Now let's talk about the Giant pharmacy. A prescription was called in overnight by the local emergency room. Anti-biotic that must be started immediately. I call my daughter, who says "is it that older white lady...she sucks...all she does is talk and take her time.". So, this lady's horrible attitude is consistent. I go back 45 minutes later. Still not ready. I clearly vocalize my displeasure and she says "well, now you're at our mercy and you're gonna just have to wait until she's (referring to other pharmacy lady) bagging it." The nasty lady then clearly moves slowly and just starts a conversation with the other lady. I call the store on my cell and store manager "Andrew" shows up and just stands there and says "it looks like they're getting ready." Now nasty lady goes off on me, lecturing about their hours, how busy they are, blah blah blah. I don't care, just get the pills. Then she lies and tells the manager "I told him that the pharmacist must review the count." So...yes, I'll still shop there for sale items only. No...never using their incompetence, indifferent, lazy pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and just real pharmacies. The overall indifferent and lazy climate displayed by the employees is a clear indicator of inept management, starting with store manager Andrew.
