I had really high hopes for this business, but unfortunately, the final product was not the best. They reinstalled some pavers on my walkway and there is a depression right near the bottom step. They also installed some of the bricks upside down and the color is washed out on those bricks and they stand out like a sore thumb. Back in November, Daniel said he would come back after Thanksgiving and fix the problem. I didn't hear from him and reached out to him several times with no response. I finally connected with him in late January and he was dismissive and said everything was installed to code. He said he would come by and take a look but there would be an additional charge for the work. I questioned if it was additional work, or if it was fixing a depression that they created in the walkway. He has since ghosted me. Looks like this business has some very good reviews. Maybe they are good with traditional landscaping, but I cannot recommend them for pavers. read more

Daniel was great to work with. In San Diego it can be challenging to find a person in the landscaping industry who speaks English and does the work. I'm not being racist. I'm just used to Spanish speaking help not being able to communicate and that language barrier creates confusion. With Daniel that was eliminated. He came and gave me a price which was better than the competition. He was attentive and put in the extra effort to get what I needed done the way I asked him to. I certainly plan to use Daniel again and I'm relieved to know I have someone I can trust who is reliable, honest, and a heck of a hard worker much more so than many landscapers in the past. i called mishek property services last week to obtain an estimate/bid on a landscape and maintenance project for my home. i called the number on 'yelp' and the phone was answered with a 'hello'. first red flag. i am firm in belief one should answer the phone with their company name and their name. professional is what i was looking for. daniel seemed so delightful and chipper on the phone and i wanted to give him the opportunity to present himself. daniel and i settled on a day/time for a visit. he showed up looking (IMO) too casual and sloppy. second red flag. it was mentioned that he had just begun his own business a bit ago. then PRESENTATION and REPRESENT. what one puts out there is impressionable. and, one doesn't have a second chance to make a first impression. i will not be hiring daniel. i really wanted to give this new beginner a chance. he promised an estimate/bid by the end of the week. it hasn't come. third red flag. i will not be hiring daniel, unfortunately. read more
