Small, local place for teriyaki chicken &beef. It was near my appointment place, so decided to try it. I had beef & chicken chow mein combo. The customer service is good, however, the noodle-chow mein was disappointing as it was too soggy.. I was expecting chow mein to be chewy but it was too soggy, and plain.

One of the best places to eat in Glendale. The service is wonderful and nice, great place to go and enjoy amazing food.

My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for years! This is a great small-business that takes care of their customers and has great quality food. A perfect lunch meal with the huge portions that are provided. Take note that orders take about 15 minutes to prepare because food is cooked to order, best to call in advance. The staff is very friendly and while the place is a little small, sitting by yourself or with another will not be a problem. Definitely recommend trying this place (absolutelyA recommend their beef and chicken chow mein)!

This place was recommended to me by a friend who shares the same love for chicken teriyaki. Let me just say this place is absolutely delicious and authentic. The sauce is exactly what I was expecting and it tastes homemade. The rice noodles and vegetables covered in sauce tastes amazing. The service was quick and easy. I called ahead for pick up and it was ready in 10 minutes. The ambiance is super quiet but you can tell it's a place where people go there for a quick but tasty lunch. Will be going back again.

Gave this place another try today. The first time was a couple of years ago and I remember it being just ok. But for $15 for beef n chicken combo, I expected alot more, especially the meat portion. The meat didn't really taste fresh. Tasted as if it was cooked a while ago and was just ready to be re-fried on the grill. Overall, I was disappointed and don't think I'll be returning. read more

Dropped by this place during the lunch rush was about a 15 minute wait and it has somewhat of a cramped dining area inside, got the teriyski/beef plate, little bit pricy but the amount of food you get is amazing, the portions you get for both the chicken and beef are huge plus the addition of the chow mein and steamed veggies in the plate made it a 5 stars for me. read more

Just tried this place for the first time today. I like trying chicken teriyaki from different restaurants I'm happy to have stumbled across this place. Yes, there is a lot of sauce but I didn't mind. It was a very generous portion with rice, chicken, vegetables and noodles. I would definitely go back and the service was great. read more

I didn't realize it was fast casual. I didn't realize it was kind of a grody environment. I didn't realize no beer or wine. What I did know, the food is awesome, the portions huge, and the prices fair. We had three dinners, bulgogi, short ribs, vegetarian. All excellent. I happened to be in the area and made a quick stop to pick up lunch. The teriyaki beef was awfully tough, rice was too mushy and noodles were soggy. Chicken was the best thing out of the 3 types of meat we tried. Everything was drenched in sauce and it was not appetizing. read more

Beef chowmein was good. Staff is super friendly. BUT let me tell you about their house hot sauce! Im a 34 year old man who enjoys spicy food from time to time. What i do not enjoy however is the pure heat that lasts this long. My behind is literally on fire. Imagine a flaming sword suppository, NAY! Imagine a game of thrones dragon simply aiming at your cheeks and letting it rip, for real. Great food. DO NOT WITH THEIR HOT SAUCE UNLESS YOU ENJOY PAIN. read more

I have been looking for a new place for good teriyaki and chow mein. I was recommended Mitzee Cafe by a coworker and I have to say that it was good experience. Food was hot and fresh. The teriyaki chicken and beef combo was delicious and good serving size in my opinion. I would highly recommend calling before hand to place an order but overall it was a good experience. read more

Don't listen to the 5 star reviews you know why there's so many? Because you get a free drink if you post on yelp. This was the most disgusting food to ever touch my tongue. Rice was mushy, chicken was flavorless and smothered in sauce, noodles were burnt and bland and mushed up together like goop. If I could give it 0 stars I would. It's that bad. read more

I live in Sam Diego and I drive back monthly to visit my parents in Glendale, so It's always my first pot stop of what I crave to eat when I'm home and my parents love and we can never go wrong. So glad they are still in business and that the shutdowns have not closed them out. They have been here since I was a teen, ouch! Lol. Everything especially the Chicken Teriyaki is great! read more

Really good. When the place looks shady and has a janky menu and no online ordering, you know it's goooood. Get the chicken. They fry the noodles up real nice too. So much food for under $10. How they stay in business? I'm not even tryna ask no questions... Smooth in and out. I just read that Seattle created American teriyaki. This is like all the pics I've seen of Seattle teriyaki. Sometimes I crave this kinda food. It's the overly sweet "korean" bul go gi. It's strange how the noodle and rice in one bite has a comforting thing going on, double starch, weird but good. The one thing you can count on is, this place is always consistent with their flavors. One day I tried making this at home, and you wouldn't believe how much sugar goes into the meat to make it taste like that, it was an enormous amount, I always wonder who thought to do this in the first place, but I'm glad they did, because sometimes...it's just a craving that needs to be fed! read more

My bf introduced me to this place and I'm so happy that he did. We came in here for my lunch break because I work near by. I got the beef rib teriyaki and my bf got the chicken & beef teryaki. By the way they serve it with rice and noodles so they nailed it. Hahaha It was Sooo good! Not too salty and not to sweet. The meat and the portion size of the food is perfect! Not many korean restaurants offer brisket (it's usually bulgogi, galbi, or chicken). So whenever I have a hankering for brisket but not AYCE, I know where to go. The brisket is tender and usually not overcooked. Their steamed mandu is chicken and pork. It's nothing special but you get exactly what you expect. Parking is pretty convenient in the parking garage right above it, with the first 45m free (no validation required).

When we finally cut into it, we realized they had given us a completely different burrito/order. I immediately called the restaurant, and I was told that corrections or refunds could only be made the same day. At that point it was already around 11:45 PM. I live about 20 minutes away, so driving back would have put me there after closing. I even offered to send a picture of the incorrect order, but was told they couldn't access the email. What made this even more frustrating was how unaccommodating the employee was. Knowing there was no realistic way for me to drive 20 minutes back to the restaurant before closing, I expected at least some effort to find a reasonable solution. Instead, I felt like I was simply being told there was nothing they could do. When I said I would contact upper management for a resolution via email, the employee even seemed relieved, rather than concerned about resolving the issue. I understand mistakes happen, but the restaurant made the mistake--not me. The least they could have done was offer a refund for an overpriced burrito that I didn't even order. It's now past midnight, and I have to drive way out of my way just to find somewhere that's still open to get food. Very disappointing customer service, and unfortunately I won't be ordering from here again.

This place is our go-to spot!! Compared to other little teriyaki shops this one stands out for me. Owner is cool and the cook is really nice. So, I'm in love. A small place that turns out delicious food made to order. I don't know how they do it. The bulgogi was hot, tender and juicy. The accompanying noodles were firm and flavorful. I was a bit skeptical about going because the food at most places that are open past midnight can be... mid. Parking is a hit or miss, we were luck and found street parking across the street. When we entered, there were groups of people there, music playing, overall good vibes for it being about 11:30pm! You'll go up to the kiosks and order from the different "restaurants" they have there. After, you're given a receipt and the server will bring the food to you. This is a sort of retro place where you take your own order and don't have to interact much with the employees. I ordered the Tofu Soup with Chicken (spicy) and my boyfriend ordered Gyoza's and a side of curry sauce. Given the size of the Tofu soup I ordered, the price was worth it! When we received our food, my tofu soup was larger then I expected! The flavors were authentic, spicy, and not overly salty. My boyfriend isn't a huge fan of spicy tofu soup, but he actually enjoyed it too! I let him try it and I'd catch him pulling the bowl closer to him so he could have more. The amount of tofu and chicken breast were enough to fill me up. It also comes with rice but I gave it to my boyfriend to eat with his curry sauce. The curry sauce was a nice side portion and tasted just like those Curry cubes that you'd buy from the grocery store. The gyozas were crispy and the meat filling was juicy and had a soft bite to it.
