Husband found this place, raving about their waffles. Small spot. All menu items served "to go" and minimal seating. You order at the counter. Lot's of specialty menu items. Waffle options combination of sweet and savory. At the end of the day, coffee was good, waffle was good, but not sure i would make the trip to partake again.

    Peach cobbler waffle

Tried their peach cobbler waffle and the waffle itself was delicious and perfectly crispy on the edges. It definitely tasted like a peach cobbler with the toppings but I found it a bit too sweet for me. Regardless I think this is a must stop for a unique dessert in Savannah.

I've wanted to visit this quaint little cafe, across from gorgeous Cathedral Basilica of St. John's the Baptist, for quite sometime now. This might be a new favorite, and I look forward to eating my way through their waffle menu! The mid morning line was long which allowed me time to get familiar with their menu! The employee working the order counter was super helpful! You'll order at the counter, they'll call your name for order counter pick up, and you find a spot to dine inside or at the limited outside seating. My Lemon Zinger waffle was sooooo yummy! This Lemon Lavender Curd Crème with house made raspberry & cardamom jam was tart, not too sweet and wonderful. The Belgian style waffle had lovely bits of crunch from the sugar. I can't wait to return!

I wish I could live in this shop! It's a converted old house with the decor I could only wish for! The seating area is small, but very cozy. I had an iced fall spice latte and the tacchino panini and I still think about it. My friend had the apple waffles and I wish i had room in my stomach for that too. Absolutely delicious.

Nice little coffee shop across the street from St. John's Cathedral and luckily, right by our hotel. I ordered the iced Matcha and my sister got a caramel latte alongside two breakfast sammies. Standard matcha, but the latte was exceptionally smooth with beautifully steamed milk. The sammies were also good, but I'd suggest asking to remove the tomato harissa jam. Too much! It overwhelmed the savory components.

Such a great little cafe! I was visiting Savannah and Mirabelle was close to my hotel. I stopped by for breakfast which was delicious! The waffles were fresh and flavorful. I enjoyed the one topped with ricotta and jam and my husband loved the peach cobbler waffle. The cafe is a bit awkwardly situated with the coffee station in the hallway which made it difficult to maneuver around a corner while others were carrying open cups of hot coffee. Another room had a few tables where we enjoyed our breakfast with nice views of the cathedral across the street

Had an amazing peach waffle and my husband had a breakfast sandwich. Great location as well

We came here for breakfast on our last day and shared a breakfast Sammie and both got a waffle. I'll have to be honest I thought they would be better, I have made many waffles for my family with Belgian sugar pearls which are much hardier and would hold up to toppings better than these waffles. The topping kind of melted away the waffle. Matt really liked the breakfast Sammie but I wasn't a huge fan. I like the coffee cups a lot those are super cute!

Classic waffles and lemon zest waffles.

Do you know what you need after walking around in sweltering heat? Waffles (and maybe paninis). But definitely waffles. The lemon zest waffles are to die for.

Hands down best drink here is the salted mocha. No GF options but their waffles looked fun for kids! LOVELY location but often flooded with tourist due to location so not a good spot to work from.

I really liked the waffles here! $22 with tip for the lemon zinger waffle, a side of bacon, and a small hot vanilla latte. Crazy crowded on a Sunday late morning but the staff were lovely and gave good approximate timeframes when ordering to help manage the flow.

Beautiful setting and fantastic food and coffee! It was busy when we arrived, but it didn't take long to get a table and our coffee. My friend got the cereal milk coffee and loved it. I got regular drip coffee. She got the croque monsieur and I got the breakfast Sammie and a waffle. Every bite was so delicious! Can't wait to go back next time I'm in town.

Great waffles. I tried the basic sugar waffles. Service was fast. The place was neat. Located right opposite the church.

The online menu photos looked incredible (though I still side-eye those famous PB&J wings--maybe next time!). We chose the Treylor Park Double Wide Diner for breakfast and were thrilled we did. Pro tip: Head there early on a Sunday morning! Alcohol can't be served until after 11 a.m., so the place is surprisingly quiet and easy to get into--no crowds or long waits. We were seated right away, and our server was incredibly friendly and attentive from start to finish. My husband went for The Chupacabra--a massive chimichanga-style breakfast burrito stuffed with eggs, sausage, onions, cheddar cheese, fresh pico de gallo, Sriracha, and chipotle crème fraîche, served with cheesy grits on the side. I ordered the Brunch Nachos, which sounded fun as an "appetizer"... big mistake (or the best kind of mistake!). It was a towering plate of waffle fries loaded with cheddar cheese, bacon, sausage gravy, fried chicken, and topped with sunny-side-up eggs. Both portions were enormous and absolutely delicious--we had to pace ourselves to make a dent in them! Everything tasted fantastic, with bold flavors and that perfect Southern comfort twist Treylor Park is known for. We're already planning to stop by again whenever we're near one of their locations--highly recommend for a fun, hearty breakfast!

I ordered the footlong hot dog, and it was one of the most unique hot dogs I've ever had. Instead of serving it on one bun, they split it across two buns with different toppings on each half. One side was topped with sloppy joe, while the other had chili and relish. It was a fun idea that let you enjoy two different flavor combinations in one meal. It also came with a generous portion of crispy waffle fries, which were excellent. Everyone at our table enjoyed their food, and the prices were very reasonable, fitting the casual diner vibe. My only real criticism was the speed of service. There were only three occupied tables when we visited, yet it took about 35 minutes for the first plate to arrive. The last person at our table didn't receive their meal until nearly 45 minutes after we ordered, which seemed unusually slow for how quiet the restaurant was. The other thing worth mentioning is that the menu varies quite a bit between locations. This restaurant's menu is heavily focused on breakfast. While the food itself was good, it would be nice if the menus were more consistent across locations. Having to research which location serves which items takes away from the convenience of a unified brand. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and would definitely return for a quick lunch. The food was tasty, reasonably priced, and the creative footlong hot dog alone is worth trying.

Outside: biblical rainfall, no parking anywhere because it's Memorial Day weekend, and me running on fumes after a 30-hour round trip drive dropping my kids off with their father. I genuinely looked out that window and thought, "Well... this is how villains are created." Inside: salvation. I ordered the Eggstreme Biscuits & Gravy with spicy sausage gravy and added bacon for $2.99 because I trust my sister's decisions when it matters most. The bacon is NOT optional. I repeat: if you skip the bacon, that is between you and God (and she's gonna be pissed). The biscuit was soft enough to heal emotional damage and sturdy enough not to piss me off by crumbling as I devoured it. The gravy had just enough spice to wake me up spiritually. And the eggs sitting on top like they personally paid rent there? Incredible. Then came the lattes. The iced churro latte was so good I immediately got protective over it. The hot vanilla maple latte somehow tasted like a cozy fall morning and a stable mental state. I kept alternating between them like I was conducting a scientific experiment in happiness. Yes, the line was long. Yes, parking downtown Savannah took approximately seventeen business years. But one bite into this meal and suddenly I understood why every single person in there looked willing to fight for a table. 10/10. Maple Street didn't just feed me -- they restored my will to participate in society.

Seating downstairs is limited. There is a cute little nook tucked on the side that has windows so you can "people watch" as you eat. There is an elevator available to go upstairs. As an FYI, you can't get back in by using the same door used to get to it. You have to go outside and come back in through the main entrance. We ordered the bacon tacos and an iced cinnamon biscuit. The bacon tacos were delicious! Definitely recommend those! Meh on the iced cinnamon biscuit. Maybe if they served it warm, it would have been better. It was hard to cut with the plastic knife and fork.

On this visit, we sat outside, and while the outdoor seating does expose you to nature and some insects, the restaurant does fan the area well, even offering table top fans to keep the flies away. The entree I ordered was overall decent, a crab cake Benedict with a side salad - I'm confident if I lived in the area I would find a standard go-to order that would be even better. It was accompanied by a Savannah banana iced coffee which truly hit the spot on a warm day. While the restaurant does have its own parking lot, it does appear to fill up quickly - there's plenty of paid parking available around the park, and for our purposes it gave us a good reason to walk around the park before our meal, and again to walk off our lunch afterwards. Pricing is reasonable at about $25 per person, obviously it can get much pricier depending on whether you're just stopping in or you're making a longer experience of your visit. I would highly recommend this restaurant, more so for the experience than the food alone.. but the food is pretty good too.
