I first went there 10/17/24 to replace my alternator I bought the part but just needed them to install it. When I picked up the car they told me I had other stuff that needed to be fixed on it. So in 2 months my check engine light came back on and this time they said it was the timing belt. So they charged me to a timing belt kit tensioner on 12/6/24. And 2 weeks later my check engine light was on again this time they said I needed value covers, seals , struts, gasket cover, bank sensors. So I paid them this time over 2600.00 for the work. Every 2 weeks or a few months I was in there shop because my check engine kept coming on. So I replaced everything they told me and I was back 6 months later getting my valve replaced again and a year later I had to replace my alternator again 4/25/25 because they let oil spill on my alternator and it was spilling near my timing belt and my gasket cover was never changed I paid them. So a whole year oil leak from me getting my alternator done with them and the mechanic who i bought the part from had us to call USA to tell them they had let oil leak on my alternator from the last time and to make sure they didn't make the same mistake again. When I went to pick up my car broke my wipers and had to replace the. 9/29/25 check engine on again now it's the brake booster they said got that fixed and picking up the vehicle they had to leave my car another day because they broke lug nuts off my tire and had to replac. I had to return the ve the next day because his staff left my brake light on my car so they t wouldn't shut off while I was driving. And again my car still not the same just last week I had to redo once again the alternator 6/22/26 a year later from the last time and same time oil leaking on it and cause it to fail because of the gasket. And we asked them the year before to make sure this doesn't happen again and they didn't listen and let oil leak for a whole year again. But this time I had to replace the alternator 6/22/26 and 2 days later the 6/25/26 oil had damaged my timing belt strap. I wouldn't trust this place doing your car my car spent in the last year to 2 over 6000.00 for everythibg the fixed and my car not the same and Im having to redo things i already had fixed. Came to this place a year and a half ago to have brakes changed however, I'm not a person whose trust is one of my final qualities, they told me I needed particular things repaired. I did a video of it sent it to my mechanic in New Jersey and my mechanic told me they are absolutely right and 100% honest along with their pricing., anybody needing their car fixed I highly recommend that you come here they're quick efficient and their pricing is absolutely magnificent. First wanted to start by saying one time in my life I was a dedicated weekly reviewer on yelp and also an elite member back in the days. I have not reviewed for more than two years, but had to come back just to review this shop..... I came here to have these guys check my AC as it completely stopped blowing cold air. So after my AC "free" inspection, I was told that I needed an AC kit to fix my AC. I was quoted just about $2300, which I guess is normal costs for these things to get fixed (or maybe less, from what I heard). Anyways it was expensive for my budget, but I already had my car there and just thinking about the heat in Vegas convinced me to just get it done (also got me with the life time warranty and a few things like valve gasket, and oil change). I usually take ALL my car services to Sonny's Auto Repair (3 minutes away from this trash USA auto place). It just so happened that Sonny's was booked and lucky for USA auto, I kinda needed this to be done ASAP. Ok with that being said, got the AC done and car was ready the next day...drove the car home and noticed a vibration on the drive back. So as I pulled up to my garage, I try to pop the hood, and guess what...the hood wouldnt open, latch was loose and hood was stuck. Luckily USA auto was still open (but just about to close), so I immediately drove back, pulled up and told the guys (supposedly mechanics) that my hood doesn't open, I guess the guys couldnt get it open either, so I went inside to talk to the manager Sam, he explained to me that when they're done with the car, they just close the hood and dont check it after (ok, ill give e'm that). So they said they would take a look at it and have it ready for me tomorrow (cool one more day without a car). Next day, they call me to pick up the car...driving it back still feel some kind of vibration, I give it a benefit of the doubt, took it home, parked it, and popped the hood.....and suprise!!!!! 4 missing valve cover screws, and cover was slightly cracked around the screw...hhhmmmm...you would think, since they "changed" my valve gasket, they would have mentioned that screws were missing and asked if I would like it replaced, yada yada...sketch? definately!!! wish I took photos of it before sending my car directly to Sonny's Auto to get this figured out. But take the story for what its worth. Sonny's Auto takes a look at the car and and a few hours later find out that my fuel pump was bad, which was causing the vibration. Was this a coincidence that this happened right after USA auto? who knows, but its definately worth mentioning on yelp, especially after my hood was stuck, then missing valve screws, on top of that an expensive quote on a AC kit. One last icing on the cake, that "free" oio change they offer you....LMAO, it was never changed!!! I ended up checkimg my oil after the fact. All I can say is HAh what a joke!!! please! dont let these guys swindle you with free stuff, I still had Sonny's auto change my oil after...this place is a joke!!!! scam or not, they have so called mechanics putting stuff together with missing screws and never communicated it to me. Manager Sam needs to manage his employees more. Anyways, come to conclusion, I will NEVER take my car back here even with their "life time warranty" on my AC. I wont got back for them to check my AC even if its on a lifetime warranty! ***I SIMPLY DON'T TRUST THEM*** Go down the street to Sonny's Auto, mom and pop shop, with realistic prices. Just a follow up on US Auto Service experience about the replacement of knock sensor on my Escalade. Three attempts were made to replace the knock sensor to fix the engine light. The 3rd attempt was a complete disaster. The engine stopped running after my wife drove it just for a few yards from US Auto Service and would not start. Thank God she was not on the freeway yet! They towed my truck back to the shop. Sam called me today, 8/30/25, that the fuel pump need to be replaced. My Escalade did not have any issue starting the engine whatsoever. I did some research and found out that the mechanic may have damaged wiring during the knock sensor replacement . It can also be a ground issue due to poor or loose ground connection. It can also be a blown fuse I'm one occasion, I bought my SUV for an oil change and tire rotations. The invoice indicated they only added 1 quart of oil. The tires were not rotated but the invoice indicated it was rotated. The reason I know tires were not rotated is because I marked the front and rear tires. I've had issues with a lot of shops around Las Vegas, whether it was overcharging, service issues etc. USA Auto is the best shop I have been to by far. The manager Sammie is very friendly and professional. The shop definitely knows what they are doing, I have taken two cars into them with serious issues and they were able to diagnose them properly and get the fixed FAST. They fixed my Dodge when it had power issues and even overnighted the part for me to make sure that I got the car back ASAP. They just fixed my Chrysler 300 that had issues starting and with its power steering. I had a third-party extended warranty who had previously given me issues with getting fixed covered. Sammie went to bat for me and made sure that they would cover the repairs to me. I really appreciate USA auto for their great service, hard work, and reliability. Samuel told me that my car needed the axel to be replaced, and all fluid are due, at this point i was still trusting Samuel and the shop until my car was sent to the dealer for a manufacture recall. here is where all the issues began: as i mentioned my car was at the acura dealership on nov 21 for a manufacture recall, and the car was checked by the dealer for the axle and everything else i was paid for in advance for a repair that was not performed by this shop. i was supposed to bring my car when the next oil change was due however, after acura findlay told me that my car was in perfect condition and there is no need to change or do anything to my car, i decided to stop doing business with usa auto #10 for obvious reasons. I went to speak with Samuel on Nov 25, 2024, to kindly requested for my full refund with the multi- point inspection checklist from the Acura dealership and also on dec 14, 2024. he tried to give me some excuses to the fact that I have everything documented by Acura, he also told me that i can have the money as credit and used for oil change or something else when is need it. I said no thanks; I would like my money back as this point I don't trust this place anymore. samuel vega told me that refunds are handled by the main office and takes up to 30 days. the time limit has already passed, and i did not receive my refund. i also called samuel on dec 30 to tell him i haven't received it anything yet. at this point, I proceeded to open a claim dispute with the credit card to handle this matter since they ignored me without any proper solution for more than two months. after going back and forth with the bank and the bank with USA auto service #10 on may 07/2025 they responded: "the merchant is unwilling to issue credit" once again i opened the claim again after I went in person to talk to Samuel in regard this matter on June 21,2025 and they refuse to issue the refund, nor credit or anything to resolve this matter also they refuse service to neither my cars,. they are thieves. I have a proof of everything I stated in this review, to make sure that everyone knows this places and Samuel Vega and the owner of this location are big time scammers. they are the most dishonest business in the area. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DO NOT GO. went for an oil change and they seemed off. Everyone was nice, sure, but competent? Reliable? Trusting? Not even close. After my "oil change", I began having problems with my car shaking and at times, turning off. Fast forward, I took my car to another shop for a new oil change within the recommended time frame from my last oil change. EMPTY. COMPLETELY EMPTY. Straight sludge and not a drop of oil on my dipstick. Needed to be flushed. After reading Google reviews about this place today, I realized they are completely fake. I can't speak for the rest of the locations, however, would not recommend this place to anybody. I feel this place plays games. They have a huge sign that says oil change 9.99 small print most cars. Now I didn't actually expect to be one of these cars but most people don't realize this. March 13, 2024 (ish) My check engine light went on and I drive to my closest Auto zone to run a diagnostic. I was told it was the catalytic converter part. They gave me the print out and went to three auto repair places and got the sane quote to replace the whole system. Not parts. I went to USA Auto and I thought I had found my "forever mechanic" At my first visit the staff were attentive and helpful. I paid to have the catalytic converter replaced with a lifetime warranty and the back breaks replaced. March 23, 2024 the engine light went on for the same code, I returned the vehicle and had the converter repaired and somehow they broke my wipers and replaced with a brand not equal to what I had just bought. I than had to have the same issue address again. Around Dec 4, 2024 I had to return the vehicle for the same issue but was told if I did not replace the sensors at a cost to me my warranty would be terminated. Annoyed and not satisfied in loading my warranty I agreed. When I returned to pick up the vehicle the sensor were not replaced because they thought I didn't want the work done, I took my vehicle. !!! Please whatever you do DO NOT GET NOTHING OTHER than A SMOG!!!! The local office employees are very kind just to take your money! I went in because my bmw was leaking oil bad. The manager insured me he can fix it. I should of known because within 10 minutes he's telling me i definitely have several leaks that needs fixed. I paid $2,900 only for me to return every day for codes and poor car performance smh. My drivetrain began to miss fire causing my check engine light to come on. After weeks of going back and forth i decided to try for a refund the district manager informed me of no refunds and that i have a 12 month service warranty and if i wanted my car fixed i can try 1 of their 16 locations. Frustrated i went to another location and after a week going back and forth with them they informed me there was a different issue that has nothing to do with what the warranty was covering also my transmission was going bad!!!! What why wouldn't they inform me from the beginning. First of all I want to say thank you to everyone at USA Auto Service. Not only is the staff friendly they are knowledgeable and professional. I took my Volvo xc90 in for ohhh so many issues and not only did Sam fix my issues he had my car out and finished exactly when he said it would after parts were ordered. I was walked through all the stages of the repair and GET THIS, I was even given a reduced rate when my auto repair loan was 150 dollars shy of the repair amount. And if you are not impressed by that, one of the repairs to my front axel driver and passenger (R and L) was thrown in for free. If anyone owns a Volvo, worry not about finding a dealership or exotic/foreign auto repair place take it here to USA Auto Service, this saved me precious time and money not to mention STRESS!!!!!!! I Went in for a Smog Check! The Heavy Overweight Guy said that it Failed Smog! What he did was Dismantle the Heat Sensor on My Vehicle to Fail! He then Gave Me a List to Repair it! Went here to get a check engine light test horrible decision. FYI just go to auto zone it's free. They said it was my EVAP system and the part was expensive plus labor. That was 900$ all together. I knew for sure that part wasn't expensive since i have worked on cars before. i told them I'm all good I'll go somewhere else. Come to find out the part was only 80$ and fixed it myself. What a Scam and were pushy for everything.
