My favorite milk ice cream and boba milk tea. I hate that there is no parking but if you are not driving it's great. Service was friendly and our drinks were made in 3 min!

Mixue is a great spot if you're looking for an affordable sweet treat in Hollywood. The prices are hard to beat, especially for the ice cream and bubble drinks. Our two bubble drinks came out to $10 which is unbelievable in a tourist area.

Mixueee! It's really popular in China, so I was really happy to see it come to Los Angeles :) I had their classic soft serve cone, and it came with plenty! Really great flavor, size, and deal! :D Perfect for a hot day (or any day). I will recommend that if you want soft serve, it would be best to get there before 30 minutes prior to closing hahah we went once 30 minutes prior to closing, and their soft serve machine was too low.. so mid-way of our mango sundae being made, we had to adjust our item, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We ended up trying Passion fruit tea and classic pearl milk tea - both of which were quite yummy! I like how the snowman mascot is basically everywhere from before you step into the store and throughout. It's really cute and makes waiting for our items so quick. All the staff are friendly :) Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Stopped by Mixue, after seeing how good their prices are for a boba tea place in LA, and they're soft serve!!!! The matcha soft serve was smooth, creamy, and had a nice matcha flavor that wasn't overly sweet. It struck a good balance and made for a refreshing treat on a warm day. I also really enjoyed the jasmine tea float. The tea had a pleasant floral aroma, and adding pudding gave it a fun texture and made it feel a little more indulgent. The combination of the light jasmine tea and creamy soft serve worked surprisingly well together. The shop was clean, service was quick, and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely a great spot if you're looking for an affordable dessert or drink. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu!

This spot is absolutely amazing Where else can you find amazing ice cream, milk teas, sundaes, and more for this cheap!? Even Costco sundaes aren't as cheap And it all tastes amazing! I ordered a Matcha soft serve cone, mixue soft serve cone which is the base milk flavor, Oreo sundae, strawberry sundae, and chocolate sundae - all for $13!!!!! That's CRAZY The matcha was smooth, soft and so well flavored, it's one of the best matcha soft serves I've had The mixue was so creamy, rich, and milky! The cones were perfect too I really can't wait to try their milk teas and more ice cream flavors

$1 ice cream in this economy and it's actually pretty good?! I visited this Chinese ice cream shop in Hollywood and it feels like something straight from the 626 area. I got their signature milk soft serve and it was tasty! The ice cream was smooth, creamy, and not too sweet. It also came in a branded waffle cone which was cute and not too sweet too. They also have boba tea and all their menu items are generally on the cheap side. They even have a cute blind box series they were selling there. Definitely a hidden gem reminding me of prices pre-pandemic and inflation A solid spot for cheap cold desserts.

This is a nice tea/ice cream store located across the street from the Ovation Hollywood. The prices are very affordable, and the service was nice. There are two kiosks on the left side of the store when you enter. I didn't notice so I had ordered with the cashier, which was easy, too. My friend and I ordered the Strawberry Jasmine Tea and Coconut Mango with Taro. Both drinks were good.

Pricing is so reasonable especially with boba drinks costing upwards of 8910 this brand is all over Asia and is considered one of the largest there are a variety of drinks and it was satisfy you there's a lot of selection you will surely find a drink of your liking they have automated ordering you could use the system on their kiosk in the store or you could just walk up and place your order that way very convenient location and of course lousy parking but what do you expect

Like HeLLOoo...lol If you haven't been to Hollywood in a while, it is time to go!! Seriously!! Mixue is currently offering their Mixue soft serve for ONLY $1.19!! I went yesterday. The ice cream shop was small & cute. The menu offered drinks for just $4 or less. Like wahhhhh?? I wanted to try the matcha soft serve & the original, but they ran out of the matcha. Still happy with the Mixue one. For $1.19, the ice cream was so good!!!! It had a good amount of creaminess to it and it wasn't so sweet. It was so smooth!! Love Love Love! The staff recommended a few drinks. I decided to go with the Peach Mango Jasmine. I usually don't like drinks with fruit bits in it. However, I really enjoyed this one. It was on the sweeter side, but I m not complaining about it lol We also got the Mixue Strawberry Shake, this one came in a smaller cup. I didn't get to try it, but the individual said it was good and wished that it came in a larger size. Not sure if they offer larger sizes. It was not discussed... Definitely worth the trip. I would return =] Staffs were great. I didn't see a RR Street parking- good luck

This huge Chinese boba chain finally came to Los Angeles!! All their items are below $5 and it's incredible to have this price in Los Angeles. My favorite item is their soft serve ice cream, it can be addictive. I had their top drink list: 1. Soft serve ice cream 2. Pearl milk tea 3. Orange punch 4. Mixue fresh lemonade 5. Grape drink

I was shopping in Hollywood a few weeks ago when I saw the Mixue mascot, "Snow King" (雪王), having a photoshoot on the Walk of Fame. I was so surprised to recognize the brand from my time living in China! I asked the photographer if there was a Mixue in the US, and he said they were opening their first location across the street, next to Miniso. I was so excited, I immediately texted my wife. She was thrilled to hear another Chinese brand was coming to the USA. We were told they'd be opening in a week, so we marked it on our calendars and planned to visit on their grand opening. We went back to Hollywood to try Mixue and waited in line early. They were giving out free ice cream for their grand opening. We ordered a variety of milk teas and other drinks. My wife gave away two of the milk teas she ordered, so I wasn't able to try them. We preferred the Orange Punch to the Grape with Taro Balls, but neither were very good, and we wouldn't order them again. The ice cream was the best thing we tried, so we'll have to try the milk teas next time. This is a budget-friendly milk tea, drink, and ice cream shop, and to be honest, we didn't enjoy it much in China. The main reason we visited was so my wife could share on WeChat with her friends back home that Mixue is now in Hollywood. I wouldn't recommend traveling out of your way, but if you're already in Hollywood, it's worth a try.

$1.19 soft serve in this economy is definitely a steal! This rating is reflective of their lower prices. It's nice to have this as a quick cheap dessert option if in the area. They serve you within minutes of ordering. The soft serve is a bit on the smaller side and definitely has an artificial type of butter taste almost. Again can't complain for the price. It's better than the soft serve machines at buffets but not as good as chic-fil-a or McDonald's is the only way I can describe it. Their Bobas are cheap but not the cheapest out there. The green milk tea with pudding was $5.75 and for the quality it's still pricey as I would just go to A Little Tea in SGV area and get a large milk tea with topping for $4.75 and it has a stronger tea flavor. They should open in SGV though and I'd be happy to stop by for another soft serve!

Then, an eternity ago, it closed and we were sad. Then Long Beach Creamery opened and we weren't that sad for that long, but still, I absolutely still thought about them every once in a while, sad that they'd left. Then, a much closer eternity ago (about a year ago - I've been super burned-out and not finishing my reviews), I was on my way from an event back to the blue line and walked by and noticed that they had, in fact, just moved. So obviously we had to get some. Verdict - yes, it absolutely was as good as I remembered. I wouldn't go back to DTLA just for ice cream, Long Beach Creamery being walking distance and wonderful, but I would absolutely stop here if I were back in DTLA and wanted ice cream. It's a bit pricey, but all craft ice cream is going to be, and it is definitely craft. And you can save a lot by getting a 3-scoop, which is very much enough to share for two people, if not slightly too much.

Thank goodness I did, because the cashier came up to my table about 10 minutes later and handed me a little bag of fresh-ground matcha.
