Had a friend bring this to me for lunch and was so good. Beef was tender, chicken was fresh and perfectly made.

    Long line, customers

For the entire month of JANUARY, they've been giving out FREE MINI PLATES! Just show them your coupon which can be found on IG! They give it right to you! Till Jan 31s! Yesterday they invited anyone and everyone to get free plates from 5-7pm at this location. The food is good and fresh! The staff are really nice and very giving! Big turn out! Thanks again!

First time trying the food here. We ordered two combo plates and tried the katsu chicken, teriyaki chicken, teriyaki beef, and another grilled chicken (forgot the name) which were all on top of a bed of raw shredded cabbage that took up a lot of space in the container. All the proteins were good except the other grilled chicken, which was extremely dry and honestly hard to eat. Both combo plates came with two small scoops of rice and one scoop of macaroni salad. We took the food to go, and once we got home, we noticed there was no spicy mayo, teriyaki sauce, or katsu sauce we asked for. That was definitely disappointing and took away from the experience. Overall, some items were great, but the dry chicken and missing sauces were a letdown. The cashier who took our order spoke very quietly, which made it a bit difficult to hear and understand her.

I saw an ad on Instagram that this location was having a friends and 'ohana night where everyone gets a free mini plate so I pulled up around 6pm on Tuesday. The line was out the door, so I was scared how long the wait would be, but they were very efficient moving everyone through very quickly. They were giving out a free bottle of Teri sauce, stickers, soda, and spam musubi while we waited in line. The mini plate was pre packed without customizations, but that was fine becuase it made everything move very quickly. I will say, everything is usually super salty here, but it tastes so good and I loved how much time and effort everyone put in to having this special giveaway. I'll definitely be back!

This was our second time visiting this location. Our first visit was great, everyone was friendly and attentive, and the food was so good that we've been wanting to come back ever since. Unfortunately, our second visit wasn't the same experience. The service was very slow, even though there were multiple employees around and on the dining room floor. The girl who initially took our order was super friendly and attentive, which we appreciated. However, the cashier with the pink hair was not very attentive. She rang up our order and then went to the back to chat with coworkers. We ended up waiting to pay because she left and the digital payment option wasn't available at the moment. When she came back, we let her know about the payment issue, and she almost mixed up our order with the customer next to us.

We had the boomtown burger, chop chop salad, a smoothie and a kids chicken meal. The service was fantastic and wonderful views all around. The Springs Cafe, run by a subsidiary of the Wolfgang Puck food world when it opened, has had different operators since the Puck contract was ended. My wife and I went years ago and enjoyed sitting on the patio so much. In the ensuring years, we weren't customers very often. After the last change of operator to the Bronze Cafe, I was going to go back but the days of operation were cut after reopening from Covid and the timing didn't work out. I was at the Springs Preserve to see the exhibit on dinosaurs with the plan to have breakfast or lunch after seeing the exhibit. Entrance to the cafe is either from the preserve itself (an entrance fee required) or you can enter the cafe from the parking lot with no charge. It's on the second floor of the building with the lovely patio looking toward DTLV and the Strip. Since it was only 95º, I decided to sit on the patio. After ordering near the entrance, you get a post with a number for your table and they bring it you. I ordered the turkey sandwich and an iced chai made with almond milk. The chai was brought first and later the sandwich. The chai was an absolute failure. It was likie drinking iced almond milk. There was little if any chai flavor. I didn't finish the drink but tossed some of it into the garbage. When I got home, I made my own iced chai from chai I purchase online. Then the sandwich came. It looked like I ordered a mixed green salad sandwich. If you look above some of the greens,on my photo you can see some sliced turkey. The amount fo greens made the sandwich a bit difficult and messy to eat. The menu describes the sandwich as turkey, avocado, spring mix, tomato, shaved red onion, basil aioli, and lemon vin. The lemon vin, which came in a small cup, just made eating the sandwich messier. The bun was a bit tough which made the whole experience less than pleasing. This will be my last trip to the cafe when I'm at the Preserve.

The chicken was decent--not chewy and without any off-putting flavor. The dressing was a little on the watery side, but it still tasted good and had plenty of flavor, so I didn't mind. I also tried the quesadilla. It was okay, but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, I enjoyed the salad and would definitely be interested in coming back to try some of their other menu items.

There's no dine-in, but they have a small side lot where it is safe to park and eat in the car. Menu offers a nice selection of salads, made fresh upon order, such as Caesar salad, Jalapeño ranch, Greek, BBQ ranch, Roasted autumn, Buffalo chicken, Cobb, and Kids salad. They also have breakfast burritos and options to make it a bowl, plus there's refreshments for juice, lemonade, and tea. I noticed a long line at the drive-thru, so I parked and walked up to the side window to place a quick order. There's a black button to press and ring bell for service. The staff member Fernando opened the window, and I kindly asked to see the menu, he said when I'm ready to order, just ring the bell. I chose Roasted Autumn Salad ($7.75) and opt for tofu as my protein. The salad is plentiful and delicious! It has a generous serving of fresh crisp romaine, topped with savory soft tofu, tender sweet potatoes, dried cranberries, brussels sprouts, crunchy candied pecans, shaved parmesan, and a delightful balsamic vinaigrette, it's really good and very filling! Also had two refreshments, Mango Green Tea ($2.10) and Cucumber Mint Arnold Palmer ($2.10), both drinks are light and tasty! My personal favorite is the Mango Green Tea, it has a lovely mango sweetness and super refreshing! Service from Fernando is very kind, welcoming, attentive, and friendly! I received my order quick and it took about two minutes to prepare. The small parking lot had good shade from the building, which kept the area cool and made it worthwhile to enjoy the salad and drinks inside the car, it's great!

The food is 12 out of 10 worthy. The decor and vibe is great!!!! The service and staff are truly outstanding. Kind and friendly. Mom and I ordered the side order of smashed potatoes. They were a bit too salty, sent them back, a new batch was sent out to us. Much better. They are delicious. A giant chocolate chip peanut butter cookie was brought to our table with a genuine apology for the salty potatoes. They really didn't have to do that, but was still awfully kind and generous of them. I have been in for breakfast 5 times now, and I try something different every time. NEVER disappointed... I look forward to trying the lunch menu next. I did try the Dark Chocolate Mocha iced, and oh my goodness deliciousness..... I love this place. The overly large swing chair in the back part of the restaurant is sooooo cool!! The prices are really great too.
