A thousand times yes. My favorite local place - always a great spot for dinner with friends. It tends to get crazy crowded, resulting in 5 or 6 people getting stuck at tables for 4, and the "10 minute wait" can turn into 45 if the brunch crowd isn't clearing out as expected. But the food - ugh it is AMAZING. And the decor - YES. Their New Year's deal was a great option, and it's always an awesome spot to grab a few margs with the girls. read more

Came here with a group of 5 people. We ordered a round of drinks and appetizers AFTER which we were told "the kitchen is alittle backed up" about 5-10 min later, (still no drinks of appetizers) we were asked to put in our dinner orders. 10-15 min after that, we FINALLY got our drinks and appetizers. Another hour went by and we still hadnt gotten our mains. The table next to us (which were seated after our group) had drinks, appetizers, and their main course, paid their bill, and left. Meanwhile, we still didnt have our dinner. We asked to speak to a manager, who said all he could do was say sorry. At this point, it was already 1hr and 20 min since we put in our dinner order. We were told we still had many other orders in front of our own. So, we asked for the current bill of what he had gotten so far and we left. The only upside was that they only charged us for our drinks and comp'd the appetizers. Def wont be going here again. read more

Went here on a saturday night with a reservation for 8. Food was good but it was SO LOUD. That's partially my fault for deciding this would be an appropriate place for a relatively calm and relaxing saturday night dinner but it has more of a party atmosphere. More bar/restaurant hybrid than anything. To their credit, we did ask them to turn the music down a tad in the back room and they did. Just a tad overwhelming if you're looking for a relaxing dinner. read more

Honestly best experience I've had at a Mexican restaurant , yet alone any restaurant in the longest time. I am "gluten, dairy,everything delicious free" and Miti Miti excited me and my taste buds. I've probably tried all the Brussels sprouts in NYC and these are by far the best. Lobster guac is on point as well as the octopus. They even provide taro chips for the guac if that's something you're into. I personally had the guava margarita and my best friend had the Lycheee mojito...both equally excellent. She had tacos and everything together was relatively cheap (40 each.) can't wait to go back! read more

the food and vibes are always amazing at Miti Miti, but the host provided the worst experience i've ever had at a restaurant, ever. i came to meet two friends, one was joining us much later as she had to get off of work and he refused to seat us until the entire party was here. i have never had to wait for a table at Miti Miti ever. my friend let him know it was ramadan and she had to break her fast and he still refused to sit us so we can get started with our meal. i hope management hires a new host because i am not coming back if Christian is at the door. THEN when my final friend arrived he refused to move us, and said he could only sit us outside.. OUTSIDE on a cold winter day.. my server immediately found us a table to move to.. i'm not sure what vendetta Christian had against us but I hope management figures this issue out. read more

I went to brunch here with a very large group of people and I was extremely unhappy with everything!! (it may be different for smaller groups or tables). We had a party of about 17 people. The bill was VERY VERY expensive for basically no appetizers, no dessert, and no liquor in the drinks! People at the table were asking for more appetizers and we were told there is only a certain amount allotted per group and that is it. The food was nowhere near enough. Then, after arguing with the waitstaff who originally told us we could not keep ordering drinks, they kept the drinks coming. Well...when you had about 6 margaritas and you are STONE SOBER, there is your answer. The entree itself was good, but everything else made for a bad experience considering how much they charged for the party which was welllllllll over one thousand bucks. read more

Found Miti Miti through their yelp ad, when looking for somewhere to eat after a concert in Prospect Park. The decor is colorful and vibrant, and the place was built out nicely. We were seated quickly and started making our menu choices. We opted for the octopus salad appetizer, and some coconut pineapple chicken wings. My first impression of the dishes were that they missed the mark with regards to authentic Mexican flavors. But the more that I ate, the happier I was with the meal. It no longer mattered to me whether or not The recipes were done by the book, because the favors were very nice. And if they want to put a little Caribbean twist on Mexican dishes well why not? The service was also friendly and attentive, and our server Chris went the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied. My only regret was that we could not take advantage of their cocktails, as we had already had too many before arriving, and had to drive home afterwards. We also enjoyed the music, as well as the amazing cheesecake Taquito dessert which was called Xango. Highly recommend this place for solid food and service, and a good time! read more

I went here for brunch on a Sunday with a friend, expecting it to be packed but we were pleasantly surprised to be able to get seats right away at the bar. Our bartender and server Ernesto was very attentive, friendly, and helpful, and made the most delicious jalapeño mimosas, customized to our taste. The chilaquiles with roja sauce was fantastic. Recently decided to come here for their bottomless brunch for my birthday. Almost everything was absolutely perfect! Our waitress was awesome! She kept the drinks coming and was patient with or large group. I didn't have my entire party of 14 but the still sat us and I really appreciated that. The food was delicious however the people who ordered the steak and eggs did say that the steak was on the smaller size. The chocolate lava cake they brought out, to sing happy birthday, was SO GOOD!! And the churros were good but they came with a dulce de leche sauce that was so good we were dipping our fingers into it lol!! The one part that bothered me was that the time limit of the bottomless portion stopped from when the first person ordered drinks. That wasn't stated until the the last five minutes and I had two girls come super late and only had one drink at that point. HOWEVER, our waitress recognized that and gave them two drinks each and that made it all worth it. The workers were telling me happy birthday throughout the day. The food here is really good, but don't order delivery. You may never get your order. Twice now it has taken over 2 hours to get my food when the estimate was 40 minutes. This time, I'm still waiting after calling the restaurant twice and being told my order was already out for delivery. If you don't have the infrastructure to offer timely deliveries, don't offer delivery. I won't make this mistake again. read more

My order was incorrect, I ordered the fruity pebbles pancake and it was missing the fruits and raspberry sauce) and when i asked the server she told me I was wrong the order was correct. I came to brunch with a friend of mine. My supervisor was raving about the place and their Lavender Mimosas. To be frank, I wasn't that impressed. The ambiance is super fun, but I feel the food was overpriced. There are so many amazing brunch spots in a Brooklyn and I love a deal. So if I'm paying more than I normally do, I expect the food to knock my socks off--it didn't. My friend wasn't into it either. The food was average and the drinks were watered down. I will say this, their options for mimosas are impressive. Lychee, Mango, Lavender (the best one), etc. If you LOVE mimosas this is the place for you. I doubt I'll be back. read more
