I've been on the fence for a while about getting a car alarm with remote start-never was a concerned until we moved into town, originally I have had a remote start put in from a legitimate shop which interfaced with the factory keyless. The install had problems and they used "wire taps" which I really don't like. I have been inquiring with Benson, and discussing what I feel is a professional installation that will provide years of hassle free protection, and just so happen Benson fit, his standards was my standards, and he is owner/worker, so his work will be a reflection on who he is. My remote start died which open the door to go ahead and have Benson install an alarm system with remote start, install was excellent and trouble free, everything was done right-soldered in, wire harness was concealed and where it ran to the open it appeared to look like it belong there. It's been about 3 months since he did the work, and it has been trouble free!! Best thing ever from a car alarm. I would highly recommend him, and if you know me, I'm pretty anal about how I like things done, most of the time I prefer to do it on my own, but with time constraints, programming for the chipped key, and the fact that you can't really purchase a good system without installation, I'm glad I found Benson. Had a 12" sub installed in my Acura TLX at another location. After installation, I had a bad deck rattle and rattle from my third brake light and headliner. With sound deadening material, Benson was able to completely remove the rear deck rattle and the rattle coming from my headliner. It took two sessions to complete, but he was always able to get it done the same week and within a few hours. He did quality work each time and he was able to completely eliminate every rattle I had from my sub. I know nothing about car alarm systems yet I was tasked with getting an alarm installed on my company van. Thankfully, I came across Benson and his company on Yelp. I messaged him for a quote and he responded back quickly. I called him to get more information and he was patient and gracious enough to take the time to talk to me and explain the different systems. Outstanding service! I found this company on Yelp. He had a very professional commercial with outstanding ratings. Most of all his company states that he will come to your location. I messaged him on a Monday and was able to get my Alarm installed on Wednesday. He drove to my work place, I left my keys with him, then he was done in 2 hours while I was working. I just got the basic viper alarm, with starter kill and interior light indicator. Well worth the money really satisfied. Also he accommodated me in picking me up after my vehicle was completed At a different location at my work place. Very convenient to have a mobile technician come down to your location if you are very busy. I'd say it was more productive than taking off from work, making a schedule at an alarm shop and wait around.
