It's served with their own Bo',a Vietnamese mayo, pickled shaved daikon, cucumber and carrot salad, ham. It's so good because the shiopan has acrunchy exteriorbut the sea salt flavor cuts the richness, and tangy pickled flavors of the fillings. This sandwich is delicious, so good and amazing! Menu today is 5/5. Another thing about their shiopan is they perfected their own techniques of creating a baguette substitute and saviry bread vessel. I bought their banh mi, and was so curious and planned to eat it later. After eating a few bites, it is so good. Their bakeshop and café is still quaint, and tgey have outside seating for patrons. I came after noon on a Sunday and they only had 1 chocolate covered donut left, which the worker said this was the last one (basically implying there weren't anymore coming, but he was wrong). Fast forward to eating the donut, it tasted dry and not fresh - a big disappointment. I also ordered the 6pc hash browns, a croissant breakfast sandwich, and another donut. The only thing that tasted good were the hash browns. The sandwich was burnt and overcooked! Why the 2-star review? The service was not top notch. The front house staff looked like he didn't want to be there, was on his phone, and was basically checked out. The other team members preparing orders did not do well too. One couple before me had their breakfast re-done at least 3 times, and in the end made my order come out later. The quality control for their food line is lacking and needs to improve. I don't think I'll come back any time soon unless it's in another state.
