Look no further. This is the company you want to work with. Benson (owner) installed a backup sensor on my moms accord (b-day gift so she won't back up into things anymore). I scheduled an appointment and he arrived on time. He was very professional and did a great installation. The added bonus was the system he installed. It has the normal audio warning but also a light bar monitor that gives you distance proximity. Mounted on the dash, the wires were tucked away neatly. Also, Benson's pricing was right on. I utilized the yelp app to request a quote, and Benson's response time was quick. I bombarded him with many questions and he provided answers, a comparable quote, and suggestions to meet my needs. After hearing his suggestions, I secured an appointment with him the next day to come to my house to install dvd headrests and a remote start car alarm. He arrived at 10:30am and informed me of a $100 increase in price. He explained in detail on the extra part needed for my headrests to be completely wireless and I am completely satisfied with the job performed. Benson completed the install by himself at 5:30pm. Not having to worry about a fussing toddler waiting for completion in shop, not having to worry about kids fighting over what they want to watch. Priceless. My toddler can watch his educational videos, and my two older kiddos can connect their phones and watch youtube videos. His service, professionalism, and conveniency is superior. I already attempted the installation of a head unit install on my Jeep Wrangler that I thought went reasonably well until noticing certain features were not available. I provided the information Benson requested about the vehicle and the unit and set the appt. As for the scheduling of the appointment, Benson was really easy to work with on both getting an appointment and rebooking another appointment because I missed my original one based on my own forgetfulness. Based on what I previously told him about my head unit issue, when I pulled up he was completely ready with everything needed for the job. He fixed every issue in under 30 mins (which is incredible because it took me half a day to just install the unit) and then a few others such as the responsiveness of the screen itself and the steering wheel controls. On top of all that he gave me an extremely fair price. I absolutely recommend going through this company, the customer service and work ethic are second to none. read more
