Food was fine, but definitely nothing special. Just There were out of basil too! Very generic ingredients and pizza, wasn't bad though but for the price I have had much better pizza!

Very nice pizzas. You can modify their preset menu, add stuff on it, and still the same price! cauliflower power salad was really good as well. Fast like fast food, but taste much better.

I was in Kirkwood running errand and when it became lunchtime, I wanted something new and different. I had by MOD Pizza several times and thought it was time to give them a try. I have been to a pizza restaurant in Chicago that is the same quick serve concept, so I was anxious to give MOD a try. Great job, MOD Pizza! Your service was friendly, attentive, fast and most importantly you served up a tasty salad and flavorful pizza. Some folks get excited when a restaurant serves their favorite Pepsi or Coke. Here at MOD I was excited to see they make their lemonade from scratch. It was a good mix of sweet & tart, so it was a refreshing drink to enjoy with my lunch. My pizza of choice was the, Calexico. I love jalapeños on my pizza and when I saw the Calexico had them with grilled chicken I was sold. It's a red sauce base with two cheeses; mozzarella and gorgonzola and then finished off with hot buffalo sauce. Their menu states, "It's Hot", but being a fan of jalapeños, I didn't find it that hot. For me it was just perfection. In addition to my pizza, I enjoyed a Mini Caesar Salad. They warned me, (which I thought was good customer service) that their Caesar has diced tomatoes in it. I thought that was odd, but I was game to give it a try. The mix of romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, asiago cheese, croutons and the diced tomatoes tossed in their house Caesar dressing served up a sensational salad. If you're in Kirkwood, craving pizza or need a quick lunch or dinner. I recommend you give MOD a try. For those of you who do not know, MOD = Made On Demand. When: June 7, 2016 Why: Lunch

Loved this place! We stopped in for the first time Friday night knowing nothing about it and were pleasantly surprised. Thin crust and crispy. Build your own pizza or pick one of their classic recipes. Choose as many toppings as you'd like -- no extra charge. My husband ordered the mega pizza, which is a crust with sauce and cheese topped with another crust and your pizza choices. They have gluten-free crust for $2 more, and they have dairy-free cheese as an option. They have salads as well. For drinks, they have great lemonade (I had blackberry lemonade), a couple of tea choices, Coke fountain drinks, shakes, and beer. Service was good and the employees were helpful in showing these newbies the ropes. We'll be back.

Stopped in another pizza restaurant prior in and was confused and shocked by their pizza menu. Pine nuts, really! Perhaps I'm not adventurous when it comes to my pizza. Then we stumbled upon MOD where you choose as many toppings as you would like and they create and bake your pizza. Crust is cracker light but very flavorful. It was probably the best pizza we'd eaten! Slight mishap during baking but manager corrected issue immediately and with a smile. (She was mortified but it was literally one of the funniest things I've ever seen happen.) Thanks MOD for having us!

Came here because of the reviews and I can confirm that it is indeed a great place with great product. I have constructive comments such as y'all need glass not plastic for the beers, Apple Pay and please slice the pizza into smaller pieces rather than quarters. Positive this places product is fantabulous with great smiley energetic people. Will I come here again - yes sir.

Five 's for excellent service!! I was late picking up my order and instead of just giving me my pizzas, they asked if I would liked them made again since they were sitting too long. No other pizza place would do this that I know of. Also gave me a free drink. Thank you to the Friday night crew at the Kirkwood Mod. I you!!!!

The Food: * Chopped Cheese: This sandwich really delivered on flavor. It was incredibly rich, largely thanks to the adobo seasoning and the creamy American cheese melted throughout. The beef quality was evident, and they got a great char on it from smashing it on the griddle. It came on a plentiful baguette that held up well, nicely dressed with LTOP, mayo, and ketchup. If you usually go for the burgers here, this is a worthy switch-up. * Fries: These came out fresh, hot, and nicely salted. They were solid, though I personally would prefer a fresh hand-cut potato over the hand-cut frozen style they seem to use here. The Vibe & Service: The staff was great right off the bat--super friendly and helpful when I had a couple of questions about the menu. The space itself is casual with plenty of seating, making it easy to grab a table even during a busy lunch. They also have a self-serve soda station, which is always a plus. Verdict: Solid lunch spot with great service. The Chopped Cheese is a winner if you want something savory and rich!

My son ordered this wild milkshake and he said it was really tasty!

You grab a number and enter that number in the kiosk. They bring the food to the table without saying anything. They guy didn't asked if we needed anything else. The location is easy to get to from Manchester rd. and they offer plenty of parking spots for customers. When we got inside, they have 4 kiosks for ordering so you can review the menu and then order when you are ready. During the ordering process, you can choose if it's a dine in or take out order and then you grab a number and type that in so they can find you when the order is ready. Of course, before paying, they have an option for tipping so do with that what you will. After paying for my order the kiosk told me that when my order was ready, a team member would bring my order out to me so I went and sat down at a table after picking up napkins, a fork and some ketchup. They also have a self serve drink station with a tap just for water, but the cups are really small so I recommend bringing a reusable water bottle if you have one. After a few minutes, I received a text to let me know my order was ready and that it would be brought out shortly. After about 10 minutes, my friend already had her order delivered to the table, but mine was still missing. I decided to go up to the counter to ask about it. The workers were busy, but one of them did ask me what I needed and I let them know my order was missing. They could not find the order and so I had to show them my receipt (thankfully, I had it emailed to me because you could always decline a receipt). I showed my receipt and the text that my order was ready and so they told me they would start a new order for me since they didn't have mine. All I ordered was a coffee milkshake and some cheese fries so it shouldn't take too long. I just stood there awkwardly waiting for my drink/food and after about 5ish minutes, they were handing it to me. I was shocked that they didn't apologize or acknowledge their mistake and they did not even say anything to me either when handing me my tray. The customer service could use some work in my opinion. The cheese fries were good as usual and since I was trying the coffee shake for the first time, I was not overly impressed, but it did taste fine. However, there are other places with much better coffee shakes so I probably won't order it again. I am not someone who frequents Shake Shack so I don't know when or if I will be back.

This location was very close to where we were. It was the perfect time to try it! Ambiance: I really love the esthetics of the restaurant. The floral arrangements in the front is very inviting and added a great touch. I also loved the covered outdoor seating areas available, along with the indoor option. We surprisingly opted to sit outside, because heat is not my friend. The industrial fan definitely helped! I felt like I was sitting on one of friend's veranda in the carribean Food: I really enjoyed the food. Tacos are a la carte. For appetizer we opted for the Trifecta which came with guac, queso, and rojo salsa. Let me just say, their happy hour deals are a great steal! Order: There are a couple different ways to order & pay. Use the traditional way of having the server take our order by raising the card "Lets Taco Buddha it," or by scanning the QR code and placing order yourself & pay online. At first, I started the online order because I felt like this would allow me more time to read the menu and order on my own terms. I ended up raising my card and having someone take my order despite having it all in my cart. Tacos are served "family style" comes out on the same platter. We opted for the Baja ( battered pallock) & The Jodhpur (marinated grilled chicken). The kiddos opted for the quesadillas and fried chicken taco. Everything was flavorful (with the exception of their hot/mild sauces, those were flavorless, however not necessary to add). Not going to lie, I made a joke to my mom about the food being served on a surgical tray or "doggy platter." LOL lol. Service: They use a team model. I saw multiple staff going throughout the restaurant checking on needs & refilling water pitchers. Everyone was really nice, they had small toys for children to play with at the table and it's always a plus when they strike up a conversation with my kiddos. Parking: We arrived shortly after 4pm and there were lots of spots available. By the time we were leaving, there were two cars waiting for spots. It is also located alongside a busy street, the restaurant did get packed for dinner on a weekday. Pricing: Prices does add up very pretty quickly, however 1 Taco can be very filling especially if you opted for appetizers. The only thing I would have changed is not to order my meal the same time as my appetizer. It came out almost together. I would have liked to enjoyed the appetizers prior to my entrée.

The Nashville was really solid, but the Truth or Consequences and the McCausland are the real stars. Both are super unique and absolutely packed with flavor.
