Simply put, Wow! What an amazing find! Mixed greens is a hidden gem and I am so glad I gave them a shot. Looking from the outside you would expect something similar to a subway attached to gas station but the space they have created makes it feel like it's own private space. The menu is amazing, fresh, organic, good quality ingredients with the intention of fueling their customers bodies and health. My bf and I are visiting from Arizona, and it's hard for me to find places to eat out because i have many food allergies. We showed up to the place and saw it was connected to the gas station next door, and started to get skeptical. In az the only gas station restaurants are subway, mcdonald's, and burger king, so we were a little shocked! After heading in, it took us so long to take in the menu, there's just so many options! AND they're mostly Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, Egg Free, etc!!!! i got one of their plates with steak, white rice, brussel sprouts, and herb infused mashed potatoes. it was INSANE. I was loving it so much that even after I was full, I was trying so hard to eat more! My boyfriend had a bowl and a smoothie and he was JUST AS SATISFIED!! 2 days later we came back again, I got the same thing but swapped the brussels for beans! so good! my boyfriend had an Açaí Bowl and it was massive, and gorgeous!!! And the best part, the staff is super friendly and they're great to talk to! This place deserves ratings better than allowed. EAT HERE! read more

I've driven past this place a hundred times and finally stopped in. We have been a couple times now. In total, we have ordered the Amazon Power Açaí Bowl, Tikki Masala, Endless Summer Salad, and Hang Ten Thai. My personal favorite is the Hang Ten. I had never had a cold bowl before and it was very flavorful and refreshing. My wife would probably pick the Endless Summer or Açaí Bowl as her favorites. So far everything has been very good with large portions of fresh ingredients. I'm excited to explore more of the menu. read more

Fabulous!! Came here for something healthy after traveling for a few days and Mixed Greens did not disappoint. I had the hang ten Thai and it was wonderful. So full of flavor and the veggies were very fresh. My mom had the Baja bro and my husband had the banzai basil chicken and they were very good as well. IT'S ABOUT TIME! I have been waiting for a place like this to open in Southern Utah and the food Gods have delivered! Mixed Greens is FANTASTIC! They have a wide variety of salads, bowls, and plates all with many protein, veggie, fruit and sauce options. So whether you want something warm and hearty, crisp and fresh, spicy and scrumptious or something sweet and nutritious this place has it all. I haven't tried their smoothies, but I am sure they rock! Even my 1 year old chowed his kids protein bowl. The owner is so nice, the service was stupid fast, the tables and the restaurant were clean and they offer quite the drink selection. My two daughters and grandson ate here for lunch. Even though it's a small place it was very, very good. All three of us ordered a salad, grandson just wanted some rice.
