After picking it up, we immediately noticed a clunking noise that had not been present before the repair. When we brought the vehicle back, we were told an additional part needed to be ordered. From there, communication became a major issue. Days passed without any updates, and our attempts to reach the shop went unanswered. However, after my wife posted a negative review, we received an immediate response and were told to bring the car back in. The new part was installed, but the problem persisted. At that point, we were told a "brand-name" replacement part would need to be ordered instead (why is he not using brand name products?). While we understand that repairs don't always go as planned, we were left without confidence in the reliability of our vehicle and received very little proactive communication throughout the process. By July 8, we still had not heard anything, so I called to check on the status. During that call, the owner informed me that the part had actually arrived the day before and that he was planning to call us to bring it in "within the next few days." After already waiting more than a week, this was frustrating. What bothered us most was the way our concerns were handled. When I explained that we were unhappy with how the situation had been managed, the owner immediately became defensive. At one point, he told me that he "isn't responsible for my emotions." When I expressed concern that we had been left without reliable transportation, he responded that the car was "completely fine to drive." Given the ongoing noise and unresolved repair issue, this was not reassuring. A quick google search proved that the statement was not only incorrect but negligible and could have caused major damage to the car. When I asked whether we could receive a refund and take the vehicle elsewhere, he said that refunds were not available. The conversation became increasingly unproductive and hostile, and he eventually refused to discuss the matter further because my wife had signed the paperwork rather than me, despite the fact that I was present when the vehicle was dropped off. Shortly after the call, he texted my wife and stated that after installing the new part, he no longer wanted to service her vehicle because I had been "rude" to him on the phone. To be clear, I never raised my voice, used profanity, or became disrespectful. I simply expressed that we were unhappy with how the situation had been handled and wanted to explore our options. Our frustration comes from the lack of communication, the delays, and the dismissive and defensive responses we received when trying to resolve the problem. Additionally, we were completely turned off by the fact that the parts he uses is not of good enough quality that would prevent this issue from the first place. It took three total installations to resolve the matter, the first two was with his own parts that failed, the third was with a brand name that worked. In the end, we were left feeling unheard, unsafe, and without confidence in either the repair, the customer service or the shop. Based on our experience, we would not return and cannot recommend this shop. EDIT: I had a feeling that the owner would reply. But as you can see, there's nothing that addresses the way he treated us just that he repaired the car. Yes, he repaired the car after failing to do so the first 2 times he worked on it. He let us drive off twice with an impaired car that was caused by him. Guess all that he cares about is doing the work EVENTUALLY, not doing it right or doing it well the first time. AVOID.

When I tried to contact them about it, they wouldn't answer my calls or messages, and it appears they've blocked my number. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop. I paid hundreds of dollars and still had to take my vehicle somewhere else to have the real problem diagnosed and repaired.

That said, all I, or I expect other consumers, want, is to get an honest estimate and pay a fair price for competent work. This was my first time dealing with this place and they now have me as a customer for life. I first took my BMW to another European car repair shop and without evacuating my AC system, they jumped to the conclusion that my compressor control valve was not functioning due to purported debris in the system and wanted to charge me $4500 to replace the compressor and control valve, based on a technical bulletin that said SOME BMWs have required it. Luckily, I sought a second opinion from Werkstatte. They evacuated my AC and found it to be very low on freon. Obviously a leak. The compressor and its control valve however were functioning perfectly. So instead of paying $4500 for the repair, I paid $450. My system now is working perfectly (ICE COLD), and it has dye in it. At some point, I may need to fix a leak. But I won't need to replace a perfectly functioning AC compressor with its control valve. ( I have never needed 4 rotors at the same time in my lifetime of driving more than 40 years. I check my tires early.) After having the service provided, I asked to keep the rotors. I showed the initial rotors to another mechanic after my travels. The mechanic checked the rotors. He said they were good and didn't need changing. Unbelievable how efficient and quick this shop was able to turn around a bad situation. Not once…read morebut twice. I will ALWAYS use them over a dealer for my exotic car maintenance considering their staff are trained just as much so if not better than the dealers and they are much more personable then the dealer. First issue was a evap and vacuum line repair in my Lamborghini Urus, they diagnosed the problem and provided all details needed to present the case to the seller to fix. The second time, a fuel pump replacement which would have cost $5k+ from dealer with 3+week lead time while the car sits outside, came out to be nowhere near this cost, literally a fraction of it, and done in a couple days.  BTW this was a massive issue with fuel pump where it was spraying gas under my 10 year old and pooling up...could have caught the whole car on fire and burned my house down, no joke. Set aside the facts, the staff cares and makes the effort to get things done. Their site came up when I searched best audi mechanic las vegas or best lambo mechanic las vegas because I was in a rush, however seeing that they specialize in all european car repairs in las vegas boom, im locked in. I have some brakes to swap out soon on this lambo and Ill be bringing it here. I only wish I knew about them when I had my BMW as this would have saved me a ton on dealer headaches when i was looking for BMW mechanics in las vegas, not to mention best BMW mechanic las vegas reviews which they have, and the BMW dealer doesnt (facts).  If you have an exotic auto, european auto, Audi, BMW, Lamborghini or similar, I recommend going here or you will get jacked around by the dealer.
