've tried tiramisu at many different restaurants, and few I'd go back for. I'd totally go back for the meatballs & tiramisu :)

The pizza was the perfect size for two people and generously loaded with toppings--every bite had a great balance of flavors and ingredients. The crust was just right as well: not too thick, not too thin, and baked to perfection. We also ordered a few drinks. This was an interesting combination of stuff. The focaccia bread was solid. It wasn't really crispy at all, but it did have solid air to it. The brie was good, but the apple slices were a little confusing. Dipping each of the elements in honey resulted in something solid overall though. Next came the main pizza - a chicken and bacon version. I did not like this that much. The chicken and bacon on top were fine, but what tasted odd was the sauce and the crust. The ricotta garlic sauce just didn't quite taste right. The cornicone was also super chewy and hard to eat. I would call this pizza consumable, but not enjoyable. The good thing is I would say the pizza is enough for two people. The total ended up at roughly 28 per person at the end, which with the appetizer isn't terrible. Overall, I would rather go to a lot of other places for pizza. 6/10

The employee who eventually helped me was nice, but the overall experience still didn't feel welcoming or attentive. Over several visits, the service has just not matched the quality of the food. In this economy, it's truly a blessing for businesses to still have loyal customers coming through the door and wanting to support local spots. At the very least, customers should feel welcomed, appreciated, and taken care of when they walk in. They are the nicest people ever! So friendly and accommodating and always smiling. Their pride in their restaurant really shows in their care of the food and customers. I had the infamous meatball sandwich and my wife had the chicken carbonara. They gave us each a slice of their pizza for free as they had a bit extra from one that just came out of the oven. The food was prepared in front of you which is always interesting to watch and the charming brick pizza oven was directly in front of us so we could watch that process as well. Pretty cool. There are a wide variety of pizzas and pastas, desserts and drinks (alcohol too!) available on the menu. We ate at at the bar and had a wonderful conversation with the owners as they bustled about in the open cooking area. I enjoyed my meatball sandwich which had great crunchy crusty bread that held in the contents of melted cheese, red sauce and meatballs. A great choice to get when there. My wife liked her chicken carbonara and as the portion was pretty large, we were able to take some home for later. Extra yummy for me (ha ha)! The complimentary pizza slices were a hit for us as well. Napoli style with thin crust and flavorful toppings. We found out that Goli created the restaurant's design with the face of a woman that looks a lot like Venus in "The Birth of Venus" painting by Botticelli in the Uffizi Gallery in Florence Italy (just sayin'). There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. I got a slice of Italian supreme, which has everything. Now looking back though I wish I had gotten one of their Turkish dishes as I would have liked to try their lahmacun and read another Yelpers review and this place is supposed to have the best Turkish lahmacun in the US. Oh well, I guess I will be back! The woman heated up my slice and after a few minutes, it was ready. I took my slice and went to sit outside near Pioneer Square so I could be outside and people watch. Pizza was tasty and solid, but the crust was too dry. I have a feeling the slice wasnt the most fresh, so thats why the crust was a bit dry. But, if you know me, I do jot like soggy pizza (I mean - who does??), so a bit drier isn't too big an issue. The rest of the slice was good. Slice of pizza and a diet coke came to close to $9. Gosh things are so expensive now. They do have a special of 2 slices for $8.99 but I couldnt eat two slices. Unfortunately, the experience is consistently dampened by one of weekend bartenders. As others have mentioned, it's that taller bartender (Alex?) who repeatedly comes across as arrogant and dismissive to us; a less than desirable character trait for a bartender. It's such a pity because that is the sole reason we now lead our groups to spend their money and patronize other establishments instead. Recently we did give Diller another try, but sadly it's the same story and thus this feedback. Hospitality makes a HUGE difference. Bartending isn't just about making a good drink and expecting tips. As someone who tended bar all over Seattle for 23 years, I know how much energy and attitude shape a guest's night. When the service feels cold and passive-aggressively rude, it's hard to feel good about the experience. It's disappointing, because this place has so much potential. Hopefully management considers bringing in weekend staff whose personalities reflect the warmth and atmosphere the space deserves, there are plenty of more qualified bartenders in Seattle that would gladly fill their spot.
