Came here with a friend and left before we finished eating. It was painfully loud. We couldn't even have a conversation. There were kids screaming and the chairs against the concrete are so loud when being moved. The music tries to compete with the volume of everyone talking and screaming. You can't even hear when they call your name for your pizza. They need to have some kind of buzzer or loud speaker for when your pizza is ready. Truly one of the most annoying things I've experienced. Maybe if this place was a bar, I'd be able to tolerate it. They need to figure out how to fix the echo in the building. And maybe get chairs that aren't so obnoxious. Will remember to get my pizza togo from here on out. read more

This place was able to cater to my food sensitivities. They made sure not to cross contaminate, warned that it is not a gluten free environment. And I didn't have any allergic reaction afterwards. Went to MOD in Castle Rock. To our surprise, the dining room and outside seating not available. The sign on the door said they are training and only taking on-line orders. We stood outside and worked through the website and went to pay after 25 minutes. The site said they are not taking any more orders. We tried again and got the same thing. We spoke with the owner, who was LESS THAN HELPFUL. He told us they must have reached their limit for the night. He did not know why the site would allow people to go through the order process without saying something up front. Really disappointing. My family and I used to enjoy coming here. read more

I was so impressed. About $8 for an 11 inch (4.50ish for 6 inch, and 11 for a mega size) customized pizza with as many toppings as you want. And there are tons of toppings. Our pizzas were done in less than 4 minutes. Super clean and good sitting. Workers were super friendly and helpful. read more

We were very excited about getting pizzas for our bachelorette party, ordered ahead, then came to pick them up. The horrible service and attitudes we were met with almost ruined our night. They were missing one of our pizzas and told us to just figure it out, because someone else took it. Then they were extremely rude to us when they had to remake it and fix a pizza that was not done correctly. We waited patiently while they talked and rolled their eyes at us. I had the Dillon James with pepperoni. This is a fast service pizza and salad restaurant where you can choose your own toppings and/ or ingredients. The regular pizza is quite large (11inches), but you can order a mini or a larger pizza. They have a large selection of soft drinks and they have beer. I liked my pizza, but brought home half of it. The dining room was nice, but it was a little messy. I think I just missed the lunch rush. The employees were friendly and welcoming. They are happy to make suggestions...it can be overwhelming with so many choices. I would come back. read more

Really really excellent first experience. I truly enjoyed my barbecue chicken pizza and side Caesar salad. The restaurant is very busy as an outdoor seating area and handles the rushes well. Really like this place and am glad they came to Castle Rock. I love that the price is the price is the price no matter what you put on your pizza. It can be a bit loud inside but the patio was very nice and I think will be even better once the fire pit opens. If this had been my first visit to a Mod, it would be my last. Luckily, at various other locations, we've had much better experiences. We waited over thirty minutes just to order here, and there were only about 15 people in front of us. Staff wasn't particularly friendly and they had run out of various toppings. It was inefficient on all fronts. You can't expect people to happily spend an hour and fifteen minutes in a fast casual restaurant. (Total time eating was about fifteen.) So good! They have dairy free pizza options which is amazing because I'm vegan! You can either order one the shop favorite pizzas or make your own which I like! Also the amount of toppings you can put on your pizza is overwhelming but in a good way! This Mod Pizza is at a convent location if you are shopping at the Castle Rock Outlet stores. The pizza is good (get to choose your own ingredients). My girlfriend chose the cauliflower crust and it was excellent! It was a little bit thinner than the Mod crust but it ha d great flavor. The pizzas were cooked quickly and I highly recommend the fig balsamic dressing after it comes out of the oven. They cleaned the tables quickly which is nice, many restaurants these days seems to fail to do that. The staff was really friendly when they took our order. It's not the most amazing pizza I've ever had and my salad is just okay. I ordered an online order and I guess Castle Rock restaurants are not ready for those... I ordered a Cesar salad with grilled chicken. When I got it, there was no chicken on it and the lettuce is wilted. There's no sign to pick up to go orders (I suggest they change that) because there was absolutely chaos in there. Friendly service, attention to customer care, handled "new business rush" on a Saturday at noon well. I have many dietary issues- cannot eat gluten, soy or dairy- and the staff were helpful and used care when helping me make my choices (well-informed re: the whole gf routine) and took the time to make sure I did not suffer from cross-contamination. I walked into an extremely friendly staff. It's the little things they did like asking me if I knew how the restaurant worked to the person taking the order taking my name off of my work name badge and addressing me with that as she built my pizza. After a day of moving out of my house I thought I'd order a pizza during the quarantine for pickup....I ordered online to pick up in 1 hour - it said I could pick it up as soon as 20 minutes. I arrived at the hour mark, the place was busy, I asked for my order, they went to find it, didn't come back for 10 minutes and helped the next person, who's order wasn't ready, I asked again and I was told to put my name down and car make and they'd bring it out. Over the course of the next hour, I checked 3 more times finally asking if they could confirm if they'd even received it - which they had.
