I have no clue what happen but I was just driving and BAM the back driver side window was busted. Scared the out of me. After filing a police report and calling my insurance, I was left having to wait 2-3 days to get the glass replaced. I had a huge hole punched in to the back windshield, I couldn't even wait 1 day! My husband called around and reached Richard at Mobile Safe Auto Glass. He received a reasonable quote as well as a timeframe of only 3 hours! Deal! Johnny called me 2.5 hours later to let me know he'd arrive in about 30 minutes. He arrived right on time and started working immediately. He said it would take about an hour to complete but it only took about 45 minutes! Richard in the office worked with me to email the invoice as they're paperless and Johnny was able to run my credit card and text me a receipt right there on the spot. Mobile safe glass was the only company to carry my rear window in stock, come within a few days, AND was cheaper than all the other companies I called. It took only about an hour or so and they cleaned up after themselves. Only thing I was bummed was I mentioned I found them on yelp and wasn't reminded of the $10 off. BUT I couldn't be upset because he came after hours as a courtesy and the money I saved in general. But for fellow yelpers, there is that discount! Definitely would recommend!! My windshield had been cracked for a few years now and needed to be replaced. I looked around and was quoted close to $500 at other places but thought that was way out of my price range. I was referred to Mobile Safe Auto Glass through my sister on Instagram and requested a quote. That same day Mike called to get my info and gave me their price which was definitely affordable. I scheduled for Tuesday between 3pm- 5pm. That day, the technician called to let me know he was on the way and within 20 mins they were here. Jesse and Anthony were so nice and curtious. It only took them about 30 mins to remove and replace the windshield. I definitely recommend them if you have auto glass that needs replacing. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE SENSORS IN YOUR WINDSHIELD!!!! I used this company following a recommendation and in the processes of getting a quote, they confirmed that they know how to work with sensors to ensure there won't be any issues once installed. I even sent them a photo of the sensors for reference. They arrived on time and completed the service within an hour. The tech was nice and it seemed to be a good decision, I was wrong. The next day I was driving to work and got a sensor malfunction error on my dash. I sent a picture of it with an explanation to the same number as the photo of the sensors a few days earlier and no response. I called them and they tell me that they didn't disconnect anything and there shouldn't be any issues, so call Audi to find out. I called Audi and they tell me that the installer didn't do the processes properly and that now the sensor needs to be calibrated for $350. I tell the guy from Safe Glass this and he says he'll call me back once he speaks to his boss. Once I get a call back, all I'm told is that it's too bad, it happens sometimes and you've got to take it to Audi to fix. These guys are meant to he windshield professions yet they can't install a modern day windshield with sensors like they claimed they can when I first called. Poor install of windshield and even worse customer service. Go elsewhere otherwise your $350 windshield will cost another $350 to recalibrate because they don't know what their doing. read more

Note: I only give 5* ratings to truly exceptional, best-in-class establishments. I needed to replace my windshield after it was cracked by a large metal bolt kicked up from a truck tire on the freeway. I called Mobile Safe Auto to check on the cost and appointment availability. The price was reasonable, but I was somewhat put off by the "fake" discount process (see below). Jesse and another tech called and arrived just after the end of their scheduled appointment window, but the work was done quickly and well. It was completed a few weeks ago, and I have not noticed any issues. "Fake" Discount: I asked for the "$10 off Any Windshield Replacememt [sic]" as stated on their Yelp profile page, but Rick stated that it didn't apply for first-time, new customers since they are offered an already lower, discounted price. The discount offer on Yelp does not say ANY of that. Also, the $10 coupon in their Yelp photo section discounts the "regular price," but since their prices are not posted anywhere Mobile Safe Auto can quote you an inflated price and make you feel better with a $10 "discount." I enjoy supporting local businesses, but this "fake discount" process is irritating. read more
