I really like MOD. You choose your own pizza toppings, and it's the same price no matter what toppings you choose. The crust is thin. Employees are friendly. Also, it's not greasy like other pizzas. They lose a star because 1. They should promote "made on demand" rather than super fast...but that's because it's popular and the lines can be sooo long. 2. I hate the chairs. May sound silly, but they are uncomfortable, and rounded at the top, so there's no where to hang my purse. The tables/bar area are so close together, there's not much room for coats, purse, etc. 3. Employees need hair nets/hats (or wear their hair back). 4. I understand it's supposed to be a hip/funky/keep it weird (whatever the current term is) pizza joint, but they need to turn down the music. Love this place!! Staff is so friendly and most of all very patient even though a lot of customers can be so indecisive and clueless! Our oldest son is trying to workout a lot and his trainer has him on a strict protein, caloric diet and Mod Pizza is perfect for him! He used to go to Chipolte every day but now will go to Mod Pizza every day and gets 2 meals out of his pizza! This location is popular. We waited in line for 30 mins. We were shopping at the outlet stores and decided to give it a try. The upside is the price - the down side is you get what you pay for. No one in our party liked our pizza. They put on 10 times too much sauce after they are pulled out of the oven. On my pizza I got ingredients I specifically asked to be left off. I have been to several mod pizzas all around Colorado and have had wonderful experiences. This store in particular is the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The staff members on December 27th at 8 o clock were the rudest and snarkiest people I have ever met. They think they are much better than the customers. I am sure I am not the only one that realized that. The floor was dirty where I was sitting, and the table next to me was cover in dirty plates, and trash. Also I ordered cinnamon strips and I had to get a refund because they did not have the glaze prepared. I waited 20 minutes for the glaze to be done and by that time my strips were already cold. Something needs to change about this restaurant because this is not your average mod pizza. Mod is much better than this and I am sure if corporate came when I was there this store would be forced to close down. I did not see a single smile inside that store. It was my first visit here and it was a new concept for me. The staff were friendly and helped us out with ordering. The pizzas were thin, which if you like different types of crust, this place is not for you. I didn't mind the thin crust. I did like salads, they were fresh and the romaine was crisp. The pepperoni seemed like it was fresh and deli sliced. The sizes were small to me, but the 'mod' pizza seemed like it was a good size for someone who comes in hungry. The prices are good for what you get, but the drinks a little pricey at 2.00 a drink. They have fountain drinks, bottled drinks and also homemade drinks (lemonade and iced tea) but in the end, I'd come back here. This place is not for everyone though. read more

Me and my sister were super impressed by the quality of food you get here! My sister is vegan and I'm vegetarian/have a gluten allergy and there are several options for the both of us. The pizzas are cooked quickly, and the dining area is always immaculate. We love going here for an after-school snack when I pick my sister up from school. Usually, we go at a time where there's no lines so our orders don't take much time. But, when we go during busier hours the line definitely takes a while. The staff are fairly inconsistent, sometimes we get wonderfully nice people, sometimes we get staff that are disinterested and curt. But, normally, the service is very attentive and kind. Fast and delicious .... You can't ask for anything more. Beside getting a great pizza and excellent service, the price was unbelievable ..... Inexpensive! We got an 11" pizza, chocolate milkshake, and a fountain drink (free refills) for under $14; we could not have eaten at a fast food place for any less. As other reviewers have mentioned, this MOD location (and frankly, all of them) are a bit loud, and the seating is pretty well designed to make sure you don't linger too long (not so comfy). But the real focus of MOD Pizza is the food, made the way you want it, for one price. It's basically the experience Chipotle popularized, but for pizza, and MOD does it exceptionally well. Prices are reasonable, in my view, and the quality is consistent. I would echo that nobody's going to confuse MOD with "the best pizza in town," but that's not the point, any more than a Chipotle burrito is the best Mexican food in town. It is its own thing, and pretty tasty as well. As a brand new location, this MOD is very busy, and the lines can be intolerably long. I'm sure that'll improve over time as it has for other locations. read more
