I really appreciate their level of care. The salon itself, their staff, and the customer service remained excellent. I love the aromatherapy, wide range of neutral nail color options, and their salon is aesthetically pleasing. They showed how much they value quantity over quality. My entire experience felt rushed and I didn't receive the quality in time that you pay so much money for. The technician kept leaving mid pedicure to help others and it felt like she wasn't fully paying attention to me. My pedicure does not look cute at all m, instead it looks messy. I'm very upset because like I mentioned I have been going here for years and I went today because I am about to have a baby and wanted a relaxed time to pamper myself before going into labor.
