Fantastic lunch spot! My partner and I were looking for healthy options and this popped up on the search results. The name led me to think of a salad place, but they have much more to offer than just salads. Everything is made to order (or assembled to order, I should say) and you can customize it if you'd like. The staff is friendly and accommodating-when I wanted a canned drink that was not refrigerated, they were happy to go into the back and find me one. The berry acai bowl was delicious!

Stopped by this place because of the reviews. What can I say, it did not disappoint. The customer service was exceptional. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We ordered several things off the menu and they were all fresh and flavorful. Would definitely stop by again!

I mean, it's just a banger. Poke bowl reminds me of a time before Big Takeaway ™. The family who owns this is so kind, would absolutely recommend.

I got the mega protein salad with herb roasted chicken (4/5). It was really good, but it had a bit too much dressing for me. I have came a few other times and always liked it! The service is quick (5/5), and the restaurant is very clean and has a nice outdoor dining area too (4/5)!

Disappointing visit to Mixed Greens on my recent trip to St. George. Was looking forward to "Fast, Fresh" food as the brand's name and Yelp reviews suggest, but the reality was my wife waited 15 minutes for her food after the other members of our group got theirs because the restaurant ran out of salmon. My bowl had steak that was extremely overcooked and tasted like very cheap meat because of how rubbery it was. I was excited to try this place, but I won't be returning in the future.

    Coconut curry

Disappointing. I got the coconut curry bowl. It had no flavor - it was just salty - no balance at all. I couldn't even taste the curry. It was essentially a bowl of white rice with about 1/3 cup lentils, the flavorless sauce, some uncooked (or barely cooked), rubbery yellow squash pieces and a tiny bit of uncooked kale, none of which had any flavor either. How hard is it to cook healthy food that tastes good? I do it at home no problem. It just takes a little love. There's none in this place. I wish I had just fasted and saved my $13.

Everything on the menu is labeled with allergy notes
    Serena M.

THEY HAVE ALLERGEN NOTES ON THE MENU! Everything on the menu is clearly labeled as Gluten free, Dairy Free, vegan and more, and there is a key to their abbreviations. It was so easy to order, even with multiple allergen issues. The sauces are also all clearly labeled. The staff was so incredibly friendly and happy to describe the food. The steak was more like Sunday roast than steak, but I loved it.

What a hidden treasure! Mixed Greens is just an average-looking store front, but inside is fresh, delicious food, generous portions, and a friendly helpful staff. I had the Basil Chicken Bowl and my hubby customized a plate, and we were both thrilled with the tastes. You've just got to check it out!

Because of that, maybe my expectations were a little high, but this just did not get there. I ordered the souvlaki, and it was the biggest disappointment of the meal. The portion felt light, maybe six pieces of meat, and while the meat itself and the pita were perfectly decent, the sauce was strange and not in a good way. It tasted nothing like what I have had at Greek restaurants, church festivals, or anywhere else Greek food is done right. It threw the whole thing off. The Greek salad was also underwhelming. It was basically cucumbers, small tomatoes, red onion, feta, and house dressing. Simple can be great, but the dressing felt flat and did not bring much flavor to the plate. The surprise star was the fries. Genuinely very good. Crisp, flavorful, and probably the most satisfying thing we ate. The gyro was the best actual entrée item. The meat had good flavor, and I enjoyed it, but even that landed in the "solid, not special" category. Service was another mixed bag. Our wraps came out first, then the salad a couple of minutes later, then the fries another couple of minutes after that. Not a dealbreaker, but it made the meal feel oddly pieced together instead of like a restaurant had the timing figured out. We came in around 2 p.m. on a Sunday, after the lunch rush. There were only two other customers when we sat down, so it was noticeable. By the time we left, the place had filled in some, but it still never felt overwhelmed. One other thing worth mentioning: they were promoting a "leave a review, get a treat" deal, which always makes me a little skeptical when I see a pile of glowing reviews. That does not mean every positive review is fake, but it definitely makes me wonder how candid some of them really are. Overall, this was not terrible, but it was definitely disappointing. When you put "authentic Greek" on the table, I am expecting something with a little soul, a little punch, and a little confidence. What we got was mostly just okay. If you go, get the gyro and the fries, and keep your expectations somewhere south of the Aegean

We tried the crab cake, meatballs with bacon jam, Salade Maison, peach burrata with crostini, the hanging chicken kabob with avocado, and finished with the Cigar Ice Cream. Everything was flavorful, creative and beautifully presented. Even the little details were fun, including the cocktail napkins that say, "Tequila won't fix all your problems, but it's worth a shot." From the moment we arrived, every dish was exceptional. The salad was fresh and beautifully prepared, the pork belly was absolutely outstanding, and the steak was cooked to perfection with the most incredible seasoning. Every bite was memorable. The biscuit was unreal--warm, comforting, and honestly one of the best I've ever had. What touched me most was the homemade ice cream. One spoonful instantly brought me back to childhood memories of my dad making homemade ice cream for us when we were kids. It was such a special and unexpected gift to relive those moments. But what truly made the evening unforgettable was our server, Parthee. She was absolutely amazing. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine warmth made us feel so welcomed and cared for. She didn't just provide excellent service--she made our night. Our family has been through a lot, including the heartbreaking loss of my sister. Father's Day hasn't always been easy for my sweet dad since then. This evening gave us something precious: a new happy memory together. Parthee, thank you for your compassion and for helping create a beautiful moment for our family during a difficult season of life. We are so grateful, and we will never forget it.

We had a 730 res, showed up 10 mins early because parking was easy and told to wait eventhough we saw 6 open tables. Once seated they had a large very drunk unruly group of guys center room screaming and carrying on. Not a giant deal until I saw they same guys being rude to other patrons and literally grabbing our server. We couldn't hear the menu explanations due to the volume of that table. Drinks. The wine was fine for my wife. I am a whiskey and scotch guy Ordered a macallan 12 - didnt have it Ordered a EH taylor -didn't have it. Ordered a Bookers Bourbon- had it however the world's largest ice block (literally sticking out of the glass) which diluted the 1 Oz $30 pour. Bartenders inexperience truly showed here. The food. For the love of God, discover salt. We ordered 4 things. Elote Scallops Crab Mac Ny strip (medium rare) Best dish by far was the elote. The scallops still tasted like the sea and were extremely gritty. The steak...... medium and on the way to well. Not seasoned. The sauces were a horseradish and a chimichuri. Neither of which saved that steak. We literally sent the crab Mac back to the kitchen. Inedible. Tasted like tuna mac that had been left in the oven too long. Our server took care of all of our concerns and saved the evening, even gave us a few sea salt chocolatechip cookies (the cookies get salt but the $60 steak doesnt?) ......until the food poisoning kicked in. So thanks for the cheap wesightloss I guess? Gave it a try, and we would never recommend it to anyone we respect or call friend
