Came here during a trip to Denver. Service was great but the food didn't taste great. Pizza got burnt, asking for extra ingredients was like pulling teeth to get a satisfying amount.

My friend and I were craving pizza and luckily there was MOD pizza on our way back from Colorado Springs. We ended up getting mini pizzas and splitting a cheesy garlic bread. I got the white Alfredo and chicken, olives and mushrooms as my toppings. My pizza was cooked to perfection the way I liked it and filled with toppings which made it quite filling. In fact, I could only eat 2 slices of the cheesy garlic bread. The cheesy garlic bread was really good as well and had hints of rosemary and garlic but wasn't overbearing. We got our pizzas and bread within 10min which was pretty quick considering there were a good bit of people in front of us. There's plenty of seating outside and inside and I also really enjoyed their wall decor. Overall, can't go wrong with MOD pizza and happy I spotted one on our drive!

Very nice and modern MOD pizza location. It's centered conveniently across the street from the outlet mall. Great place to go to get some freshly made pizza after shopping!

5 stars to Mod Pizza for a great lunch and fantastically polite employees. I brought the kids here as it was close the the hotel we're staying in and was pleasantly surprised with the fresh ingredients and choices. My chicken sausage and mushroom pizza was delicious with perfect crust! We took a Greek salad to go for the hubs, who was working, and it looked beautiful. We will definitely be back- thanks to the crew who made our delicious food and were so nice!

Passing through Castle Rock, we decided to stop here for a quick bite. I chose the thick crust build your own and was very happy with it. The crust was cooked perfectly and soft yet crunchy. The cheese melted and stretched nicely. It did not take long for them to make, so we were not waiting forever. I love the concept of this place, and the food always tastes amazing.

I always have a positive experience when visiting MOD Pizza. I love this location which is very close to the I-25 exit, Meadows Pkwy. This MOD Pizza location is also very close to the Outlet Mall in Castle Rock. Usually, I order a MOD regular size pizza and build it myself. I love the variety of toppings offered. You could go extreme and really load your pizza up! Today, I enjoyed my interaction with the staff member who built my pizza. He offered fantastic options to put on my pizza. He had wonderful knowledge of all the toppings. After ordering your pizza, they offer various beverages which include fountain drink Coca-Cola beverages along with two iced tea options and two different lemonades. They also a dessert of "No Name Cake" that feature different flavors. Today's flavor was Pumpkin Spice. Surprise, surprise... Dining room is a simple industrial style with outdoor patio that has plenty of seating. Music isn't too loud either. Also, it doesn't take too long for them to bake your pizza. Love that it comes out of the oven fresh. They waste no time calling your name when it's ready. Check out MOD Pizza or this location if you live in Castle Rock or you're visiting the area. Great lunch or dinner option!

Good size single person pizzas, totally and easily customizable how ever you like, done fast for a reasonable price. One of our favorite go to restaurants in Castlerock. Nice patio seating with a view of a fire pit. I love the Pizza Salad, it's one good way to get me to eat a salad, and there is always enough extra salad for another meal. You pick out all you want, meat, cheeses. vegetables, and dressing, and they toss it and give it to you in a bowl. Then they cook a garlic butter crust, then at you table you pour some of your salad on the crust and WaLa, pizza salad.

Perfectly done pizza and salad! I love that you can build your own pizza or salad with a fresh variety of toppings and still pay one price. It's great for a family of picky eaters too. I ordered 2 pizzas for pick-up, and was given a 20m completion time. When I arrived at the designated time, the staff ignored me and intentionally avoided eye contact. My pizza was not ready because they hadn't even begun to work on it. To make matters worse, customers who came in after me, where able to order and have their food cooked while I continued to wait for them to begin preparing my food. I was in store for thirty minutes waiting for food that should have been done. The staff was rude and offered stale excuses. I will not be returning. read more

I love mod pizza. But I always have to drive up to lone tree whenever I want mod pizza. The employees are fairly professional but when I hear snickers about my hair or body then that makes me uncomfortable. The prices are great. The management is fair, and the customization of the different pizzas makes it one of the best pizza joints in town. read more

I popped in mid-afternoon to grab a pizza to-go. I'd had pizza from a different location, and I was in a hurry and knew MOD was usually pretty quick. I was greeted by three friendly folks as soon as I opened the door. For middle of the day, I was quite surprised that there were only a few empty tables. They have a great clientele already! I ordered my pizza, picked all the ingredients, paid and almost before I sit down comfortably on the stool, my pizza was ready to go. It stayed warm all the way home, and I have to say it was excellent. The ingredients were very fresh and plentiful. Good choice if you know exactly the flavors you want to combine on your pizza!! read more

I had been really wanting pizza and was in the area so I decided to give it a try. I do not regret it. One price for the pizza, no extra charge for toppings. One of my least favorite parts about ordering pizza is having to decide what toppings I really want, but not here. Everyone there was super friendly. Everything was super fast as it says right outside on the building. The pizza itself was absolutely amazing. I'm definitely glad they decided to open here in Castle Rock. read more

Maybe because it was my first time or maybe it is because they really do suck? Placed my order with the young lady yelling across the counter, I asked for a #9, from their menu board, an all ready built for you pizza. As my pizza went down the line; I was asked, what would you like on it? Uhm, I don't know, read the trey? Is it my responsibility to memorize all 7 things that go on the pizza I ordered? I get to the end, with crust, sauce and some chicken and am asked about cheese...well the sign says Gorgonzola....the Young girl says to the older gentleman "she told you". The gentleman looks at me, and throws and handful of blue cheese on my pizza. I realize they are similar, but no very different. I told him they were not the same, and he said yes they are and slid my pizza down the road like the soup nazi. Overall, it was a very overwhelming experience and they should not have menu items if they don't want you to follow them or bother to have their employees memoriZe them. I don't have a problem with quick service and building my own pizza, but if that is what your business concept is, say so. I will not be going back, I have had better experiences at McDonalds. read more

I think this place is great especially for families. Everyone gets to pick the pizza the way they want it which is great with 3 kids who don't agree on anything. Pizza is fast, good, and priced fairly. Service is good and people are very nice. Great concept. Will be back! read more

Quick pizza is their motto. Don't think so...I stood there after placing an order and waited for 1 hour and they still messed up my order at the end...Could've gone to a "regular" pizzeria and would've gotten better and quicker service. Not coming back. read more

We are new to the area and have been trying new dining places weekly. Tonight we decided to try Mod Pizza and we are glad we did! The line to order looked long but moved really fast... almost too fast to pick what we wanted to order from the vast menu. My husband opted for the make your own pizza and I ordered the Dillon James. The price is fantastic for what you get, the service was fast, and the servers were friendly. MOD Pizza will definitely be on our list of go to places! read more

We have gone to the location in Park Meadows, so I was delighted to see we were getting a MOD Pizza in Castle Rock. The customer service is outstanding and the line moves quickly. Very good pizza! I love the variety of toppings that you can choose from and it's all priced the same. I can easily get two meals out of their Mod size pizza ($7.50) making it a great value. read more

Love having this place so close to my home. It is such a fun atmosphere with fun people working there. being able to create any kind of pizza you want to try is awesome. Everything is fresh and yummy. I only wish it were bigger and had more seating because this place is packed even at closing people still want to get in and I can not blame them. This place is a great concept with friendly folks. I'm usually not that adventurous with food but their unique ingredients are wonderful and make it fun to branch out. They have an awesome iced tea-caramelized pear-that I always look forward to. As to the people with negative reviews-this place is new, there is going to be a line! Get a little patience. Just because you have no patience is no reason to give a place low stars. Enjoy coming here overall. My only suggestion would be to hand out numbers or something instead of yelling out the name of everyone's orders. It can be hard to understand and I've seen people take the wrong pizza. Overall though, glad we have a MOD pizza! read more

Management seems really rude. I understand that it's busy and that can be stressful but that's not reason to treat your staff disrespectfully. The way I saw some people being treated...I felt like I was being served by a bunch of children. I like the food but I wish the establishment was being run by adults. read more

Okay, the pizza is really good. However, the two stars are because out of the two times I have eaten at MOD Pizza here in Castle Rock the restaurant has been ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. I mean, food-mashed-on-the-floor and smelly gross. We eat outside and the concrete pad under the metal tables and chairs is/was disgusting. With as many customers as they have moving though the place management needs to do a better job cleaning up. It is too bad because I really dig the Jasper. read more

The chicken piccata was overpowered by lemon and had not much flavor. The veal marsala risotto was dry, bland and forgettable. The portions were just right. Service could have been better. It was a little slow and did not feel warm or welcoming. Considering the hype and prices, the experience did not meet our expectations. None of us really enjoyed the meal. For us, it is a one-and-done.

I'll start by saying our waitress, Marley, was absolutely fantastic. She was sweet, attentive, patient, and truly made the experience enjoyable. She handled our group so well and we really appreciated her kindness. Unfortunately, we also had a very disappointing interaction with another staff member (server). While the boys were in the arcade room laughing and playing, I was already reminding them to keep it down because I understand young kids can be a lot. During that, another server who's section was next to the arcade room looked at me, made a "cut it off" gesture across her neck, and said they "needed to be done because they were ruining everything" in a very rude tone. If the noise level was becoming an issue, I completely understand addressing it but the way it was handled felt incredibly rude and unnecessary. I waited tables for 6 years when I was younger, and I would never have spoken to guests that way. Especially when families are using an arcade area designed for kids. I will say that both the hostess and our server, were very apologetic afterward, and I could tell they felt bad about the way the situation was handled and specifically the way I was spoken to. I appreciated their kindness and professionalism. That said, we genuinely love this place and think the food is great, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Hopefully we won't have to deal with that server when we come back, especially if we have our kids with us.

This was two consecutive visits on Saturday and Sunday. Now, yes the food was awesome, but the experience was increased 1000% with the absolute incredible service we received from Julianna and Justin. We'll be back very soon to finally try the pizza.

I ordered the gyro, which was small and bland though the meat was lamb. Lamb usually tends to have more flavor than other meats. The lavash overpowered the gyro due to the lack of other ingredients. My wife ordered the house salad and a side of falafel. The salad by itself was a disappointment. She had to dress up the salad to make it flavorful. The tahini sauce which was the sauce for the falafel was watery. I even poured some on my gyro and it added nothing. I did add a star for the service which was excellent. I sat on the couch, even though it was very comfortable it was too low to the table. The restaurant decor was simple with couches & beautiful jeweled chandeliers plus traditional music played in the background. Note, plenty of free parking was available as this place is located in a strip mall. I ordered the Beef Kabob Plate that came on a delicious bed of yellow rice. The beef had been marinated in a yummy marinade then perfectly grilled with two dipping sauces. Wow, this was super flavorful. In addition, there was a small salad with a wonderful spice dressing. On the side was warm Pita Bread & some of the best Hummus I've had in a long time. What a memorable meal...I'm looking forward to trying some of their other dishes.

Our new favorite pizza place! Great individual pizzas cooked and made to order! Fantastic customer service also! Only one time have I been disappointed (at the castle rock location) with one girls customer service. She told me that "it wasn't her job to cut my pizza, but since no one else was around, she would do it for me." Um thank you?!?... That was odd. I mean my pizza was done and would get cold if she didn't cut it and hand it to me. I didn't know it was that much work for her to cut the pizza. Plus, I order chicken tossed in buffalo sauce as my main and pretty much only topping. She said "she would do it this time, but if it is busy next time, they wouldn't be able to do it." Seriously? That's the only reason why I go to Mod. Specifically for that buffalo chicken pizza. They need to put it on the menu because it is absolutely amazing! I also wish they had ricotta cheese year round, but they said it was seasonal. Anyhow, I would still give this place five stars because it is always amazing, and everyone is so friendly who works there. (Except that one issue, with one girl.) Centennial customer service has always been 100% amazing! Also, try the wonderful desert pizza! Enjoy! read more

Ill say that this place is very unique. Its kind of a cool concepts that really changes the idea of just ordering any pizza. The ingredients look very fresh and they are and the fact that you can build your own pizza from looking at what they have like if you were at subway is pretty cool. For the speed of things, not mcdonalds so dont expect your pizza to be done in 5 minuets, its still really good. I very much enjoyed my pizza and Cesar salad. The only down side would be the customer service. I felt more rushed and like i was a bother or stupid for not knowing how to order than anything else. I would have given them 2 stars but ill give them a chance. My advice to them? A lot of people here in castle rock have never had this type of concept so be patient and helping instead of pushy and annoyed. read more

I've been to MOD pizza twice now. I love the concept of building your own pizza and that it's fast. The only thing not fast is the line. It's a popular place and the line was all the way to the door both times I went there. For the amount of people behind the counter it seems like the line should move a little faster. Other than that, I have been delighted with my pizza both times. The price is good for the quality and amount of food. You can choose from 3 sizes of pizza. I particularly enjoy the "Tyler" but you can customize your own if you'd like something different than their suggested combinations. I love the crust, it's thin but still has a bit of chew. There is an outdoor seating area if it's nice out. read more

I ate here for the first time on Sunday not knowing if id enjoy it, but it was super good! The workers are fast and friendly, working to meet your standards. The food is made in front of your eyes with all fresh ingredients, it is also made in speedy timing. All the ingredients are cooked to perfection making the pizza super enjoyable. The crust isn't to soft of to crunchy which makes it perfect, also the pizza sauce is the perfect amount. I decided to choose chicken, bacon, and tomatoes as my toppings, these all ft perfectly with the cheese and garlic already on the pizza. I enjoyed my experience at this restaurant! read more

Really liked the food so I wanted to have them cater my husbands birthday party. My son has a dairy allergy so I wanted to get 1 order of everything dairy free. I talked to them on the phone and verified it several times with them. I sent my sister in to pick it up and they some how lost my order but asked what I got, my sister told them and then they said they found the order.. Took them 15 minutes to make it but they forgot my dairy free items. So I paid for extra stuff that was wasted and I had to make something else for my little guy to eat. Great pizza with unlimited toppings of your choice. Visited this fairly new location today and someone had picked up my pizza and I said that was mine but she's like well it has my name on it. Minutes later she's like this isn't my pizza. Not the restaurant's fault that people can't recognize what they ordered but they handled it professionally. The pizza was at perfection with how it was baked so I will be coming back. Please have attention to detail to what you ordered, if it doesn't even remotely look like your order, you should probably ask. read more

I liked this place and came today for a pizza. Came to realize they're closing at 5 due to weather? I walked in at 4:40 and the look I got from everyone, the girls in the back just looked at me and whispered giving such a rude and unprofessional look. I over heard one saying "we don't have anymore sauce but don't make more just give them whatever we have". Very unprofessional. AWESOME!!! Pizzas are as fresh as they get. Ingredients looked and tasted fresh and delicious. I love that you they don't charge extra for additional toppings. Personalized pizza without the cost.
