From the intial contact, I knew Alberto was about his business. Very quick response. Professional and efficient. Transaction went very smooth. In all honesty, I've never used a private car detailing service befor. When the hubby ask for me to find one, I knew to turn to the very ones I volunteer for, YELP! What I can appreciate is the flexibility of this company. They do the work on a date, time and place that's convenient for you. The prices are fair. Fast Food Example: You order a burger combo but don't want the drink. Would they cut the price down, No! With MKane, no problem. I didn't want the car completely detailed, on the two front seats, front and rear floors. The quote was $150 and dropped to $110. My kind of business. He arrived on time, politely sent a message to let me know he was out front. While he was working, my husband and I was reading up on all the different services he provides and seen that he does headlight restoration. We didn't mean to impede on Alberto's schedule but wanted to add that in. He was sweet and was willing to do it. He was even very informative and thorough about what he was doing to the car, the protocols he takes and how to maintain the job done as it's drying. He did this work all under two and about 15 minutes. I was so busy this morning until I didn't get a chance to get too many "before" pics but he did a fantastic job on a car that has been used for a good amount of years without detail. There's alot of competition out there and many are confused on who to choose. Take it from me, I only deal with the best and from the looks of the photos of his past projects, I'm not the only one who feels this way. Montgomery was great! I needed a detail ASAP. I just bought a new (used) 2019 RAV4 and it had some significant interior wear. The car felt pretty grimy inside. There was a definite smell. The previous owner definitely had kids and possibly a dog. I had requested a bunch of quotes late on a Monday night. He was the first to reply. He had the best price of everyone and I was able to book an appt first thing in the morning the next day. He showed up early and finished in about 1.5 hrs. He got out most of the stains though some were too deep and old to lift completely, but they were improved though. The car smelled alot better. He also helped to bring the outside plastic paneling back to life. You definitely can't beat this price AND he comes to you AND he's fast. Can't beat that. read more

Paid them 130 to detail the inside of My car full shampoo and everything guess that detail word was thrown around loosly and they failed to remove dog hair and even just do a decent fkn job when I just saw dirt between my trunk and pull down back seats. ignore the dog hair just the fact that the car wasn't even vacuumed properly says enough. Hey left fkn spills of whatever cleaner he used in the cars frames. I've just had to edit my review because now I'm GETTING CALLS THREATHING ME WITH LAWYERS IF I DONT REMOVE IT SO HERES PICTURE PROOF and I also have recorded phone calls and video of him coming a second time to SUPPOSEDLY rectify the issue buy in less than 10 mins he was done and left but yet I still have all this dirty, doghair, and yogurt in my car. Mind u I tipped this guy 20 bucks without even checking the job because that's how I am, I trust u did well and I tip but after he left I saw all this mess and there's more but if he wants to go with lawyers we can do that. They were quick to response and the quote I received was great. I was honestly very excited to have them wash my car, I got my car in February so I am very picky who I go to for a car wash. I asked if they were busy on a Saturday and they immediately asked for my address. After that I never got a response back, I could see that my messages were read. So I was not sure what had happened, I'm very upset that I never got an explanation why they didn't want to wash my car. They could have just said it was too far for them, I would have understood.
