Great flavor and restraunts seems clean. One of the better bowls of pho that I've had in dfw. Unfortunately the combination pho didn't have tripe or tendon.

Miss Saigon must have sold again, the Pho is now made with fettuccine noodles the broth is bland!

I came here on my lunch break and was super satisfied! The service was quick, portions were ample, and the food was delicious. The vibe was really casual, this is a great place to come for a chill dinner or a solo lunch like me :) Adding the egg roll was a $1 charge which is a good deal compared to ordering the egg rolls on their own, but there's more than enough food even without adding it.

Miss Saigon Cafe in Hurst is a fantastic place to enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine. I ordered the spicy noodle soup, and it was absolutely delicious--full of bold flavors, perfectly balanced spices, and fresh ingredients. It's comforting, hearty, and satisfying. What really stood out, besides the amazing food, was the exceptional customer service. The staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, making the dining experience even better. They take the time to ensure every guest feels taken care of. Whether you're a fan of Vietnamese food or trying it for the first time, I highly recommend Miss Saigon Cafe. I'll definitely be back!

Came with a friend to eat at Miss Saigon's Cafe I have to admit for a first time it was really nice. Good ambiance, clean, friendly service. The food was good, very tasty and really well spiced you can tell they know what they're doing. Now I would give it 4.5 stars the only down side was the pork banh mi doesn't come with a side you have to pay separate if you want one. Other than that I'd say to give it a try I'd definitely come back and before I forget price wise $$$ it's not cheap though it's not what you would say outrageous so it's alright and worth it.

I've been coming here for years and it gets better every time I'm here. Today was no different. Starting with the hot ginger tea, because it hugs my soul even though it is still ridiculously hot outside. There was ample ginger, abundant cinnamon and sweetness that I can only assume came from a drop of honey someone thoughtfully added to my tea. It is almost like they know me. And: They keep the air on high in here so hot tea is no sweat, haha, pardon the pun. Moving on to the salmon spring rolls, lord bless us all these were the best prong rolls I've ever tasted. I'm trying to stick with swimming proteins and they are sure making it easy. The fresh cucumber pairs so well with the perfectly cooked salmon I at the whole plate, by myself. Not ashamed. That brings us to the seafood pho. I wish I had the attention span to go into detail about how good this soup is but I'm not done eating it yet, so you'll just have to come check it out for yourself. The staff are also amazing. Better than the food, even. I come here when I need to reset my frequency. And it works so very well. Exquisite. Everything. Every time.

They have tvs with closed caption and a screen with photos of the dishes they serve! I likey!!!! I went for the fried pork belly! It was crunchy, chewy and delicious, served atop daecon. The dipping sauce was perfect! Well, until I added too much chili paste but she gladly brought me a new one to redeem myself. Next I went with the Vermicelli with pork, shrimp and egg roll! I quickly dove in to this bright and fresh dish! Wow! Wow! And another wow! I added the fish sauce to my dipping sauce and poured over my bowl and it was perfect! I had to take a break midway through. I was able to finish about 3/4 of the dish! It was beautiful and a pleasant surprise. Will definitely try other dishes on my next visit. I ended up putting some of it on my vermicelli plate. The sauce that came with the grilled pork had just a tad too much fish sauce in it for my taste but that might just be me. It didn't take very long to get my order. Maybe 25 minutes which seems standard. I got my food to go but the inside of the place is really nice. Next time I think I will eat inside because the vibe was so cool.

It was a pretty cold night and the restaurant was packed. What I liked about My Lan Vietnamese Kitchen was the brightness and the open concept they adopt, not to mention all the employees were very helpful and friendly. Almost all tables were occupied by people of different cultures, assuring me that the food served here is very likable and enjoyed by many people. The menu was varied and the price is very reasonable. When I ordered the combination pho, apparently it comes with a rib, a bone with full of meat, which was only available when you dine-in. I loved it. I will definitely come back to My Lan Vietnamese Kitchen whenever I am close by.

I do wish the spring rolls used non-shredded lettuce and had some other vegetables like carrots in them. I did enjoy the peanut sauce a lot though. The banh mi was massive and the mayo sauce used with the pickled carrots was excellent. There was a good amount of tofu in it. The tofu itself would have been better if it was finished off with some kind of sauce. I also wish they had a vegetarian broth option for pho since their pho seemed very popular. Service was good and ambience is nice.

The bowl arrived promptly on a metal tray with one soup broth spoon (nothing else). I asked for toppings and a fork, was told to get it myself from the table next to the cashier. I proceeded to get my fork, Sriracha and lime (no jalapeños for me). This table was missing Vietnamese Basil, fresh mint, or cilantro, something all other Vietnamese restaurants serve with Pho. I did find bean sprouts at the bottom of the bowl, cooked (not crunchy like we ate all used to). So this was a weird pho bowl, it wasn't pricey ($11 dollars), but it lacked meat or flavor. The other negative, good limes mixed with spoiled limes.

While we waited inside though, it was so hot and they just had the ceiling fans on. I'm glad we chose take out. My vermicelli was actually pretty good. One of the best I've had after pouring the sauce on top. It tasted fresh and was filling even though the portion is smaller than what I'm used to, but then again it was only $11, which wasn't bad. My bf enjoyed his pho and had me taste the broth, which was very flavorful. The spring rolls with the peanut sauce was a great addition to our meal, so I suggest getting that. Overall the experience was good.

Unfortunately, with this meal, I refused to let this slip by. I pass this place often, and with the Anime store being next door, I thought I'd try both places since they were next to one another. White Chocolate Matcha: This was very good, to be honest, this was the only thing that turned out right. The white chocolate didn't weigh it down with too much sweetness, which was a plus. There was a great balance of the two. I will definitely get a matcha boba from them again. Grilled Shrimp Spring Rolls: Horrible. The shrimp were significantly overcooked; they were not edible. There was no way that someone who calls themselves a chef, would have allowed that to be plated. If anything, the shrimp should have gone into the trash. So, unacceptable. Shrimp Flat Noodle Stir-Fry: Another blunder, the shrimp were the same. Not edible, and the sauce was like soup; it was very loose and lacked flavor. I couldn't let this go by without being acknowledged by their management; they need to know what's coming out of their kitchen, not all will speak up. Management: Henry, the manager, was exceptional; I don't want that to be missed. When I called to speak with a manager, the information was given to him, including the purchase receipt they had on file. With me not being there to show him the food, I thought that was going to be an issue. If needed, I would have been more than happy to head back with the food. I explained to him the condition of the shrimp in the rolls and entree, and he offered a refund or to remake the items. I wanted to pay for what was made well, but he refunded the whole order. That was kind of him, and I hope, after speaking with me, he spoke to the chef about our call. They have great boba, but I don't trust the other foods enough to suggest more than that. Based on the reviews, they do have things to be enjoyed, but I don't think I'll get anything else from them outside of the boba/smoothie. The takeout area was clean and offered seating while you waited for your food.
